A/N Sorry I didn't put this up sooner I am still in shock over Catching Fire! IT was so awesome! like AHH So true the book! And they had the Divergent Trailer and it was AWESOME! What did you think of the movie!?

(Re-fresher- Tris dared Uriah to kiss the girl of his dreams (In the room/on the roof.)

Tobias

Uriah doesn't move, it's as if he either, doesn't know, or he doesn't want to do it. I smile brakes on his face, as he walks over next to Zeke, He leans down and kisses his brother on the cheek. What?!

"Oh my God Uriah what the?!" Uriah falls to the ground laughing, Zeke gets up from his seat and kicks Uriah in the gut, but Uriah just laughs harder.

'Come on Uri, you have to pick some one other than your brother!" Christina says, laughing.

"Okay, okay. Fine I will!" We all slow are laughing to see who he picks. Uriah walks over to where Tris and I are siting and sits in between Tris and Marlene, he leans and kisses Marlene on the cheek.

"YES! I knew it!" Tris says a little to enthusiastic. She is cute when she is like this, happy, carefree, she notices me staring at her. "What? Why are you looking at me like that?"

I kiss her cheek. "Because I love you." I say. She smiles and kisses my cheek.

"Good, because I love you." I pull her to me and she snuggles close to me, resting her head on my chest, it's getting a little dark and cold, it must be at least 7:30.

"Okay we are going to play only a few more rounds then we will have cake, and then we are going to do something super awesome!" Christina says.

"Four, Truth or Dare." Uriah says.

"Lets see, I think I will go with Truth." I say, I never pick truth, I don't really see why not though.

"Whats, your real name?" He ask. That is why I don't pick Truth, because I don't like answering those kind of questions. Tris sits up and looks at me, I can tell she is worried for me. Instead of saying my name I sit up and take Tris' dress off, it feels good to get that off it was tight. I lean back, Tris sighs, and leans her head back down on my chest. "Ah come on Four you can tell us." Uriah, says.

"Yeah, I know I can. But I won't." I say. "Uh lets see here, Tris," I say playing with her hair. "Truth or dare?"

"Dare." She says.

"I dare you to take four shots."

"Ah come on, really?! You know I don't do shots." She argues.

"Oh I know, that's why you are going to do it. And because I know you won't turn down a dare." She gets up and grabs the first shot glass, it goes down and she make a face, I can't help but laugh.

"Shut up. You know I can get you back, easily." She is right, she can. She takes two more, that's three, one more to go.

"Come on you can do the last one." I immediately regret saying that, because Tris, tosses the shot glass, at me, grabs a new on and downs it.

"Done! Happy now." She says and sits back down.

"No. I'm wet..." I say wiping some of the liquid off my face.

"Oh my god, Four our not that wet, I will show you wet." She says and before I know it she is up and has a buckets of melted ice, she dumps the water on me.

"NO YOU DIDN'T!" I say and get up, she drops the buckets and run away from me. Around me everyone is laughing, all but me and Uriah, who is wet. After Tris left to get the bucket he was next to me on the couch. Uriah gets up and we both corner Tris.

TRIS

I shouldn't have done that, but it was fun. Tobias and Uriah are both cornering me. Tobias makes the first move, just as I thought, I grabs his arm and twist it behind is back, but he is stronger and he has Uriah helping him. Uriah grabs me from behind, making me lose my grip on Tobias arm. Uriah is holding me still, but I start to wiggle my way out of his grasp.

When I get free I run but I am to late. Tobias has a bucket of water over my head. "If you do that I swear I will make you pay!" I say.

"That's okay, you can't do much when you're wet and cold."

"Outside maybe. But we wont be out here for long, I mean where will we sleep." I say with and evil grin. Tobias just laughs and picks me up, I start to kick him, but he drops me on the couch next to a wet Uriah who is laughing. "Oh Uriah I wouldn't be laughing if I were you." I say to him, he stops for a second but starts again. Everyone is laughing at the incident, eventually I start to laugh to, it was kind of funny.

"Shauna, Truth or dare." I finally say.

"'Dare."

"I dare you to take one of the two cakes and smash it in someones face, anyone, here, your choice."

"Yes" She says and grabs the cake, she walks over to Uriah, and smashes the cake, in my face. What? I did not see that coming!.

"Are you for real! I gave you the dare! It was an EASY fun dare you could have picked anyone why me!?" I exclaim. "Now I am wet and I have cake on my face."

Tobias kisses my lips lightly. "Yeah, but you taste good." He says with a smile. I punch his arm playfully.

"I did it because, it's you birthday, you gave me a dare, and you looked like you could use a cake in the face." Shauna says taking a seat next to Zeke.

"Uriah, give me you shirt please." Tobias says, to Uriah, who is laughing. I'm surprised he give it to him. "Her Tris, wipe the cake off on Uriah's shirt." Tobias says handing the shirt to me.

"HEY! Wha- that's my good shirt." Uriah say.

"Oh it is here." I saw handing him the shirt back, full of cake.

"Thanks." He says, glaring at me and Tobias.

"No problem." I say and break out laughing, everyone else joins in.

"Okay! Lets stop the game here. The train will be here in about 20 minutes." Christina says. "Uriah, Zeke, Will, and Four. you guys take the couches and tables down to the floor below. Us girls will get the other stuff like drinks and food. Well all of us but Tris."

We all get up, everyone is carrying something down but me. I sit on the floor letting everyone bring stuff down, Christina won't let me help. "Here, you can use this to get the rest of the cake off your face, and out of your hair." Lynn says handing me a bucket of water and a wash cloth.

"Thanks!" I say and start to wipe the rest of the cake off my face, Tobias sits down next to me. "Don't you have to bring tables and chairs down?"

"Eh there is only two left they can get it, here let me help you with that." He says grabbing the wash cloth and gently wiping cake off my face.

"Thanks. Do you by any chance know what Christina has planed?" I ask, him hoping he knows.

"Yes. I do. But I can't tell." He says, dipping the wash cloth in the bucket of water.

"Ah, come one." I say with puppy dog eyes.

"Hey, don't give me that look...Okay fine, if I am right we are going to play capture the flag. But I mean we could be just going back to the headquarters, so we can give you presents."

"Okay. Thanks. Now I know I need to prepare for either." I say and kiss him on the cheek. He kisses me back but not on the cheek, lightly on the lips, he deepens the kiss, bringing his hand to the small of my back pressing me closer to him, I put my arms around his neck.

"Come on Four, wait till you're back home!" Zeke yells, breaking us apart, I blush.

"Aw a little PDA to hard for you to handle, Zeke?" Christina shoots back to him.

We all are waiting for the train, I can hear it coming. "Here it comes." I say to everyone, One by one we all jump on.

Tobias and I sit close to each other, everyone else is laughing a talking, I am glad all the attention is not on me at the moment.

"Are you okay?" Tobias says.

"Yeah. I am fine, getting a little tired but, I'm fine."

"We can go home if you want."

"No, it's fine, it's nice to be out with you, and everyone."

"Well me and you get tomorrow to our selves you know, it's our last day off, and then back to the initiates."

"I know, and I plan on not doing anything that involves, being to social."

"Good," He says and kisses my cheek. "Just the way," He kisses my chin. "I like it." and he kissed my lips, I kiss him back, but not as hard as I want, everyone is being to quite, well everyone but Will, Zeke, and Uriah. I look over and see the girls smiling at me, when they see I'm looking at them they wave, their smile get bigger.

"What?" I say to them.

"Nothing, we are just uh talking." Marlene says.

"If you want to go talk to them you can, I will just go with Zeke, and the other guys." Tobias say quietly.

"No. It's fine I will talk to them later, right now I am comfortable here with you." I saw and kiss him lightly.

"Okay." He says and kisses me back.

"OKAY! We are almost here let's get in teams!" Zeke yells and we all go to the edge and get ready to jump.

"OKAY! So we are going to do capture the flag!" Christina yells over the sound of the train. "Tris, and I will be team captions. Tris you first."

I look right at Tobias, he grabs my hand.

"Okay. I saw that coming. Uh Lynn." Christina says.

"Marlene."

"Will."

"Shauna."

"Zeke."

"Uriah."

"Okay so Tris you get one more than me I guess."

"What ever I will win either way, You can ever get off first." I say.

"Okay then. MY GROUP GET YOUR GUNS THEN JUMPS FAST!" She says.

Everyone Jumps, it's just my team. "Okay get your guns and then jump." I say. They all grab a gun and jump, Tobias are the only two left we garb our guns and walk to the edge.

"Together?" He says, and grabs my hand.

"Together." I say, and we jump off, I land on my feet running a few step, Tobias does the same, we some how landed and ran the same speed, so we stopped at the same time.

Looks like Tris' Birthday is gonna be longer than I thought! So I didn't get many reviews on the last chapter WHY!? Did you like it? PLEASE REVIEW THIS ONE! I have no Idea if you guys like it! AND KEEP GUESSING WHAT TOBIAS IS GOING TO GIVE TRIS! :)
