A/N: I'M SO SORRY THAT I'M LATE D: I have absolutely no excuse whatsoever. I really hope I can resurrect this story and make it better. This chapter will have the fourth item. Oh, in earlier chapters, it said that Brendan's mom had died… I've abandoned that, his mom is still alive. Enjoy!
Remember that man from the other "Eye of the Sea" chapter? The one that attacked the queen? Yeah, he's back. This is a VERY bloody chapter! In detail. This is-hopefully-gonna be a long chapter, and there'll be two or three more afterwards. Sorry the Butch X Cassidy part is so short, I didn't want to screw up their personalities too much! I don't own Stay Stay Stay by Taylor Swift, Sk8r Boi by Avril Lavigne, or any other songs mentioned.
Love y'all! ~MewAngel46

May's POV
"I just want Drew to like me, is that too much to ask," I whispered. Misty must have been awake, because I saw her pry Ash's arms off of her (heavy sleeper as he was, he didn't budge), and walk over to my bed. "May Maple, I told you that Drew likes you." I whimpered and curled up, turning away from her. "He just told me that I'll never understand him… I think he means he never wants to be with me." Misty sat on the edge of my bed, and started to softly rub my back.
"May, trust me when I say this, he loves you. I've seen the way he looks at you, I'm sure he's just scared you don't feel the same way." I felt so grateful for her kindness, and sat up quickly. "I'll go talk to hi-," My necklace started to burn. I squeaked and stood up, and stumbled out to Drew. He was curled up in a ball, and had wet streaks down his cheeks. "Drew, wake up," his emerald eyes blinked open, and he yawned.
"M-May, what are you doing awake?" He rubbed his cheeks with the back of his hand, and then looked up at me. "Drew, my necklace, it's-," that's all I could say before I blacked out.

Drew's POV
May's eyes started to turn a piercing green, and then she fell into my arms. I touched her necklace, but quickly drew my hand back. "Ow, freaking hot!" I hugged her close to me. "I'm going to the Pokémon Center, you need help." I picked her up, stood outside the door, and released Flygon. Softly setting her on the Pokémon, I realized how scared I was. How scared I was for what could happen. "You'll be okay, I promise." I felt like I was reassuring myself. I sat on Flygon, and hugged May into my lap. "Flygon, now, go to the Pokémon Center."
I hugged May closer as we sped through the air, scared she would fall. As we neared town, her mesmerizing turquoise eyes slowly opened, and a small pink bush tinted her cheeks. I touched her necklace, and was relieved to find it cooled off. "Drew, we have to go get the Eye of the Sea, it's about to be stolen." Flygon stopped and turned his head to look at us. "What?!" May started to chant the same words she did the first time. My head started to hurt, and Flygon started to fall. May and Flygon passed out, and I returned Flygon. I held onto May tightly as we started to descend, and blacked out as I landed hard on my back.

I awoke in a field of flowers. May was curled up on top of me, peacefully sleeping. Her face and arms were covered in scratches, some pretty deep. I carefully laid her next to me, and sat up painfully. My back hurt from the fall. I saw two people walking toward us, and squinted to see who it was. It was two boys. I had never seen one boy, but I recognized the other. "Prince Brendan, help," I croaked, "May is hurt!"
When Brendan arrived, the boy beside him knelt next to her. "She's definitely hurt." The boy looked up at me, his sky blue eyes concerned. "I'm an assistant for the doctor in town. Can you carry her? The palace isn't too far away." I could see the castle, but it seemed miles away. "Yes, but, I know a way to get her there faster. My Pokémon, Flygon, can carry two people. You and May can go on Flygon, and Brendan and I will catch up later." I looked toward Brendan, and he nodded in approval. "Then let's do that," the boy said.
"Flygon, I choose you!" I threw Flygon's Pokeball and he burst out, looking toward me expectantly. I lied May on his back, and let the boy step on my interlaced hands to sit on him. "Be careful Flygon, don't let them fall. See that castle? Go there, NOW." Flygon took off, and I started to run. Brendan soon came to my side, struggling to catch up. Adrenaline and fear kept me running. When we arrived at the castle, Brendan grabbed my wrist and dragged me to the nurse's area. May was lying on her back, getting her cuts cleaned and wrapped. I returned Flygon. My exhaustion caught up to me, and I whimpered in pain. My back was burning, excruciating pain swept through me. I fell to the ground, tired and hurting. Black slowly covered my vision, sweeping me away to sleep.

May's POV
"May, you need to wake up! May, wake up!" I awoke to see an old-timey hospital, covered in bandages. I must have gotten hurt when I transported us. I saw Prince Brendan, and another boy standing beside him. The boy had bright blue eyes and electric green hair. His face looked kind. He was cute, no doubt. I looked around, but couldn't find Drew. "Where's Drew?" Brendan pointed to a bed, and I recognized the messy mop of green hair. He was curled up, and looked absolutely adorable. "May, what happened? You had little cuts all over you and Drew has a bruised back." I sighed and shook my head. "We fell, but that's all I remember. We were riding on Flygon when he became weak and started to fall. I remember Drew returning him and grabbing me, but then I passed out."
The boy with light green hair sat on the edge of my bed, looking up at Brendan. "They'll both be okay. We need to get them some other clothes, though, because May can't wear those shorts outside." Brendan nodded, and smiled. "I know the perfect dress. Wally, Drew is about your size, so lend him some of your clothes." The boy-Wally-nodded, and went off to a little room. Brendan went out a set of double doors to what looked like a courtyard and left. Ugh, another dress. But, Wally had really cute clothes, those shorts would make "big bad Drew" look absolutely adorable. I can't wait to see him, he'll be so cute! "Drew, wake up!" The boy across the room shifted and slowly sat up, wincing. "M-May?" I smiled and stretched, stifling a whimper of pain. "Good morning sleeping beauty. Brendan and Wally went off to get us clothes." Drew tilted his head slightly, causing his bangs to fall in his face. "Who's Wally?" I laughed a little and blushed at the cuteness of my friend. "The boy who was with Brendan." Drew nodded, and a silence fell between us. Not an awkward one, but a comfortable one.
"Um, I see you're awake now Drew." We both looked toward the person who spoke, Wally. "Here are your clothes." They looked almost identical to Wally's green shorts and white shirt with a green jacket over it, but had white shorts and a black shirt with a purple jacket. A lot like his regular clothes, but older-looking and cuter. Drew blushed a little and stood up with the help of Wally. He went to the little room that Wally went into to change. I giggled slightly, causing Wally to look over at me. "What's so funny?" I shook my head, giggling again. "Nothing, it's just that Drew is gonna look really adorable in that, and he hates looking cute." The green-haired boy smiled and walked over, sitting on the end of my bed. "So, where are you from?"
I debated on telling him what we told Brendan, but I felt like we could trust Wally better. "Promise to keep a secret from Brendan, and everyone else?" Wally nodded eagerly, looking excited to have such a responsibility. "We're from the future. I'm kind of, well, half Pokémon." His blue eyes were confused. Carefully, as to not hit them on anything, I slowly released my wings in a flash of crystal, hovering an inch over my bed. Wally's jaw practically hit the bed. I lowered myself again, hiding my wings. "You can't tell anyone I told you. Not a soul, can I trust you?" The boy nodded and smiled. "Of course you can."
Drew walked out soon after, muttering under his breath. The shorts went to just above his knees, and had pockets on each side. The shirt was just black, with the purple jacket hanging off of his shoulders. My face grew instantly red, and I couldn't process a coherent thought. Holy crap he looks even more adorable than I thought. I decided to just look down, not daring to look at the older green-haired boy. "May, I got your dress ready, come with me!" I was snapped out of my thoughts my a hand closing around my wrist and being practically dragged off of the bed. "Wait Brendan, slow down!" I had trouble keeping up with his pace, but we eventually made it to a small room with dresses all over the place. He told me to close my eyes, left, and had his servants dress me. When he came back in, he told me to open my eyes. I gasped at what I saw in the full-length mirror.
My hair was down, out of the bandana. It was also out of the two ponytails, leaving it in waves on my back. My dress was red with white lace. It lay in ruffles, and I had red and white striped thigh-high socks on. My shoes were high-heeled dark boots that were laced up. I had a red and white striped bow around my neck and a large red bow in my hair. I looked like a different person, like a princess. (A/N: Kay, I'm horrible at explaining. Look up Chocolat from NouCome, and that's what this dress looks like, but the hat is substituted for a bow.) "You look stunning. There's going to be a ball tonight, so I made sure to give you the most beautiful dress I could." I smiled and spun, my skirt twirling with me. "Thank you Brendan!" I ran back the way we came, quickly finding the set of double doors. Forgetting the pain entirely, I ran in and twirled, smiling at Wally and Drew.

Drew's POV
Wally and I were talking, when we heard the door open. We looked back to see May spinning in a circle, smiling at us. She was in the most beautiful dress I had ever seen. Her hair looked cute when it was down. "What do you think of my dress?" A giggling and dizzy May stopped in front of me, holding on to my arm to balance herself. "You look beautiful!" Wally spoke up first, smiling. May looked to me, expecting an answer. I just simply flicked my bangs to the side and said, "Better than usual, at least." May saw through my facade and poked my cheek. "Tell me what you really think." I blushed a little and sighed, looking up at her. "You look absolutely gorgeous." The bridge of her nose slowly lit up in a bright pink. "Th-thank you Drew."
Wally and Brendan talked with us for awhile, walking around town, getting a tour. After a few hours, Brendan looked up at a clock tower and smiled. "It's almost time for the ball. Come on, I'll let you two in first. Wally, your shirt is dirty." Wally looked down and blushed at the dirt covering his shirt. He went off to change while May, Brendan, and I went back toward the castle. Brendan got us past the security guards by saying we were guests he had just invited, and we retreated into the ballroom. It was huge, straight out of a fairy tale almost. Brendan went upstairs, saying he had to make a grand entrance with his parents. "I'll come find you two in awhile. Have fun!"
May and I stood awkwardly, not talking. Wally joined us a few minutes later, striking up a conversation with May. The white shirt had changed to sky blue. I just stood looking at the art on the walls while people began to enter, soon filling the ballroom. Beautiful women in elegant dresses and handsome men in fine suits crowded around us three teens. I soon lost sight of May, left with Wally by my side. I became worried about the girl, and didn't even pay attention when Brendan and his parents walked in. "Where's May?" I whispered to Wally. He shrugged and smiled slightly at me. "She'll be okay, Drew. Don't worry, the floor will clear out soon and you'll find her." People began to move to the sides of the hall, and a band began to play. Wally was right, I found May, but not the way I expected. She was dancing with Brendan, her dress causing her to look even more elegant and beautiful than she already was. I had to tear my eyes away as a bubble of jealousy rose within me. She can dance with him if she wants. It's not like we're a couple.
I looked to the right and saw a beautiful red-head about the same age as me. I walked over and asked her to dance, kneeling like a prince. She blushed almost as bright as her hair and nodded, taking my hand. "Then so we shall." She danced wonderfully, never stepping on my feet like the girls at my dance lessons years ago. The girl really was pretty, but the only person I wanted to dance with was my beautiful brunette, May. She's not yours Drew. Bad, she can dance with whoever the hell she wants. I kept looking off to where May was with Brendan. The girl I was dancing with noticed, and looked over at the two. "Hey, do you like that girl over there with the red dress?" I blushed a little and nodded, deciding not to lie. The girl smiled and pulled me closer. "Then how about I help you." Her pink lips leaned in and kissed me on the cheek softly.

May's POV
I kept staring off to where Drew was dancing with that red-haired girl. As soon as she kissed the green-haired boy I loved, I let go of Brendan and ran. Of course he doesn't like me. I faintly heard Brendan and Wally yell my name, but I kept running, tears streaming down my face. "Why, why do I have to be hurt like this!?" I yelled and kept running, before finally slowing down at a garden. There were beautiful plants all around, with cherry blossom petals floating down to finally rest on the ground. One fell on my head as I sat on a bench, crying. "Why the hell did I ever love that jerk?"
"Because I'm irresistible." I jumped and looked up when I heard a voice. I saw Drew standing in front of me, smirking. I turned my head to face away from his beautiful green eyes. "No, you're a jerk." He kneeled in front of me and smiled. "We were never in a relationship, so how am I a jerk? Besides, after you left I yelled at the girl and ran after you. May, I don't even know that girl's name. You're overreacting, as always." He put his hand under my chin and pulled my face to look at him. He pulled the petal out of my hair and leaned in, softly pressing our lips together. My eyes flew open before closing.
"May Maple, I love you. I love you more than anything in the world. I've wanted to tell you this for years." I blushed and looked at his handsome face. "I love you too, Drew Hayden." He smiled and hugged me, nuzzling his chin in my hair. "You have no idea how long I've waited to hear you say that." My face immediately flushed and I smiled. "Same here." I leaned up and kissed him again, never wanting to pull away. He licked my lip, causing me to squeak a little. I opened my mouth slightly, when we heard someone clear their throat. We both jumped slightly and looked up, seeing Brendan smirking. "Let's go back to the ballroom, shall we?" We let him lead us back, our faces flushed.
"Prince Brendan, come quick! You have many young ladies who wish to be your bride!" Brendan was carried off while Drew and I laughed. "Care to dance, my beautiful princess?" I turned to see Drew kneeling and holding out his hand. Bowing, I took his hand and smiled. "Yes, my handsome prince." Drew took me and started to dance, me blindly following. "I don't know how to dance, Drew…" He simply smiled and kissed my forehead. "I don't care. I'm just glad that I get my feet stepped on by you, my love."

Unknown POV
"This is the Eye of the Sea. Take it, get the queen to marry you and leave that mongrel of a king, and take the king down. She'll want you if you have such a priceless artifact." I nodded and made my trademark foxlike smile. "Of course, I know the plan." I ran; my cape flew off and a small blue gem sat in my hand. My purple hair flew behind me in a wave. This was a ball I'd be glad to crash. I had tried for years to kill the royal family, and the last time that brunette girl stopped me. "I really hope that dreadful girl isn't here tonight." As I neared the palace, I smiled. This night would be perfect.
I quickly took care of the guards, leaving them unconscious. I walked inside, hiding my knife in my sleeve. I put the gem in my pocket. I received stares from all around me, but my only goal was atop the staircase in a fetching gown. Her soft brown locks lay in waves down her shoulders. "The queen is so beautiful…" I whispered. I noticed a green-haired boy talking quietly with a brunette girl off to the side. A brunette that I know! I turned and walked to the couple, letting my knife slide into my hand.
"Seems like you're the girl that stopped me in my mission, wench." I smirked and revealed my knife. Any normal girl would flinch, scared, but she stood her ground. "Give me the Eye of the Sea, bastard." I continued smirking and held out the gem in my other hand. "Such strong words for a little lady! Is this what you want?" I held out the gem and she took a step forward. "You can't have it." I threw the knife, aiming for her heart. I closed my eyes tightly, waiting for the sound of metal through flesh, though I couldn't watch. Even I wasn't that heartless.
Instead, I heard metal slicing into wood. I opened my eyes quickly to see her… What, no, I must be hallucinating, this can't be happening. She had little wings, and was flying. "That could have killed me! I should teach you a lesson!" I smirked, expecting girly punches and slaps, but instead found myself being trapped in an array of vines. "What the hell is this, kid?" I looked at her only to see a smug smile plastered to her pretty little face. "Didn't expect that, did you?" People started backing away. I can't go out like this. I managed to grab my spare knife, cutting through the vines.
"You stupid bitch!" I threw the knife carelessly. Surprised, she was too slow to move, and instead of her heart got it lodged in her left arm. I saw her wince and heard a whimper, but she stood strong. "For that, you deserve to die. You deserve worse than death." She looked at me, her bright blue eyes replaced with glowing green ones. She took the knife out of her arm and walked up to me. Her arm hung limply, bleeding heavily, but it wasn't that deep, surprisingly. I had never been so scared in my life. I'm going to die. She's going to kill me. "You should die a thousand miserable deaths in hell!" Her voice sounded deep and distorted. She stabbed me in the arm, right where her own wound was, all the way to the hilt. She slid the knife down my arm, causing a scream to escape my lips, high-pitched and scared. "But not yet." Her higher-pitch voice was back. She took the knife out and it clanked to the floor behind her. She kicked me in the stomach with her high-heeled boots. My arm was burning, and I started to cough up blood. "I'll let these people deal with you." Strong arms of the guards I knocked out wrapped around me, causing me to drop the gem. She picked it up and looked at me sadly. Her eyes were blue again. "Because I'm not a murderer." That's all I remember before I blacked out.

May's POV
When the guards took away the man (who had a scary resemblance to Harley from back home), I finally realized my pain. I handed Drew the gem and stumbled over to where Wally and Brendan were standing, leaving a trail of red. "Thank you, for everything. Drew and I will be leaving now. I hope to see you two again." I bowed then stood straight, seeing their shocked faces. Wally spoke up first. "May, you're hurt! We need to get you to the hospital-," I shook my head and turned the other way. "It's nothing. Until next time." I grabbed Drew's wrist and ran out, leaving the shocked faces behind me.
"May, you need medical attention-," I stopped Drew by kissing him; he blushed a little and kissed back. I pulled away and took the gem from him. I noticed the white parts of my dress were turning crimson. "We need to get back. We still have to get the pearls and the feather in a week. We spent two days here, and wasted a lot of time in Arborville." I dropped the gem and held my arm in pain. "Let's just get out of here," I hissed between my teeth. Drew grabbed the gem and I quickly transported us, landing on the ground in front of Towa's house. I heard bickering and laughs inside. Drew helped me up the ladder, my arm stinging in protest the entire way. When we finally made it up the long climb, everyone looked at us. "Oh my Arceus May, you're bleeding!" Dawn ran over and sat in front of me.
Chaos ensued after Dawn spoke up. People kept telling me that I needed to get help. I shook my head and held my arm, looking over the worried faces. "I'm fine, I promise. It'll heal soon. We got the fourth item we need; now Drew and I just need to get the last two." I stumbled as I stood up, and Drew quickly put his hands on my hips to steady me. I blushed a little and leaned against him, feeling faint from the blood loss. "Drew," I mumbled, "I don't feel good." He picked me up bridal-style and carried me inside. Misty quickly laid a towel down and had Drew set me on it. Blood pooled from my arm onto the towel. Brock took another and held it to my arm, trying to stop the blood. "May, how the hell did you do this?" I faintly heard Paul ask the question, and Drew explained about the mysterious guy who had the gem. I used Recover to stop the bleeding, and Towa carefully bandaged the wound.
I had to be carried by Drew to my room. Not because I couldn't walk, but because he insisted. I couldn't help but give in; his puppy-dog face was too cute. Misty and Dawn helped me into my pajamas, and as soon as they opened the door again Drew came in. He helped me get into my bed, and kissed me on the lips (in front of everyone, I blushed and protested, but he only did it again). He brought my dress and socks to Towa, who said she would try to get the blood out. He set my boots to the side, tied the bows that were around my neck and in my hair around the boots, and went to his room to change. He came back in sweatpants with no shirt on. Blushing, I scooted over and held up the covers. He slid onto to mattress with me, and pulled me into his embrace. I had never slept so peacefully in my life.
The next morning, I woke up alone. Drew wasn't in the bed, and the other two beds were empty. My arm stung as I sat up, and I whimpered in pain. I stood up carefully, using the furniture and walls for support. I eventually reached the door and walked out, seeing the house already abuzz. Drew walked over, said good morning, hugged me, kissed my forehead, and then walked back to the guys. I stumbled to Misty and Dawn, who were talking about Dawn's Piplup. "Can I see him?" Dawn nodded and released Piplup, letting Misty study him. I just sat on the couch, watching silently. The chatter around me was nice. At some point Drew walked over and sat next to me, putting his arm around me and laying his head on my shoulder. "Hey Drew-," I turned to see him fast asleep. I smiled and kissed his head, cuddling next to him. "Never mind." Everything was peaceful. Calm. Until a certain red-haired man showed his ugly (yet handsome) face. Then all hell broke loose.
XXxxXXxxXX
"May fucking Maple, come here." I squeaked and flinched, looking at the man who had it out for me so badly. I wiggled away from Drew, ready to fight. I wouldn't go down without one. He reached out for me, and I jumped, hovering. "Dammit, come down here!" I shot an Energy Ball at him. Silver growled as his arm was torn open to the bone. Blood flew everywhere, covering the Skitty on my pajamas. He sent his Flygon out, but with one Energy Ball and one Vine Whip he was down. "Face it Silver: I'm stronger than you and your puny team." I noticed he had no other Pokémon. "May, come down. I must avenge my father, no matter how bitchy you are!" I used Vine Whip, holding him in place. He smiled and whistled, and three grunts came in. Drew, Ash, and Paul stepped forward and challenged them, pushing them away from Silver and I. "That is not your battle," I heard Paul say.
"Silver, give up. Just go and I'll spare your life!" He smiled wider and whistled again, three more grunts coming in. Dawn, Misty, and Brock took them on, while Diane and Towa ran to their room. "Silver, we were beaten! Good luck!" The first three grunts ran; the other three soon following. "May, be careful! Don't get hurt," I smiled at Drew. My usual sweet personality was stripped away. Silver was shocked. His mouth kept opening and closing, like a fish. He looked ridiculous. "Please, have mercy, don't kill-," I shut Silver up with a Vine Whip to the lips, making him whimper. They slowly dripped dark, crimson blood. "You weren't gonna show mercy on me." I used Energy Ball and rendered his other arm useless. He screamed in pain. I couldn't look at the damage, but I heard a bone crack. Blood splattered onto the walls, the furniture, and the people. It made me start to feel sick, and I slowly started to release the Vine Whip that held him in place. "So why show it on you?"
I was a monster. I knew it the moment I shot the huge Shadow Ball at his chest. His eyes widened, and he fell backward. His chest was stripped of the clothes and skin, showing his ribs and organs. The bones were shattered, the pieces stuck into his lungs and heart. I had to shut my eyes and look away. I just killed a man. I was a murderer. So long Drew, I know you'll hate me now. I was surprised by two familiar arms wrapping around my waist. "May, you did it. You won. Oh my Arceus, I love you so much. I was so scared." Drew kissed my neck and hugged me tighter. "If you're worried about the fact that he's dead, I don't care. He would have killed you if he could have reached you. I'm so glad you're okay."
Suddenly, I got hugged by everyone, even Paul. "May," Dawn practically screamed, "what the hell were you thinking? You could have died! Be more careful!" I smiled at my friend's concern. Towa pushed through the crowd and grabbed my arm. I suddenly felt weak, the adrenaline wearing off, and realized the searing pain in my wound. It was bleeding again. "Drew, I don't care what she says, take her to get medical help." I was picked up bridal-style, and leaned against Drew. "Come on May." I shook my head. "At least until I can explain what happened to Jenny." Drew sighed and sat in a chair, holding me close. Misty called Officer Jenny, who came quickly. I explained everything, Celebi dying, Team Rocket capturing me, Silver wanting to use then kill me, and my fight or flight response when he attacked. She didn't believe me until I showed her my wings and used Vine Whip to pick up a chair. She understood, and when she said I wouldn't get in trouble for anything I had done, Drew took out Flygon and immediately took off toward town. "I love you May. I love you, I love you. Don't scare me like that again." I smiled and kissed his lips with the last ounce of energy I had. "I love you too Drew." Everything slowly turned black.

Butch's POV
"Cassidy, I'm just glad you're okay, I was so worried… You took a long time to heal." Cassidy smiled. "Butch, I'm so sorry I worried you." I shook my head. "It's nothing." We were in a small house in Floaroma Town, one that we had used our pay raise money to buy. It was peaceful, and the house was welcoming. It had three bedrooms, was fully furnished, and was perfect for the two of us. "Butch, I have a question." I looked up curiously at the blonde. "Yes Cassidy, what is it?" Her face quickly grew red and she looked down at the brown couch she was sitting on. "B-Butch… Since we'll be staying here, d-do you wanna, you know," she stopped and shook her head. "Well, um, never mind, it's nothing."
Smiling, I stood up. I was pretty sure I knew her question. I remembered her actions when we first got here, and I thought I figured it out. I walked over to her and wrapped her in a tight embrace. "Cassidy, will you marry me? I know it's sudden, and I'll get you a ring later, but I don't have the money no-," I was cut off by her lips pressing against mine. She pulled away and I saw the sparkle in her beautiful eyes. "Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! I don't care about a ring, I just want you!" I smiled and picked her up, spinning in a circle. "I love you Cassidy." I set her down and she hugged me tightly, happy tears streaming down her face. "I love you too Butch."

Brock's POV
"Oh, hey Erika." I smiled and sat on my bed, my heart pounding against my ribs. "Um, Brock, are you coming back anytime soon? I want to see you again… Since, we're you know…" I laughed a little at her shyness. "Yes Erika, I'll come back in less than two weeks. I promise." I could almost hear the smile in her voice. "Good, I love you Brock. Goodbye!" I shook my head and made a kissing noise. "Bye, I love you too Erika." I hung up and lay back on my bed, smiling. "So, you got yourself a girlfriend now." Ash's teasing voice infiltrated my silence. My smile only grew bigger, and I continued to stare at the ceiling. Girlfriend, hm, I like the sound of that. "I guess that means you'll stop flirting with nurses and cops?" I laughed a little and got up, ruffling Ash's hair as I walked past. "I guess so."
I decided to take a walk into the forest, and go to the Lake of Life. So, this is where Celebi died. Tears started building up in my eyes, but I shook my head. No, Celebi might now be how it used to be but it still lives on inside May. She is the Guardian of the Forest now. I stayed for awhile longer, feeding the wild Pokémon and watching the lake ripple. Rain started to drizzle down lazily, so I headed back. "I wonder how May is doing… she lost quite a bit of blood." I made my way to the log tunnel, and exited lazily. Dawn was playing in the rain, Paul watching her from the porch. He genuinely smiled at her, a rare sight to see. Things are finally starting to calm down here. I went up the ladder to the living room, smiling at Misty and Ash, who were cuddled together on the couch, fast asleep. I wonder why we're all here. What purpose did we serve here? Oh, maybe it was to help May defeat Silver. If not for us, she would have had seven guys against her. She really is amazing, and courageous. I can tell why Drew likes her.
Diane saw me walk by the kitchen and waved. "Hey Brock, come help me with dinner." I nodded and walked into the room, washing my hands in the sink. I started to boil the noodles for spaghetti, and the green-haired turned on the radio. "Stay Stay Stay" by Taylor Swift flooding out of the speakers, and Diane started dancing to the upbeat tune. She twirled and giggled, making me laugh. Misty and Ash walked in, awake from the music. Paul also must have also heard, because he walked in with a soaking wet Dawn. The bluenette grabbed the ice-cold trainer and started to dance with him, ignoring his complaints. The raven-haired trainer and the red-haired gym leader did the same, giggling. I just sat back watching the five of them dance, not wanting to join in, but Dawn grabbed me and dragged me to the "dance floor," also known as the dining room. "Hey, I can't dance!" She spun with me and Paul, causing me to laugh and him to chuckle a little. Misty and Diane started singing the chorus when it came on, making me laugh more. "Stay, stay, stay, I've been loving you for quite some time, time, time, you think that it's funny when I'm mad, mad, mad, but I think that's it's best if we both stay!"
Towa walked in and smiled when she saw us all dancing, walking over to me. "It's so nice to see everyone relaxing. It's been awhile, since Celebi transferred its energy to May." I nodded, smiling in return. "The noodles are boiling, sweetheart." She patted my shoulder and I walked to the stove, taking the pot off of the burner and starting the sauce. By the time I was finished, a new song had started. I had trouble remembering the name, so Dawn's yell helped me. "Oh my gosh, this is Sk8r Boi by Avril Lavigne!" The dances became a full-on air band. Dawn was the guitarist, Paul was on bass, Misty and Diane were the lead singers, and Ash was on drums. I took a video camera out of my bag (that was conveniently close) and began to tape it. Everyone, even Paul, got really into it, even jumping up and down at some points. "He was a skater boy, she said see you later boy, he wasn't good enough for her. She had a pretty face, but her head was stuck in space, she needed to come back down to eaaaaarth!" When the song ended I put my camera up and finished the sauce, mixing it with the spaghetti. "Hey guys, dinner is ready!"
Everyone got a plate and we all sat around the table, leaving two empty chairs. "Talk Dirty To Me" by Jason Derulo starting playing, and we all ate quickly, dancing again.

Drew's POV
"May will be fine, you are free to either go home, stay here in her room, or in the waiting room." I smiled gratefully and pointed towards my brunette's room. "I'll stay in her room." Walking toward it, I noticed some nurses whispering off to the side. I faintly heard the words "cute," "Flygon," and "coordinator." I knew they were talking to me, so I ignored them. I already have a girlfriend, my beautiful May. As I entered the area where hospital equipment surrounded a bed holding the blue-eyed girl I loved, I noticed how miserable she looked. Her hair was sweaty and plastered to her forehead, her face was pale, and her arm was uncomfortably far away from her body. I walked in and sat on a chair next to her right side, away from her injured arm. She coughed slightly and looked at me, slowly smiling when she saw me. "H-hey Drew." I placed a finger to her lips, laying my head down on her forearm. "Get some rest May. You definitely need it." She slowly closed her eyes, nodding. She quickly fell asleep after.
The next day, I woke up to see May already awake, running her hand through my hair and watching TV. Her left arm was still next to her side, and her face had more color in it. "Feeling better sweetheart?" She smiled and looked down at me. "One more day, then with Celebi's power it will be entirely healed. After that, we need to get the last two items." She ruffled my hair and giggled. "You're such a worrywart, Drewy Bear." Smiling, I sat up and kissed her cheek. "Never call me that again, May." Her beautiful laughter filled my ears and she looked at me with so much love in her eyes, I could have cried. "Okay, Drewy Bear."
