Quinn
Everything turned into hell after Quinn put the letter in Rachel's locker. The day after, Quinn noticed the strange looks everyone was giving her. She decided to just ignore it. Bad idea, because she wasn't prepared at all when a jock threw a slushy in her face, and while she wanted to furiously jump him, he said some words she didn't expect.
"Your daddy must be really proud of his dyke daughter, Fabgay."
Her world crashed down from that day on, and when Puck gave her the school paper the next day, she understood why.

Another gay?
While everyone knows about certain people at this school that prefer an relationship with the same sex, this might be a big shocker for you all. Cheerio captain Quinn Fabray might have the hots for a certain jew named Rachel Berry. She was spotted putting a letter (ooooh, love letterrr) in the girl's locker. After that, she walked away with her gay(!) best friends. Maybe not a shocker after all?
x
Puck maybe expected a screaming Quinn, but she kept silent, teared the paper apart and walked away.
If Quinn was completely honest, she's more upset about the fact that Rachel hasn't said a word to her since the day of their "date". She also didn't respond to the letter at all. It all feels like the biggest mistake she has ever made. Santana keeps saying Rachel is a fool for not returning her feelings, but Quinn totally understands the girl. She treated her horrible for years and suddenly she has feelings for her? Sounds like a bad low-budget movie. She swallows back her tears, grabs her bag and prepares herself for this long and horrible day that's waiting for her.

Rachel
Clutching her bag tightly against her chest, Rachel walks into her next class of the day. It was a bad idea to go to school today, she knows. Somewhere in this school, Quinn is searching for her. Rachel feels awful for hurting Quinn, but why would she? This is all just a terrible prank of the cheerleaders. 'Let's make Rachel fall in love with Quinn so she can break her heart afterwards'. Seeing Quinn is going to be hard. She stayed at home for a week, but she can't stay away forever. She sighs as she throws her bag on the table and gives a dead glare to a boy who's smirking evilly at her. Wait... What? She looks again, now seeing that EVERYONE is looking at her. This can't be because of Finn's stupid rumor, right? That's, like, three weeks ago! No, it has to be something different. She hears a thud next to her and she looks up, finding Finn, who's now sitting next to her. He smiles softly at her. She smiles back, relieved that at least SOMEONE isn't acting weird. She looks around, frowning at everyone.
"You haven't seen it yet, do you?" Finn's voice interrupts her staring.
She looks back at him and shakes her head.
"What's there to see? I mean, I'm shocked everyone's looking at me, because normally, I would've been ignored. Wait... Do I have something gross on my face? Is that it?" She immediately traces her face, searching for dirt or something. Finn gently grabs her hand and pulls it down.
"No, Rach, you don't have filth on your face. This is something worse." He says softly. Rachel frowns deeply.
"What's worse than that...?" She gasps. "O my god, there's a hole in this shirt, right? I know I shouldn't have trusted Kurt! I'm shitting myself here! This is why I usually wear argyle, those clothes are basically made of iron or something. Impossible to..."
Finn cuts off her rambling by putting a hand on her mouth.
"...No, Rachel, you don't have a hole in your shirt..." He sighs deeply. Rachel sighs relieved. Then her eyes widen.
"But what's wrong then?" She asks quietly.
Finn clears his throat. "Jacob saw Quinn putting a letter in your locker and he snapped some pictures. He also wrote an article about it in his school paper." He whispers.
"Is that i... WHAT?!" Rachel screams, shocked. Everyone looks at her again.
"What?" She repeats, now whispering.
Finn shrugs. "Yeah. Everyone thinks Quinn has the hots for you." He says.
Rachel groans, suddenly feeling guilty for letting Quinn deal with this on her own for a whole week.
"So what happened this week?" Rachel asks.
Finn sighs. "Slushy's. A lot of slushy's." He answers.
At that moment, the teacher decides to walk in.
"Who threw them?" Rachel asks.
"Cheerleaders and jocks..." Finn whispers.
"Mr. Hudson! Detention! No speaking in class, I don't know how many times I already said that to you." Mrs Woods says annoyed.
"But..." Finn starts defending himself. Mrs Woods gives him a look. "...Whatever." Finn groans.
Rachel gives him a sympathetic look. He just shrugs and listens to the teacher again. Rachel thinks about what he said. Cheerleaders throw slushy's at Quinn, so it can't be a prank of the them. Maybe Quinn was bored and created this prank all by herself?
"Mrs Berry?"
Rachel looks up to mrs Woods.
"The answer?" Mrs Woods impatiently asks.
O god. "I... I don't know." She quietly says.
"You mean you didn't listen." Mrs Woods says.
"Yeah..." Rachel admits.
"DETENTION!"

"Well, at least we have detention together..." Finn tries to be positive.
Rachel groans. She's never had detention before. She feels like jumping of a cliff.
"This is horrible." Rachel exclames, close to tearing up.
"Nah... There are worse things." He turns around. "Things like that, for example." He sadly says.
Rachel turns around, searching for what he's talking about. Then she sees it. Sadness builds up in her stomach as she watches. A jock walks in Quinn's direction, who's putting some books in her locker, with a big slushy in his hand. Rachel gulps.
"We have to do something!" She whispers furiously. Finn looks at her like she's crazy.
"Nobody was ever able to stop a slushy, Rach. And by the way, why do you care? She's been a bitch to you for years!" Finn whispers back, frowning at her.
Rachel thinks about this for a moment. Then she speaks up.
"You don't know this, but she helped me, too. She didn't need to, but she did. I owe her."
And before Finn has the power to stop her, Rachel runs to Quinn and jumps in front of her, getting the slushy in her own face. Everyone gasps. Quinn looks at her with widened eyes, a hand on her mouth to cut off the gasp that's about to leave her throat. Rachel wipes some slushy away from her eyes and looks at the jock with a newfound rage. She walks up to him and pokes a finger in the flabbergasted boy's chest.
"You, boy, are a disgusting pig." Rachel grits. The jock just blinks. He didn't expect this to happen at all.
"Quinn Fabray has done so many brave and good things in her life. And you? What have you ever done?" Rachel asks, her voice trembling with anger. The boy gulps and shrugs helplessly.
"Nothing. You're a coward. You stayed the horrible you ever since freshmen year. You've never evolved into an adult. That's sad, really. I feel sorry for you."
The boy looks at the ground. Then he turns around and runs away. Rachel sighs heatedly. Then she feels a hand in her own. The hand pulls her to the nearest restroom. As Rachel looks at her helper, she sees it's Quinn. She feels a fluttering in her stomach as she sees the blonde looking worriedly at her as they're about to walk into the restroom. The rest of the students are left behind with confusion. Did Rachel Berry really just beat a jock?
