Author's Note: Sorry that I'm not good with fighting scenes. I usually get inspiration with fighting scenes from superhero movies, ROTG, and what little of anime I've seen. Also, I just realized something: Three of the four of the Guardians Beta (What I'm calling the group made up of Onceler, Flynn, Mavis, and Elsa) are going with Jack mainly because he has Rapunzel. Let's get on with the story!

Elliryanna: The answers to your questions are: It's in this chapter and the next few, sort of, and eventually.

Disclaimer: I do not own anything in this except the plot.

Third Person

"Pitch was keeping Hiccup, Merida, and Punzie in here if I remember correctly." Said Jack. He led Onceler, Elsa, and Flynn to a room with a miniature globe in it. "Where are they? Did they escape?" Asked Elsa, looking around. Flynn immediately looked at the winter spirit. The aura of darkness seemed more powerful around him now that the group was in Pitch's place. "I sense darkness all around us. And it's not just the Nightmare Sand." Said Flynn, glaring at Jack. Flynn's hands were covered in a bluish-green glow and in fists. Suddenly, Jack's face split into an evil grin, which was creepy to the group. "Surprise!" Said Jack. He turned around and a beam of blue light mixed with black came towards the group. Elsa held her hands out. She was having a hard time controlling the darkness-infused ice beam. The group saw that Jack's hair had turned black and his eyes yellow. Onceler grew yew on Jack's legs. The tall ma then felt something hot and sharp hit him in the back. He pulled it out and gasped in pain as he did so- it was an arrow on fire. He dropped it, golden blood spilling from the wound. Vines covered the wound as a sort of makeshift bandage. Before the wound closed, Nightmare Sand was visible in the golden blood. "Guys, Jack wasn't the only one infected!" Onceler called out to the others. A black thing flew over Mavis, who had turned into a falcon in order to fight it. "Uh, Mave, I don't think that'll combat that- is that a dragon?" Asked Onceler. Onceler saw a bright light shine at Mavis and the vampire fell. Jack ran toward Flynn, who fought back with a little difficulty. "You know, it's funny. Flynn was the one who knew that I was with Pitch, yet you all didn't believe him." Said Jack. Onceler glared at Jack. A girl with a quiver of arrows came down from somewhere and swung a sword at Onceler. Onceler surrounded the girl in vines and ran at Jack, swinging his scythe at him. Jack dodged each hit. "Then it was you that made me try to kill Flynn. You infected me with Nightmare Sand." Said Onceler, swinging his scythe at Jack. "Yes I did, and it's slowly consuming your heart until it'll be as dark as mine." Said Jack maliciously. Onceler roared and vines encircled Jack, squeezing air out of him. Jack broke out of the vine cage. Onceler decided it was time to change partners and went after the other boy. He was tripped as he ran to fight the person on the dragon by…hair?

Yes, long, black hair. It had tangled around his legs in an almost rope-like fashion. "Oh no, you don't," Said a voice. Onceler frowned. He knew that voice. It was the voice of the first person who saw him, when they were young spirits. "Punzel?" Asked Onceler, hoping he was wrong. "Goldie?" Asked Flynn, looking in Onceler's direction, distracting him from his opponent and letting Jack kick him in the stomach. Flynn fell to the ground, groaning. "Give the boy a prize!" Said Rapunzel. She came out of the shadows and Onceler's eyes widened. Her hair was black and her eyes were yellow. Just like Pitch's. Thought Onceler. He rolled over as an arrow hit the ground where he was. "Stand still so I can wound ye!" Said the girl with the arrows. She had red eyes that were, at that moment, on fire, and blood-red hair. "I don't think so!" I said, and vines covered in yew came out of my hands to the girl. Two managed to catch her, but one was cut by her arrow. Onceler bit his lip, golden blood coming from his palm. "Flower, gleam and glow, let your power shine," Sang Rapunzel. Onceler was confused; that was Rapunzel's healing song, what could she be trying to heal? Unless… when Pitch transformed his friend, he made her ability to heal turn to the ability to cause pain. Onceler got his scythe out and swung it at his former friend, trying to get away from her, but the pain had started. It was as painful as what he thought the pain might be if one of the vines connected to his heart were to be cut. Onceler's vision faded as Rapunzel finished her song. "Night, Onceler." Said Rapunzel bitterly as Onceler faded into unconsciousness. Rapunzel smiled. Three.

Mavis was having trouble fending off the boy with the dragon eyes. Fire that felt like the heat of the sun almost hit her multiple times, making her skin steam. The boy on the dragon jumped off, and Mavis saw that he had a suit with wings on it. As he jumped off, Mavis saw daggers in his hands. Before Mavis could react, the boy had kicked Mavis in the face and landed on the ground. He then turned around and hit her with his daggers, which, to Mavis, felt like she was being burnt by the sun. Seeing her pained reaction to it, the boy smiled wickedly. "Like it? It's made with Nightmare Sand. It hurts spirits quite a bit." Said the boy with the yellow dragon eyes. Yellow dragon eyes… the same as his dragon. Mavis smiled back at him. "You know what else will hurt a lot?" Asked Mavis. She turned into a falcon and flew up to the dragon, then turned into a snake and bit her poisonous fangs in the dragon's underbelly. Both the boy and the dragon roared in pain. The boy fell to the ground, holding himself on his hands and knees. Mavis fell to the ground and turned into her regular form. The dragon fell from the air. "Give up?" Asked Mavis, hoping he would. She needed to help her teammates. Mavis then turned to see Onceler knocked unconscious by a girl with glowing black hair. She felt rage boil inside of her at Onceler being harmed. Before she knew it, a purplish blast had knocked down the archer and the longhaired girl. Huh. That's a new one, thought Mavis. All of a sudden, the boy on his knees started laughing. It was a mad laugh. Mavis stumbled back in surprise and fright. That laugh had frightened her. "Ó, þúkjánalegtstelpa. You actually thought that you had beaten me?" Asked the boy, still laughing madly and smiling. The wind swirled around Mavis and threw her around. She tried to resist it, but she couldn't. They're too powerful, thought Mavis, we can't beat them. They control the seasons. All we can do is hold off the inevitable defeat. It's hopeless. A little voice in the back of the vampire's head was saying Don't listen to the boy, it's a trap, he's influencing you. Don't give in. Hiccup mentally frowned at this voice and forced it to the corner of Mavis's mind. "Give up, stelpa." Said Hiccup. Mavis nodded slowly. Well, that wasn't as gory as I'd liked. Oh, well. Hiccup used his manipulation of fatigue to make her fall asleep. Two.

Elsa was surprised, to say the least, when the archer in front of her fell to the ground. Elsa looked over the girl to make sure she was out and was hit by the sword in the archer's hand. Elsa fell back, rubbing her arm, which now had a long, deep cut, golden blood coming out of the wound. The Ice Queen backed away from the archer. The girl with blood red eyes was completely on fire. "What's wrong, don't like heat?" Asked the archer in mock sympathy, smiling. Elsa tried to freeze the girl, but the ice melted immediately. The archer threw fireballs at Elsa, who barely dodged them. The heat was making her reflexes slow, as it usually did for her. The girl saw her friends being knocked out by the Seasons and was worried. What were they going to do with her friends? Pitch couldn't kill them, spirits couldn't be killed. Only if there was no one believing in the spirit. Onceler, Flynn, and Elsa had no one to believe in them, so being killed by lack of belief was out. What, then, were they going to do to the group? Elsa made a sword of ice and struck at the other girl, who dodged each strike. The archer looked bored. She then smiled and quickly ran to Elsa. The archer hit her the underside of her wrist and used one finger to hit her pressure point. Elsa yelped in pain. She dropped her sword. The archer hit Elsa on the back of the head with her sword hard, which made Elsa fall to the ground. One.

Jack and Flynn were evenly matched. Flynn couldn't exploit any of his weaknesses, seeing as he had no fire with him, and Jack couldn't really exploit any of Flynn's weaknesses, since they weren't in a closed space. Then, Jack had an idea. "You know, you really should just give up. Your teammates are down, you now have to fight me, plus Merida, Rapunzel, and Hiccup. You don't stand a chance." Sneered Jack. Flynn had made a force field around himself as Jack hit the shield with ice."Guys, now!" Said Jack. The other Seasons blasted the shield. It didn't help that the dragon was breathing fire at the shield. Flynn breathed heavily; he was having a hard time holding off all the attacks. "Having trouble, Flynn? Let us help you." Said Jack. The winter spirit nodded to Hiccup, who had a chain-weapon with blades on each end. The dragon-eyed boy swung the chain weapon at a weak spot in the shield, where the weapon went through and hit Flynn in the back. The thief grimaced in pain. The weapon was dragged back into Hiccup's hands. Golden blood covered the weapon. Hiccup smiled maliciously. "I've got it." He said. Give up. Said a voice in Flynn's head. The thief knew one of the Seasons must have been influencing him. "Your pretty quick to catch on to my little trick. Your vampire friend wasn't nearly so quick at detecting it." Said Hiccup. He swung his chain weapon at Flynn. It went through the shield, making it flicker. The blades hit Flynn, making him fall to the ground. The shield disappeared. Flynn frowned as the Seasons came closer to him. He could try to knock the others out, but he would be knocked out too. Oh, well. I'll take the chance. Flynn made a giant bubble around the group, making it smaller and cutting off their air supply. Hiccup caught on to what he was trying to do when the bubble became smaller. "Oh, you're trying to suffocate us. Cute." Said Hiccup. He swung his weapon in the air, where it disrupted the shield. Flynn then understood why Hiccup wasn't concerned about the group suffocating. He can control air, idiot. Flynn blinking, black dancing at the edges of his vision from holding up the large bubble. The bubble disappeared as he fell, panting. The Seasons were still conscious. Since the shield was down, Merida shot an arrow at him. Golden blood came from the wound. Hiccup threw the chain weapon and golden blood splattered on the ground. Jack walked up to Flynn, crouched down, and held his chin. "Goodnight, Flynn." Flynn passed out from blood loss. Zero.
