Alfred: Oh what about this one by the river near New York City? Tony could babysit when we're busy.
Amelia: but the river smells it's not good for the baby

Allen:*walks up* I can't believe we're moving out of the big city.
Emily: ya *puts hands behind her head*
Allen: Welp lots of change.
Alfred: Oh what about here close to the city but safe enough away. Oh and it has a park. It's on~ Liberty lane.

Alfred: *sees their real estate agent and goes to her*

Katy:*talks all perky* Of course there's a vacant house for sale next door too. *smiles and gets in her car*

Katy: Here we are.*smiles* Isn't it lovely?
Emily: *looks around*
Amelia: yeah it's really nice
Allen:*looking around checking for the normal stuff*
Katy: You two have a baby on the way yes?

Katy: Your girlfriends have that glow to them already even if you are still teens.*smiles and tilts her head*
This house has 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. A large backyard and a nice big kitchen to cook in.
Allen:*tenses up at the word "kitchen"*
Emily: *walks up and hold his hand*

Katy: *smiles* Why don't we check out the house next door hmm? Just so you have choices.
Amelia: *nods* ok
Emily: I have no intention of living with them. I rather just live next door. I won't be able to stand the smell of the meat.
Amelia: and I wouldn't be able to sleep with you two cause you'll be doin it

Katy: 3 bed rooms 2 bathrooms but unfortunately a small kitchen.

Allen:*nods* Agreed.
Katy: Why don't you look at the backyard?*opens the back door*
Emily: *looks* it's big enough for a garden
Allen: We can plant all our favorite foods.*smiles*
Emily:*smiles and nods* it'll be great *lays on Allen's shoulder
Allen: So do you think we should buy it?
Emily: *nods*

Katy: Well I can't just take advance of such a young couple who are obviously happy but in a fix.*smiles* I'll get the papers.

Alfred: It is the only house we've seen but... I like it too.*smiles*

Katy:*walks back in with papers* Here we are.*hands Allen and Emily the papers*

Alfred: Katy we would like to buy next door.
Katy: Ok 4000 dollars.

excuse me *smiles and faints*
Katy:*laughs* I love playing the 4000 dollar joke on people. It's really the same price as this house.
Emily: *looks at Amelia* I think you should've thought that from the start
Alfred:*picks her up* Amelia sweetie she was only kidding.
Amelia: *smiles and snuggles him* but then I wouldn't have an excuse to have you to pick me up *blushes*
Alfred:*smiles and blushes lightly* Where do we sign?
Katy:*hands them the papers* Here.*points to the spot*

Emily: *laughs and leans on Allen
