Long time no post guys! Sorry for the lack of post on the blog last month but here's the long awaited chapter 8! I already started typing down the fanfic I'm gonna post after this one! Look forward to it! Anyway I saw Hobbits the Desolation Of Smaug. Its really good! I cant wait for the 3rd one to come out! Same goes for The Hunger Games! Anyway Hope you enjoy this chapter! Chapter 8 ✸ The Mirror
[Hakuryuu's POV]
"What the...!" Alibaba commented on the room we were in. The room had mirrors, loads of mirrors of different types and sizes. "I figured there was a room like this... One of these is a portal to a completely different world..." Aladdin said as he touched one of the mirrors. Then he looked to us. "That's what the rukh is telling me..." he told us.
Suddenly I had a feeling that something was watching us. When I turned to the back, there it was. A doll. An eerie one at that. I was staring at it for a while. "Hakuryuu-san, step back... That thing is danger, I can see black rukh around it" Aladdin stepped in front of me. "I'm pretty confused, why are we dealing with stuff here rather than finding Morgiana?" Alibaba asked. "I guess it has something to do with that..." I said pointing to the doll.
[Morgiana's POV]
"Wow... There really are a lot of dolls here..." Anya commented. "Here it is..." Leana said as she pulled a few dolls off a mirror. "The portal back home..." I said, touching the frame of the mirror. "Yeah... Rosette? What do we do to get back?" Leana asked.
Rosette looked at us and said, "Morgiana, you need to remember what happened before you came to the tower... Most of us had already remembered our past because Karujiko caught us." I looked at Rosette. "But how? I can't let Karujiko catch me..." I said. I walked around for a bit, stopping right in front of the mirror. I had the sudden urge to touch the mirror. "Morgiana?" Anya said. I suddenly snapped back to reality, my fingers brushed the mirror.
Suddenly I heard Karujiko's piercing screams in the corridors. She came into the room stumbling down to the ground, her face was cracked and her legs were twisted. "Help me…." she said with pleading eyes, her hands was reaching towards us. Just as she said it, her skin cracked and her whole body fell apart into pieces. I stared at her, terrified at what just happened and why….
At that moment, the mirror behind me cracked, even the mirror frames broke and darkness burst out like sunlight at dawn, engulfing all of us in its cold embrace. I was floating. I saw Jennifer, Noielle, Naomi, Adrianna, Leana and Rosette all with me. I saw all of them mouthing out words but I couldn't read or hear. I saw a small light glisten in a distance. At that moment I heard his voice, the voice I heard in my dreams, calling me as the warm light separated me from the cold fingers of darkness.
[Hakuryuu's POV]
"Hakuryuu! What the hell!" Alibaba said looking at me, pointing to the ground where a shattered doll lay in front of me. "All I did was just to destroy it... " I said. "Hakuryuu-san is right... I think that doll is the reason why Mor-san is not here..." Aladdin said. Suddenly all the mirrors in the room cracked except for one. "What the...!" Alibaba said.
A few minutes later, the mirror that we concluded was the portal started cracking with a loud sound. At that moment, a ray of light that actually curved around, wrap itself around me and started dragging me into the mirror. I could hear Alibaba and Aladdin calling after me, but I couldn't react. Suddenly the world started spinning and I could feel darkness creeping, threatening to fill my vision. Just as I reached out my hand, my vision turned black.
When I could finally see, I was in a space filled with light. "Where am I? Morgiana?!" I mumbled to myself. Looking around, I spotted a lady in white but she was looking somewhere else. I could only see that she had long golden white hair.
[Morgiana's POV]
I was confused, I could hear him but I couldn't see him. "You did well to come this far, Morgiana," someone said behind with an unfamiliar voice. "Who's there?!" I turned around but no one was there. I started panicking. I'm in the middle of nowhere with a stranger.
"Silly girl, I'm right here..." the voice said. I turned around again and saw a lady in white. She had long whitish-blonde hair that shimmered and flowed so gracefully with deep blue eyes that shone like sapphire, her face was flawless. She wore a white sleeveless gown that flowed perfectly with her body and wore an emerald necklace. She also wore a few bracelets on each wrist.
"Who are you?" I asked. She had an amused face plastered in her face before she said, "My name is Cynoria, the spirit of light." I just stood there. I think my jaws hit the floor before I heard her giggling. "Wait... Where's my friends?! They were here a minute ago!" I asked. "Don't worry about them, they are currently going through a reverse change," she said calmly. I didn't realize I was so tensed up until I relaxed.
"Adn- my friend told me that you're the one who Gyokuen wants to kill... Why?" I asked. Suddenly her smile faded as she said, "I was the one who sealed 'Father', in order to stop the world from destruction." "So why do you need me?" I asked.
"You will know in time. You want it see him, don't you? The one who was calling you in your dreams?" she asked. I just nodded. I don't know who he is but I feel like as if I had known him, a bond between him and me. Cynoria smiled again and stepped aside. I stood there bewildered. I couldn't believe my eyes.
"That's him..."
