Few things are certain in life.
Death is one of them. That's the big one. Except if you're someone like me, where it's more of a motivation to stay breathing. But for everyone else, it's very, very certain.
Taxes are another, as the saying goes. I'm inclined to agree. You just can't get rid of them.
Harry pulling crazy shit is another. In fact, I'd say it was more certain than taxes and quite possibly more certain than death.
