Chapuro tenuro! I don't speak Spanish ;-; Anyway, welcome back to Pokemon XY, and we're finally at the chapter I, personally, have been looking forward to posting for a month! This chapter is in a mystery person's POV, but don't worry, you find out who it is quickly. This chapter is a bit more gorey than usual, so I might need to turn up the rating ;) Also, as stated, this chapter is 30 minutes prior to last chap.

I also sort of forgot to start replying to reviews last chapter, so I'll start at Chapter 10! With only one reply...

El Torro: Haha, I know you'd do the same thing ;3 But sorry, you're wrong about the POV...

Ep 10: Stay Alert, Lumiose!

30 MINUTES EARLIER…

?'s POV:

Like magic, the doors opened in front of me. All these inventions trying to improve our life, all useless as this world is terrible. I walked into the mildly beautiful, open lobby of Sycamore's Lab and went over to the receptionist.

"Hello, young lady. I'm here to see Augustine Sycamore!" I cheered like I was happy. She smiled up at me.

"We get that request a lot," she giggled. Ugh, the human giggle. 'I'm so innocent, I'm so cheerful,' sickening, isn't it? "I'll get him in a second but I'll need a name, sir."

"Just tell him we're old friends," I laughed like the girl. She laughed a little, but I could tell it was completely fake. She instructed me to take a seat as she went to go find him.

"Ok, I'm in," I said to the piece of technology in my ear, which had a super sensitive microphone in it as well as a micro-speaker that only I could hear. "He's on his way, so I'll be in and out within 10 minutes, mega stone in hand when I'm out."

"Great, sir," one of my agents told me. "We're all ready here, at the Stone Emporium."

"Perfect. The genes of Mega Evolution will soon be ours, they could aid us with the Secret Weapon. I must go now, but my microphone will remain on so you can hear our conversation at all times, and so if you have any advice, then you can tell me discretely, Aliana."

"Lysandre, how could it not be you that's visiting?" Augustine chuckled as he walked over to me and shook my hand.

"Oh, isn't it just like me to appear out of the blue," I smirked. All this happiness, so not my style. But I will say one thing, I would've made one damn good actor. Move over, Diantha.

"So, what did you want to see me about?"

"Mega Evolution."

"So, that pretty much explains everything I know about mega evolution," he concluded after explaining to me the key things about it. So, you need a bond between Pokemon and trainer. That means, any of those happy-go-lucky kids that got their hands on some mega stones could use them. Why would I let such power slip away? Lucky for me however, Gyarados and I were the perfect candidates for this new power.

"Wow, sounds breath-taking. I would love to get my hands on some of those mega stones!" I exclaimed. Augustine smiled at me and I saw him looking over towards a mega ring. I could easily have just stolen a mega ring, but I was coming to Lumiose anyway so why not just guilt it out of him?

"Say, how's your Gyarados going?"

"Oh, we're as close as ever." I saw him think hard.

"Here, I'd like you to have this mega ring," he said as he walked over to the table that it was on. The mega ring seemed to be a black metallic bracelet with a rainbow coloured stone in the middle of it.

"How much do I owe you?" I questioned, although I knew I wasn't paying a cent.

"Oh, you don't have to pay me a cent! It's on the house." I knew it. "Oh! Also, you're going to need the Gyaradosite. Tell the owner at the Stone Emporium that you were sent here by Augustine to get the Gyaradosite, and then Mega Gyarados will be all yours!" I smirked a wicked smile but quickly changed it to a thanking smile, as I had to put on this nice persona for him. That's the only side of me he knew. He didn't know about Team Flare…

"Well, I must be heading off now. It was lovely seeing you Sycamore," I waved as the elevator doors opened for me.

"You too!" He waved. Now is when our true plan began. But, just as that all-so fake smile rubbed off my face, he turned around. "Wait, why did you want to see me about Mega Evolution anyway?" I slightly froze, that was one question I didn't expect to be asked. Uh… Well I can't tell him that it's for Team Flare…

"Sir, just tell him it's because you want to become a more powerful Pokemon trainer."

"Oh, I just want to become a more powerful trainer," I shrugged. Wait, what?! I'm not a Pokemon trainer.

"Ah, well I'm glad to see you're back in the game and have some ambition!" He cheered as he clicked his fingers over towards me. Ugh, what a pretentious snob. I smiled, and the elevator doors closed.

"Aliana, what a terrible lie! You're lucky he didn't follow it up with other questions. If he had of held me up much longer our plans could be ruined!"

"Yes, I'm sorry sir, but it was the only lie that popped into my head."

"Well, I guess it was better than standing there stone cold. Good work Aliana."

"Thank you sir. Our plan begins in 5 minutes, will you be in our secret base in time?"

"Of course Aliana. Get the agents ready." The elevator doors opened and I saw the lab's lobby. The receptionist had buggered off somewhere so I was free to let out a threatening cackle. I smirked wickedly and powerfully walked out of the lab. Lumiose City, be prepared for the Team Flare undertaking!

"One minute until Operation Mega, Part 2 begins," Aliana reminded me as I approached my destination.

"Yes Aliana, and, right on time." I turned a corner and started to walk down a rather small street. It was filled with apartments and office buildings mainly but there was one, bright red café. Darker than my spikey hair and evil eyes, but it had that same flare. I approached it and the sign read, 'Flare Café'. As if. I went inside with my devious walk, and went to the back of the café. No one was there but a waiter, dressed in a red tuxedo. We met eyes and he nodded at me. I approached the back of the room and a painting jittered to the right.

"Name," a female robotic voice said.

"Lysandre." The machine said nothing, and I could hear a slight motor whirring.

"Access granted."

A doorway shape in the shocking red wall started to move back before it moved into the side of the tunnel. I had a genuine smile on my face. No one knew of this secret base, only my agents and I. I was proud to call this home. The door shut behind me but just before it did, I saw my "waiter" narrow his eyes and start to think. I recognised those angry brows anywhere. It was Looker.

"Aliana, get some agents over to the café now. Looker's here, and he knows about Lysandre Labs."

"Looker?! Ugh, not him again! Looks like we're going to have to move location!"

"No, because he won't be around to tell anyone. I want him dead." Aliana went silent for a second, I supposed thinking about whether that was the right thing to do. She took a deep breath.

"Ok, I'll instruct the agents to kill him."

"Good work, as always," I complimented her, hoping that that would get her over her anti-murdering way of thinking. We have to get rid of those who bring no beauty to this world, either mentally or physically, and also those who are trying to stop us. After a short walk I was brought to an elevator. I clicked and it sent me straight to my office. Somehow, my scientists have created a machine that recognises someone's click. Useless, soon, however.

"Sir, 10 seconds until part 2 begins."

"Yes Aliana, I'm in my office now. I walked over to my computer and on the screen there were four different views, since four different agents had cameras in their glasses. One of them was Aliana's view, another was one of the agents sent to kill Looker and the other two were agents aiding in the stealing of the Mega Stones. No doubt Sycamore will be there, so that means I will have to come out eventually and be on the side-lines, so I don't be identified with Team Flare. "Now, begin the operation."

Aliana gave a hand signal and suddenly everyone was moving. Aliana was perched on a roof top across the street and the other two agents were in alleyways nearby. Aliana got down by zip line and met the dozen other regular agents. I knew they would do a good job; I was more worried about Looker. If he found a way to get into Lysandre Labs, or even escape… I was done for, and Team Flare's secrets would be revealed. I heard glass shatter and I flinched, although I realised it was my agents breaking into the Stone Emporium. They had sent out Pyroars and Mightyena and had cornered the shoppers and workers into a corner.

"We are Team Flare!" I heard Aliana shout. "Hand over all of your stones or prepare to be eliminated!"

"Wait, so your Team Flare?!" a male who looked like one of the employees shrieked. Aliana nodded her head, as the camera tilted up and down. I had instructed her to demand for all of the stones so that they wouldn't know what we were after. "There is no way I am giving up my shop to you thieves!" Oh, so he was the owner.

"Alright then. Pyroar, use Flamethrower!" Aliana's Pyroar shout out a burst of fire and the Owner so narrowly dodged it.

"I'm not going down without a fight! Let's go Blastoise!" The Owner reached for his pokeball but he couldn't find it. "Where's my Blastoise gone?!" One of the Flare agents with the camera had snuck through the vents and snatched the people's pokeballs without noticing. Why would we let them use their Pokemon? Then we might have a chance of fail.

"Aliana, speed it up. The authorities will be on their way. We have a maximum of 60 seconds to go!"

"You're defenceless, let us into your backroom!" Aliana screeched. That's where all of the stock was held, including all of the Mega Stones. Most of the other stones were being showcased in glass cabinets but our agents were already getting a hold of those.

"I'm sorry my staff, and all of my customers, but I have to stop Team Flare from doing this! If they get a hold of the Mega Stones, they could become an even bigger threat. I have… I have to protect our region!"

"Touching speech, but it seems we'll just have to blow our way in," Aliana shrugged. She got out a C4 and started to input a code.

"10 seconds until self-destruct," it proclaimed. Aliana through it towards the wall and all of the agents started to run outside. The Owner started to push all of his employees and customers in an attempt to get them out. But it didn't look like they were going to survive this blast.

"Looks like it's my time to go. Aliana, I'll see you down there."

"Right!"

And then, the air crackled and the explosion rumbled the city. Even I felt the ground shake. And all you could hear was BOOOOOMM! I doubt even all of my agents could survive that blast, far less the Owner. Oh well, you have to do what you have to do to make the world beautiful. I casually walked out of my office, down the elevator and into the café, where I saw some of my agents standing over Looker, who had blood seeping from his head.

"Excellent, boys," I told them and pointed at the door, for them to leave. They nodded and left immediately. I looked down onto the middle-aged man. "Looks like we won this time, Looker." I strolled out the door and took a deep breathe. Time to put on my nice guy act. I sprung my head up and started to sprint over towards the Stone Emporium, giving off the impression I was worried about the citizens. Lysandre Labs was only a few minutes' walk from the emporium so I was able to sprint there within the minute.

"Please, stay back citizens of Lumiose!" Officer Jenny said through a megaphone as she and some of her officers were trying to push back the crowd of people.

"But my son is an employee in that store! I just want to see if he's ok! Please!" an older woman cried out to Officer Jenny. Who cares? Death is inevitable.

"I'm sorry ma'am, but this is law. We cannot let civilians into or onto the crime scene," she apologised. I carried on running and approached Jenny.

"Officer, what on earth has happened here?!" I shrieked and put a panicked look on my face.

"Team Flare." I turned around and saw Augustine standing behind me with an angry expression.

"Not Team Flare again! They cause nothing but trouble," I growled.

"We've been working our hardest to catch them but they leave no trails, no leads, no nothing! The leader hasn't revealed themselves either. The only person who was getting close was Looker," Office Jenny explained. Oh good! The cops know nothing, and now the only person with any leads on us is dead. We couldn't be in a better position, and we were only getting stronger.

"Officer, you have to catch them!" I proclaimed.

"Lysandre, I know how much you want to protect our region, and Lumiose even more since it is both of our homes, but Jenny is doing the best she can. That's all we can ask for," Augustine, the brat, reminded me. Snob. Suddenly you could hear turbines spinning from a chopper above. It was a deep, but bright red helicopter and it lowered onto the roof of the emporium. We had our emblem on the side of the chopper as well.

"So it is Team Flare that's doing this!" an unfamiliar voice screamed. Sycamore and I turned around and saw a dirty-blond haired boy, a black-haired and dark tanned boy, a blond-haired girl and a brunette girl. The dark tanned boy was at the front of the pack and seemed to be the one who shouted.

"Students! I told you to stay at the lab!" Sycamore scolded them. So, they were obviously Pokedex holders with some starter Pokemon.

"We're sorry professor, but we just had to follow you!" the brunette girl whined. Augustine and I quickly lost interest in them and turned back around to the building, where Aliana and half a dozen troops were standing. Obviously they were the survivors.

"Ahh, sir, sorry to bring bad news but that dirty-blond kid is the boy that stopped us back at Santalune City. Tyler Colt is his name, according to our interface." What?! That's the kid? Oh, that isn't good. That must mean he's strong…

"Team Flare, stop this right now!" Sycamore yelled up to them.

"Do you have no morals?! You are killing innocent people, and all for some stones? What do you want with them!?" I questioned them with anger and betrayal, being, 'clueless'.

"That's none of your business," Aliana said with sly. I upped my eyebrows at her, letting her know she was doing a good job.

"Alright Team Flare, you're not getting away this time," Tyler told us with a Chespin on his shoulder. According to Aliana, he used a Staraptor, and that was the only Pokemon he was shown to use. He definitely didn't have a Chespin on his shoulder. "Fletchling, come on out and use Razor Wind!"

"Ling!" a Fletchling chirped as it entered the skies. It reared back and shot out wind streaks of power up towards our chopper.

"Pyroar, use Fire Blast!" Aliana shouted. Her Pyroar pounced up from behind her and spit out a star of fire which collided with the Razor Wind, causing an explosion of smoke, covering the entirety of the sky above us. It made everyone unable to see the helicopter or my agents, which made for the perfect getaway. The chopper's turbines started to spin, which made the smoke start to blow away; the only flaw in an otherwise perfect getaway.

"Now that the smoke is starting to clear, Froakie, come on out and use Rock Smash!" the darker-tanned boy commanded as he threw a pokeball.

"Kie!" a Froakie cried as it came out of its pokeball and started to sprint along the ground. That Pokemon is fast! Froakie jumped up towards the building with a powered up red fist of fury. That colour, oh how it puts a fiery ambition in my heart. But, of course, the attack would turn out to be useless. Froakie disappeared into the smog, and as it cleared it showed Pyroar had Froakie's fist clenched between its jaws.

"Froakie…" the boy mumbled. The chopper engine was fully powered up and my agents began to get in. But Aliana just stood there, peering down onto us as the stones were being loaded onto the chopper. I turned back to the students to see what they would do, and they seemed stumped. Brilliant. Our plans are going down without any problems.

"I cannot let you do this!" I wrenched my head over to Augustine. "I'll have to use my Pokemon to stop you! Let's go… Garchomp!" I stared at him wide eyed as I didn't expect him to send out a Garchomp. That's new!

"Chomp!" the giant Dragon-Type screeched as he was unleashed from his pokeball.

"Garchomp, use Dragon Rush!" Garchomp stomped his foot onto the ground, which made a blue dragon surround his body. He then flew into the air and the dragon face grew wings and became more fearsome. That thing is ridiculously strong. Aliana pointed forward and her Pyroar pounced into the air, covered in fire; Flame Charge. The two collided and they seemed to be even.

"Now Pyroar, use Solar Beam!" Aliana's female Pyroar started to absorb light from her hair, before she shot it out into a bright yellow beam. Aliana and her Pyroar were an unstoppable team, having done nothing but training since her loss in Santalune. I caught the fear in Sycamore's eyes as the Solar Beam surged down onto Garchomp, as you could see the amount of shear power in it. Garchomp was hit and sent rushing back against the building behind us and although he was an extremely powerful Pokemon, he fainted just like that. I looked back at the kids and they looked scared.

"I… I'm stumped…" Augustine wallowed as he hung his head low. "Lysandre, you're our last hope." I looked over at him confused, still putting on that act.

"I'm sorry, but I don't have any Pokemon on me right now," I apologised.

"Of all the times not to have Pokemon," he sighed as he slapped his thigh. We all then looked back up at Team Flare, I the only one smiling. Aliana turned around and started to walk towards the chopper where all of my other agents were but as she started to hop in she turned around and looked down to us.

"Well, it looks like Team Flare has won once again. Now we're even stronger than before, and will become unstoppable!" Aliana screamed with that Team Flare wicked laugh straight after, and got into the chopper. I stopped smiling and gave an angered look just in case anyone was looking.

"They got away," I sighed.

"No, why would they do this?!" the blonde girl asked, with a whiney voice.

"My guess is that they were after evolution stones and Mega Stones, to power up their Pokemon," Sycamore guessed, and half of it was right. We just wanted the Mega Stones, but it was for more than just powering up our Pokemon. That information would be revealed in due time of course. "Now come on kids, let's get back to the lab where it's safe. This crime scene isn't appropriate for children either." I stared down to the street in front of the Stone Emporium. It was filled with unconscious and dead people, including some Flare agents. Sycamore and his students started to walk away, and now I could fully smile. Team Flare had won again…

I strolled into the street of Flare Café, and turned left into my café that held Lysandre Labs. I walked confidently through my yet again empty café, and to the back of the room. But I stopped. There was a blood puddle, check. But, no Looker.

"Aliana."

"Yes, sir."

"Did someone move Looker's body?!"

"Ah… I haven't given out any orders to." I shouted, groaned and slammed my fist against the wall.

"How?! HOW could he survive?! I gave you orders! Why didn't you get them to check his pulse?!"

"I'm sorry sir, it won't happen again. I promise."

"Aghh…" I muttered as I looked over to the blood. "You would usually be punished for this, Aliana, but you've done such a great job today that I'll let it slide. Fire those two agents that were supposed to kill him and erase their memories. Then send out at least a dozen agents to find Looker and take him back to me. I want to talk to him personally this time…" I opened the door to the labs and walked down the hall. "Then we're going for those kids and Sycamore."

SOMETIME AFTER THE EMPORIUM INCIDENT…

"Agents, how far are you from his position?" I spoke to them, safe in Lysandre Labs, while they were out in the field. They were using ear pieces.

"The tracker shows he is in the building I'm on top of right now, sir," one of my agents told me. We had ran into Looker soon after the Stone Emporium and got a tracker on him. It had been a while since that day and we had secured more Mega Stones from Glittering Cave, and have been chasing Looker ever since then. Though every time he finds a way to escape. Not this time however.

"Go, go, go!" I exclaimed to them. They all started to flurry in from all corners of the building, some coming from the roof, some from the basement, and some smashing through windows.

"Ahh!" I heard a cry that was all so similar to Looker's.

"Excellent," I complimented. They stormed Looker and he was shocked, with nowhere to go. After a few punches he was knocked out, and they hand cuffed Looker with his own hand cuffs! Hah! Now, soon, I would be able to personally end his life, and get all of his secrets out of him…

TO BE CONTINUED…

NEXT EPISODE: THE LUMIOSE SBC!

And finally, the chapter is done. So Team Flare are attempting to kill Looker, and succeeded in stealing a whole bunch of mega stones. As well as that, Lysandre is playing the good guy with the rest of the world, and got a mega ring from Sycamore. I really enjoyed writing this in Lysandre's point of view. I found his character to be a very interesting character to play around with, and I'm definitely going to be writing more chapters in his POV in the future. Next chapter will be the Pokemon Lumiose Southern blah blah Contest. The name is too long ;-; Now, Pokemon Listings!
