A/N Okay you guys don't know how sorry I am I haven't updated like if there was an award for how sorry a person can be I would win first place. I don't have an amazing excuse just I have been busy. I am going through a lot with my family right now and I have only 3 weeks of school left so I am kind of stressing getting it all done. I even had a breakdown yesterday...I just broke down crying and couldn't stop I was so stressed out with all the stuff in my life. But Trust me when I say I don't go a day without thinking how much I need to update my stories. I am really sorry!

I step into Max's office and he sits quietly looking at a screen, he seems to not notice me. I clear my throat and sit down in the chair across from his. "You needed me?" I say.

"One second Ms. Prior." He says holding up his finger. I sit and wait for him to finish what he is doing. I wish he would hurry up I really don't like waiting, I feel like my inside are eating me I'm so nervous.

Right when I feel I am going to just leave he speaks. "You must be wondering what this job is." He says.

"You think." He scowl's.

"I need you to go to all the factions and see how everything is there, go undercover. I'm not worried about any other faction but Erudite okay? Do you think you can do this?"

"How long will I be gone."

"A week in each faction. I will give you a list of people you can and can't trust."

"That's four weeks!"

"Yes it is. I know you have built a life here and you don't want to leave but it's for the good of all the factions. Can you do this?"

"Can I think it over with Four?"

"Yes. But tell no one but him, I don't want this getting out. You have until tonight at 7:00. You must leave tomorrow morning."

"Okay. I will get back to you. But what if I say no?"

"I have a feeling you wont want to miss a chance to see your parents. And if you do say no, then I will have to come up with a new plan or a new person to take your place."

"Okay. I will be back here at 7:00 or earlier." I say. I thank him and leave. I want to talk to Tobias about this but I don't want to ruin our day.

I walk down to our apartment where I see him fast asleep on the couch. I go over and lay next to him, I don't know if I could leave him for four weeks, if I do, I know I wont last, I will have to see him.

His eyes open a little, he smiles when he sees me. "Hey, how was it?" He says and sits up.

"It was fine." I say.

"Are you going to tell me about it?"

"Can I tell you a little later. I just want to be here with you."

"Yeah. Later." He says and pulls me close to him I rest my head on his shoulder I defiantly can't leave him. It would hurt too much.

"Let's go somewhere." I say.

"Where?"

"I don't know. Let's just go walk around."

"Okay let's go." He says help me off the couch, we leave the apartment and walk down the hall hand in hand.

We walk the halls for about 10 minutes before I finally speak. "Max wants me to go undercover in all the factions."

"For how long?"

"A week in each."

"Four weeks..."

"Yeah. I told him I wanted to talk to you first."

"Do you want to go."

"No. Yes. Well I do because he said I could see my parents, but; I don't want to leave you. I can't, I mean I can, but I don't want to."

"If you want to take the job do it. I'm not going anywhere."

"But I am."

"No you're not, you're just leaving for a little but you aren't going away. I will still love you if you're gone for four weeks. Remember what they say, absence makes the heart grow fonder."

"Are you trying to get rid of me?" I tease

"No, I'm and just trying to make you leaving hurt less." Ouch...once he said that my heart just hurt, it wasn't for long it was like I was punched then the pain went away.

"See I don't want to hurt you with my leaving."

"That's the thing, you don't want to hurt me by leaving but I don't want to keep you here. Go. Time will fly, we will see each other soon enough. When do you have to leave?"

"Tomorrow morning."

"We have the rest of the day and tonight. Let's make the most of it, but first lets tell Max you are going."

"Are you sure you want this?"

"I'm sure if you're sure."

I sigh. "Let's go tell him." Tobias is wanting me to go, well sort of I thought he wouldn't want me to go or get mad or something but he is really calm about it, and supportive it makes me think that I can go and it will be okay.

We make our way to Max's office, when we get there Eric is leaving in a huff he slams the door and storms down the hallway. Tobias and I give each other a look, and knock on Max's door. "Come in." He says.

We enter his office "Oh please tell me you have good news."

"I'm taking the job." I say.

"You thought it over so quickly?"

"After talking with Four he helped a lot with making the right choice. I just have one thing."

"Yes what?" Max says. Tobias gives me a confused look.

"After each week I want to be able to see Four."

"Deal. After each week on the way to the next faction you can stop at Dauntless for an hour or two, then you must be on your way again."

"That's perfect."

"Okay. So it's a deal, both of you are fine with this?"

"Yes." Tobias and I say at the same time. He squeezes my hand a little I look up and smile at me.

"Okay, then come back here later tonight around 12:00 or so to get the rest of the information you are going to need."

"Okay, see you tonight." I say and together Tobias and I leave.

"How come you didn't tell me you were going to ask that?" Tobias says when we reach the stairs.

"I didn't know I was going to until then."

"You just can't stand not seeing me often." He says teasing me.

"You can't stand being without me, you'd die."

"Probably. You die, I die too." I laugh a little as we walk down the stairs. We head back to our so we don't have to deal with everyone talking to us and ruining our last few hours together.
