On Friday a week later I wake up completely exhausted. Last night I had been up late with Aria, Spencer, Emily and Caleb trying to figure out what is on this cellphone. Hanna apparently doesn't know about them involving her boyfriend into the mix. She doesn't want him getting into this because A may target him. But you know sometimes the girls do the opposite of what someone says anyway.

Yes, you heard me right. I've been helping the girls. Why the sudden change of heart from them? Well besides that I'm the one who noticed the cellphone the night of the greenhouse, I found out that Mona is getting A messages too and has been helping them. I mean, I haven't gotten a message since the last one, but naturally I thought it was unfair that she got to help and I had to sit on the sidelines like a child. My argument obviously went well and some things here and there they let me sit in on.

I sit up in my bed and go to turn off the alarm on my phone and grab my glasses from the nightstand. I notice that Aria isn't in her bed and see that there's a small gift box by my glasses. I put them on and then grab the box. There's a note attached to it, so I read that first.

Jessie,

We are so proud of everything you've accomplished in your life and we are so grateful to consider you part of the family. There have been a lot of obstacles that you've had to jump through, but you've found your way through them and it has made you the beautiful person you are today. Your parents and Jeff would be so proud of you. Always remember that they are looking down on you. We all love you very much, don't ever forget that.

Love You Always,

Aunt Ella, Uncle Byron, Ria and Mikey

I'm a little confused but a smile creeps up on me and tears start to form in my eyes. I set the note to the side and open the box. There's wrapping paper in it, so I start to move it aside and see at the bottom a set of keys. I lift it up and see that the key is actually a car key connected to a car remote to some type of Volkswagen.

My mouth drops. "No way."

Not even bothering to put on my boot I jump out of bed. I hit the floor hard but I barely even feel the pain that shoots up my leg from my ankle. That doesn't stop me from racing out the room and running down the steps two at a time. I don't even realize that everyone is sitting at the kitchen table waiting for me as I head out the front door.

When I get outside I'm in pure shock to properly react at first as. There's a brand new light blue Volkswagen Jetta that looks like the 2010 model.

"No way!" I finally yell when I see Aria, Mike, my aunt and uncle come next to me. I look at them and they have smiles on their faces. "Are you kidding me? That's not mine."

"Oh it's not?" Uncle Byron says frowning at the car. "Our mistake. Can we have the key back?"

I laugh. "Seriously? This is my car?"

He nods. "Yes. You deserve it kiddo." He leans in and gives me a hug, kissing me on the top of my head. "That crap car gives you too much of a hard time."

"You didn't have to do this."

"But we wanted to." Aunt Ella says from beside me.

"So what should I do with the old one?" I look at my old car that is parked in front of it.

"You could sell it." Uncle Byron says.

I slowly nod. That is a pretty good idea since I need the money. I can't get into the savings from the money my parents made for me as a kid, or touch the money that was left behind from when they died until the age of eighteen. Till then I have to make the best with the money I get with the store and holidays. Selling my old car will definitely help out.

I got that car from the owner of the dealership that knew my parents. I was able to get an older car and allowed me to build up my credit with it. He gave me the chance to show that I could pay my monthly payments without problems, which I did so now my credit is pretty good.

I smile at him, "You guys are the best." I take turns giving them all a hug and they all smile.

"You sure you want to drive it today? You have another week to get the boot off." Aunt Ella says.

I look down at her. "Yes. Is that a serious question?"

They all laugh at me.

"Go check it out." Uncle Byron tells me.

Even though now I'm starting to feel a bit of the pain from jumping on my ankle when I got out of bed, I don't hesitate to half run over. Aria and Mike are right behind me.

Just an update on Mike, he's doing a lot better. He's been back in school and I'm so happy to see that smile on his face again. He had us all scared for awhile, but I can't say I don't understand because I do get what he was feeling. He's been going to a therapist, and that got him to his old self thankfully.

When we get to school everyone's watching as I pull into the parking lot in my new car. They have their mouths open and I look at Aria, who smiles at me. Mike on the other hand is hanging his arm out the window, looking like we are the coolest kids at school. I guess this is what having a nice car feels like.

"Look!" I yell when I see Andrew. "Look what they got me."

He walks over from his car and smiles. "Sweet ride babe." He leans in and kisses me.

"They spoil me."

"Because they love you."

I nod, "I know." I get on my tip toes and kiss him, longer this time and as usual it feels like the world disappears around us. No bullies, no struggling, no A. It feels great to push everything out of my mind for the seconds I'm kissing him.

"Uh hum." Someone clears their throat and we pull away, forgetting that Aria and Mike are still here.

"Get a room?" Mike says half smiling.

My face starts turning red. "Shut up."

Me and Aria walk into first period after going to our lockers and head over to the girls as they are standing over by my locker. Even Mona is with them, doesn't seem like a good thing.

"Hey." We both say to them.

"Hey." They say back.

"What's going on?"

"Just talking about your late night with my boyfriend." Hanna says, she looks pissed.

I look at Aria and then the others. "Oh."

"Hey,Jessie." We look over and see Noel walking over to us. "You're still coming to my house for the party tonight?"

"Of course."

"Sweet, Andrew too?"

I smile and nod, "Yea. He said thanks for inviting him by the way."

"Any boyfriend of my friends are welcome to join." He kind of looks at the girls in a weird way and then sits down.

"Still think he's part of something?" I ask them quietly as he gets distracted with his phone.

They shrug. "Doubt it." Spencer says.

"But can't really rule anyone out." Mona adds.

I nod, "Well I'll be there if he does anything super sketchy since he didn't invite any of you."

"Be careful." Hanna says.

"Always am. But I can't go till Andrew picks me up after baseball practice. So I'll let you guys know when I leave."

Oh that's right, I forgot to tell you. Andrew went out for another sports team and made it. He's really starting to find himself and got pretty popular. I must say that I am very proud of him.

That night Andrew gets me at home and together we walk over to Noel's place as we head down the streets with our fingers locked and his arm over my shoulder. We don't bother rushing because for one, I'm in a boot that limits my speed and two, we don't get as much time to see each other. Since we were occupied with sports most of the winter and he's in a lot of clubs we are taking full advantage of us getting alone time for once.

"So how was practice?"

"Brutal."

"Yea, I remember all too well."

He nods. "Yea, I'm pretty tired. To think I have practice again tomorrow."

"You sure you rather not just rest it up at home?"

He looks down at me. "And miss being with the greatest girl in the world?" He smiles when he sees me blushing. "No way." Then he kisses me.

When we get closer to Noel's it's no surprise that the music is blasting loud enough for the entire town to hear. Nothing new of course, the town of Rosewood is pretty used to these parties.

We head up the steps and ring the door bell. The door opens but he isn't the one to open the door, it's Jenna Cavanaugh with Toby at her side.

"Jessie." He says a bit shocked.

Jenna started dating Noel, which shouldn't have surprised me that she's here. But some time ago Spencer and Toby got into an argument or something that had them break up. He became Jenna's personal servant again since then. She still has a problem with the girls but likes to keep as much of a friendly aspect as possible since I'm still on good terms with Toby.

"Oh. Hey, Jenna…Toby. Didn't know you were going to be here."

"Yea, it was kind of a last minute thing." Toby says and looks at Andrew and smiles. "Hey, good to see you again."

"Oh, shit. Sorry. Jenna, my boyfriend Andrew is here."

"Andrew Campbell?"

"Yea."

"It's nice to meet you." She says and puts out her hand.

"You too." He grabs her hand for a shake.

"Well." She backs away from the door. "Come in."

We walk inside and see a football just miss my face. It seems to be a recurring thing for me to almost get hit by footballs at parties. When I turn I see that it was Noel and Sean playing catch.

"Jessie!" Noel yells over the music. "You made it." Him and Sean both come over.

"Told you I was coming didn't I?" I smile at him.

He laughs. "Yes. Always keep your word." He looks at Andrew and sticks out his hand. "Good to see you man."

Andrew returns the shake. "Same." Then turns to Sean and shakes his hand too. "Seems the party is bumping as always."

"I'd hope so. Otherwise my reputation for great parties will go downhill."

We both laugh.

"Can I get you guys a drink?"

We both nod and he has us follow him to the kitchen.

"How's Hanna?" Sean asks as he hands me a beer.

I half smile, "She's good." It gets a little quiet. "You seem good too."

He nods, "I am pretty good. I'm seeing someone."

"Sweet. Anyone I know?"

"No." he says shaking his head. "Just a girl I know from this group thing I go to for church."

I nod, "Well I'm glad you are doing good. We need to get together one day soon."

"Yea." He smiles. "Sounds good."

Andrew manages to bond with Noel and Sean, and Jenna eventually comes into the kitchen with Toby. I try to strike up a conversation with Jenna but it doesn't work out so well. So eventually she starts cuddling up to Noel and it gives me and Toby time to talk.

"So how's it been?" I ask.

He shrugs. "It's alright. My arm is at least not broken anymore."

He was doing a construction project on Spencer's barn just before they split. So when he went to take down something that he had to climb on it broke off and he broke his arm.

"Still not talking to Spencer?"

"What's there to talk about. She broke up with me for that British guy."

"What?" I say confused.

"Don't act stupid, Jessie."

"I'm not. I didn't know she was even seeing him again."

He kind of gives me a look and then seems to be fed up and leaves. If Spencer actually called things off just to get with her sister's ex fiancé then I feel really bad. Toby is a really nice guy. I mean Wren seemed to be also but that's completely messed up just because he moved back around here again.

After awhile of trying to talk to the boys and Jenna, I leave because I'm a bit annoyed about the convo I had with Toby. So I go to see if there's anyone else I know. I eventually find out that Luna and her brothers are here too. So I walk over and chill around with them for a couple hours.

Sometime later I go outside to get some air after drinking a bit too much. So I sit down on the stairs and inhale the cool air. Then my phone buzzes and I take it out.

"How is it going?" Aria texts me.

My eyesight is a little dizzy but I try to type the best I can. "Pretty good. No weirdness so far. I don't think Noel is part of anything. But Jenna and Toby are here."

Then I hear a rattling sound of the bushes and look over to the side. The bush is near one of the street lamps so I'm just able to see someone in dark clothing running down the street. I stand up so fast that I give myself a head rush. By the time my vision comes back the dark figure is already gone. Was it A?

"Hey."

I turn around.

"You okay?" Andrew walks over to me.

"Yea. Just drank too much."

"Wanna start heading home?"

"I…" I think for a second then nod. "Yea, can we?"

He smiles. "Of course. But let's go say bye first."

I nod. "Okay. Except I'm seeing double at the moment, can we sit for a little?"

He nods. "Yea." He helps me sit and then puts his arm around me. I lay my head on his shoulder and he kisses me on the head. "You gotta limit yourself on drinking."

I laugh. "Yea. After the third I lose myself a bit."

He laughs. "Can I tell you something?"

I look up at him. "Sure."

"You are the most amazing girl in my life."

I start blushing, "Really?"

"Oh yea. Can't see my life without you in it." He grabs my chin and leans in, kissing me on the lips. "Mmm." He laughs. "You taste like beer."

I start laughing "Something you like?"

He smiles. "I could get used to it."

"In that case." I grab the back of his neck and pull him down to me.

As always, we aren't even aware of anything else but us. All I hear is the pounding of my heart against my chest, my lips pressed to his, the air coming from his nose tickling my cold face as we kiss each other. I run my fingers through his silky soft hair and I feel him lift me up like I weighed nothing at all as he has me sit in his lap, not missing a beat in our kissing even when our glasses hit. His hands run down my back and squeezes me closer to him.

When we finally pull away I look into his light blue eyes, losing myself for a second as he smiles at me.

"You are beautiful."

I kiss him. "And you are the most handsome and sweetest guy I have ever set eyes on."

He brings me in for one last kiss. "Let's go say bye and then get out of here? You need to sleep after all that beer."

I laugh. "Yes, sir."

He sets me down on the stairs, stands and then helps me to my feet. He puts his arm around my waist and we head inside.
