-Time skip of 6 months. so now it's April 13 about 5:00 pm-
Allison had not been seen anymore. Kat tried to reach her but to no avail. Kat was sitting at the table of stark towers reading the newspaper. Steve was across from her examining her face.
"You seem stressed out Kat what's going on?" He asked with concern bubbling in his blue eyes. Kat discarded the paper to the side of the table and looked at Steve.
"It's Allison. She hasn't called or texted me in months. I'm afraid she got hurt or possibly be dead by now." She whispered in a small voice. Steve gathered her hands in his and looked to her phone. Nothing.
"I just can't help but think what must be going through Bucky's mind right now. She could be dead or kidnapped or something like that. I can only think the worse." She continued. Steve got up and sat net to her.
"You remember how much training Bucky got at Hydra right?" Steve said in a kind voice. Kat nodded and looked at the floor.
"Allison got more training than he did. She has been undercover before, Kat. She should be fine. Have you tried calling her?" He asked. Kat got a gleam in her eye and kissed Steve on the cheek. She said her goodbyes and grabbed her phone and jacket. She was going to trace Allison's phone. Hopefully when Allison answered the phone she would be able to keep her on the line long enough to get an accurate trace. She dialed Allison's number and waited for her to pick up. She did.
"Hello?" Came the shaky voice that always followed the initiation of a call.
"Hi. It's me Kat." Kat said into the phone. A sigh emitted from Allison and annoyance echoed in her voice.
"What do you want? I told you to leave me alone. You can't just do that?"
" . That's not why I called. I just wanted to tell you that Stark was throwing a party soon and we wanted you to come. If you didn't feel comfortable we would understand. We just wanted you to get more acclimated to the 21st century." Kat said quickly. She did remember Tony saying something about the party. A pause of silence from Allison was heard and Kat waited eagerly. She was getting a trace now. Hopefully Allison would not hang up on her. Allison sighed again and finally replied.
"Where, when, what's the occasion?" She mumbled out. Kat did a little victory dance in her head.
"Stark towers, tomorrow night. And Tony just wants to throw a party. You don't need to dress up or anything. Just be there." She said into the mic. Allison sighed and hung up quickly. Kat was now able to see where she was. She was not so nearby. Kat gasped and immediately called Bucky. Allison was at Arlington National Cemetery.
* time skip of about 6 hrs *
Kat walked around the graves of the cemetery. Rows upon rows of graves went to her knees but she kept looking. She kept her phone out and tracked Allison again. She turned into the Vietnam section and saw one lone figure. She was standing at a lone grave. It had one red rose laying on it's base. Kat approached the figure and stood next to them.
"Stephanie Reynolds. Captain of the 207 infantry regiment." The figure said. Kat turned to the figure ad the figure did the same.
"Hello Katherine" Allison said while extending her hand. Kat shook her hand firmly and looked back at the gave.
"I know this person." Allison said after a few moments of silence.
"That's good that you remember her. How was she." Kat asked kindly. She was happy that Allison was remembering her past.
"No, you don't understand. I remember the name. That's it. I don't remember anything else about her. Not her face, not her actions. Heck I don't even know how I knew her." She explained. Allison turned to meet Kat's gaze.
"Do you know how that...f-feels?" She said.. Her voice cracked and a tear ran down her face. Kat knew where this was headed. She had seen Steve do it with Bucky plenty of times. She pulled Allison into an embrace and felt her frame shake in sobs. Her shirt soon became damp with tears. Kat patted Allison's back and brought her down on t o the ground. She was used to the PTSD attack Steve got and she herself had it as well. Allison's body was hot. Unnaturally hot but her hands were freezing, and it scared Kat. Allison was shaking pretty hard and Kat discreetly placed her writs on the back of Allison's neck. Yep definitely a fever. Kat hoisted her up and noticed her legs were barely holding Allison up. She led Allison to a bench and helped her to sit down. She timidly curled up in a ball trying to warm up. Even though it was a 70 degrees outside she was shaking. Kat pulled out her phone and called Steve.
"I think you should pull the car up. I think Allison's sick. She felt hot and is currently shaking. I think it may be serious." She said into the phone. Steve agreed and said he would pull the car up. Kat saw a marine standing by the road and she walked over to him.
"Hello sir, I would like to have your help." She said in a low voice. The marine turned to her and recognized her instantly.
" , It would be my pleasure. What would you require me to do?" He asked respectably, everybody knew .
"I have a friend here who needs help. She's very sick and doesn't remember much. My husband is waiting in the car and is ready to take her to the hospital. I just don't trust myself with walking with her. Could you do that for me?" She asked him. The marine smiled and looked around. His eyes landed on the figure shaking on the bench.
"Is that your friend ma'am?" He asked kindly. Kat nodded and looked over to Allison. Her shaking had gotten harder now and her face was contorted in winces of pain.
"She has been sitting at that grave stone for weeks ma'am. I don't think she ever left." He said while walking closer to her. Allison was audibly whimpering now, obviously a dream. Kat looked back to the marine.
"Isn't the cemetery locked up at night?" She asked. Allison must have been sleeping somewhere nearby.
"Yes ma'am but we never had the heart to keep her away. We just felt like she needed to find comfort here. We all had the feeling that she is ex-military so we left her alone." The marine replied. He placed his arms underneath Allison and lifted her gently. She fit into his arms like a rag doll. She was shaking very heard and the marine placed her back down. He took off his jacket and draped it over her. He picked her back up and followed Kat to the front of the cemetery. It was a rather long walk and they still had time to speak.
"What's your name marine?" Kat asked kindly. She wanted to be sure that this man got recognition for this.
"My name is Brian, Brian Willhight. I'm a staff sergeant ma'am." He answered kindly. Allison stirred in his arms and whimpered again. Brian hushed her and tightened his hold on her. Allison stopped whimpering and relaxed.
"How did you do that?" Kat asked. She didn't remember any way to shut off a PTSD nightmare like that.
"It helps with men in my regiment. All of the guys will hug a sufferer to calm him down. It works with dogs that are afraid of thunder. Like a pressure jacket. Iv'e learned how to do it by myself." He answered. They were at the front gates at this point and Steve was in the car.
"Where would you like me to put her Ma'am?" Brian asked. Kat gestured to the back seat of the car. Brain buckled her up and took his jacket back. He closed the door and nodded to Kat.
"Have a nice day Ma'am. I have one thing you may want to try. Look at the Vietnam memorial wall. This girl looks like a picture my grand pappy had in his picture book. He was a private. His nick-name was burnout, also try the name Duncan Wilhight." Brian finished. Steve leaned over and gave Brian the number for Stark towers.
"You remember anything else about her give us a call. I have a friend who would love to know more about her." Steve said as he handed him the card. Brian nodded and put his jacket back on . He saluted them as they drove off. Brian sighed and pulled a picture out of his wallet. His grandfather's eyes stared back at him. A girl no older than 17 stood with a sniper rife leaning against her elbow. Brian remembered his grandfather telling him of a girl who killed without mercy, she was called Shadow Sniper. She got in and out without being seen. He walked back to his post at the Vietnam section of the cemetery. He made a mental note to visit his grandfather after his shift ended.

*Time skip of 30 mins.*

Steve and Kat were driving to the closest Stark hospital in the DC area. That was unfortunately one hour away.
"How long did Staff Sargent Wilhight say Allison was in the cemetery?" Steve asked Kat. Kat sighed and looked back to Allison.
"A few weeks. He said that she never left. They didn't have the heart to kick her out. They assumed she was ex-military." Kat replied. Allison was still sleeping but fitfully. Kat was worried about her. Allison wasn't in the most stable condition right now. If Kat had to guess what Allison's problem was she would guess she was dehydrated. Steve pulled into the ER parking lot and skidded to a stop.
"You guessed right Kat. Allison is very dehydrated. If she was in the cemetery for a few weeks she wouldn't have a very large access to water. Clean water that is." Steve said while lifting Allison out of the car.
"Jeez, for a 22 year old she doesn't weigh much." He commented. Kat made a sarcastic face at him.
"Well if you hadn't eaten in weeks you would be kind of skinny as well."she mentions. Steve nodded and walked into the ER.
"Ah Captain, Crystal, What can we do for you?" The doctor called out to them.
"We have an assassin who is very dehydrated and in need of dire care. She's the girl we called about a few hours ago." Steve said urgently. The doctor nodded and immediately called of a gurney. Steve placed Allison on it gently and the doctors rushed her to ICU.
"Will she be alright?" Kat asked nervously. The doctor looked back to the room and bit the inside of his cheek,
"I'm not quite sure. She is suffering from heat stroke and severe dehydration. We are going to put her on a drip and see if we can get a few more fluids in her body. If we can't she may not make it. Tell me do you know your blood type? We need to try a blood transfusion so we can get more fluids in her." The doctor asked them. Kat looked to Steve who shrugged. He pulled out his phone and called Bucky.
"Hello?" Bucky said over the receiver.
"Hey Buck, sorry to bother you but we need to know Allison's blood type. Do you know it?"
"Yes. She has AB negative. You found her?"
"Yeah, she has heat stoke and dehydration, she's in ICU right now." Steve replied. He could just imagine Bucky's face right now,he would be terrified.
"I'm coming down there." Bucky said urgently. Steve put a hand on the phone.
"Bucky wants to come down here. Should we let him?" He asked Kat. She shook her head no. If Bucky came down here he would never leave. Kat wouldn't let him do that to himself.
"No Bucky, stay there. We don't need you down here. Oh wait the doctor's coming back." Steve finished.
"We have some bad news. The poor girl has slipped into a coma. We don't know when she'll wake up but don't count on it being soon. She's in really bad condition. Too much stress on her mind." The doctor said. Steve moved his hand off of the receiver.
"Better come anyway Buck." Steve said. He was able to hear a sigh emit from Bucky.
"I heard. A coma. I'll be there in 30 minutes." Bucky replied.
"How?.. Never mind. I won't ask." Steve sighed. He hung up and looked to the doctor. They stood by until Bucky arrived.

*time skip of 30 minutes.*

Bucky walked into the ER. Steve and Kat then walked out. They didn't want to stick around for what would occur.
"Where is she?" he asked the head doctor. The doctor pointed to an ICU room and Bucky walked into it. Allison was laying there in that bed, hooked to a drip. He pulled up a chair and held her left hand. The one with the star. He watched her heart rate beep on the monitor. He watched her brain waves on the brain scan and saw they were almost inactive. The tubes in her nose and mouth pushed oxygen into her system. Bucky was stunned on how she was clinging by a thread. The machines the only thing keeping her alive. He kissed her hand a few times and then pressed it to her forehead. The doctor walked in an patted him on the back.
"You love her don't you?" He asked. Bucky nodded and looked at the doctor.
"Yes sir. She has amnesia and doesn't remember me but she will." He answered while looking back at her.
"Would you like a blanket and pillow sir? You obviously have no plans on leaving based on the bag you brought." The doctor asked. Bucky nodded and the doctor patted his back again. He walked away and a nurse gave Bucky his things. Allison groaned in her sleep and Bucky looked up to her. He kissed her forehead and leaned back in the chair. He checked his watch and it read 11:00 p.m. It was going to be a long night. He took his shoes off and put his feet up on the bed where Allison wasn't occupying. He tipped his cap and fell asleep.

*Two hour time skip*

The doctor looked in on Allison and Bucky. The lights were still on and Bucky was sleeping soundly. Allison's condition didn't change and she was stable. He smiled at Bucky's position and turned off the lights. He loved that Bucky was ready to care for her. Allison was obviously a special girl. A nurse walked by and the doctor smiled and made a shushing motion he closed the door but kept the windows not blackened. The nurse smiled and walked back to the desk. She was ready for a safe night in the Stark hospital.
