Snow and David, then try to take it all in at once but it obviously will take sometime to get around what Cora had done, what they had done and what they had left behind.
"We have one more issue to discuss with you" Mal says, with a concerned look."The man that helped you leave this world"
"What about him?" Snow asks.
"He was the one that gave us the potion to retrieve your memories and we had to agree that his banishment would be lifted and he would be free to pursue a seat within the council if one arose"
Snow and David immediatly look to one another then back to Mal.
"You can't be serious?" David says seriously.
"I'm afriad so. It was the only way"
"This could of been his plan all along" Zelena huffs.
"We will deal with him" Snow then says seriously, "I have plenty of questions I need answering from him..For now, I just want to return home" Snow looks around at everyone within the room.
"Of course. You have alot to take in" Mal replies easily.
"We shall return tomorrow"
Mal then nods and watches as the royals leave with Regina. While Zelena stays behind.
When they return home and Snow and David go off on their own. While Emma and Regina sit within their shared chamber and discuss the day's events.
"I'm sorry about my mother's wrong doings" Regina says sadly.
"Its not your fault Regina"
"I know, but she was my mother"
"I know but look we still found eachother and my parents were happy within the other world. So its not all bad"
"Were you happy in the other world?" Regina asks softly, as she keeps her gaze upon Emma.
"I think so but I didn't find true happiness until I found you"
Regina then breaks out into a wide smile at the compliment.
Theres a pause.
"Do you think, me and Zelena will still be welcome to stay here?" Regina then asks unsurely.
"Yeah" Emma reasures. "My parents would hold what your mother did against you or Zelena and you must know, that wherever you are, I shall be too right?" she smiles at Regina, who smiles back and nods once. Before taking Emma's hands within her own.
"Maybe now we can get on with our lives" she then says softly.
Emma smiles.
"Me and you against the world huh" she then says and they both chuckle. Before falling into a comfortable silence, while looking down at their joined hands.
A long moment later Regina looks up and says "Your so beautiful Emma" and the blonde looks up to see Regina staring at her and she smiles shyly. Before then feeling Regina move a hand away from her own and puts it upon her cheek.
"I have something to ask you" Regina then says softly.
"Oh?" Emma replies and leans into Regina's touch.
"I know we haven't been together for a long amount of time, but I know your all I want and will ever want...So why wait any longer?"
"Wait for what?" Emma asks, as Regina pauses.
"Will you be my other half? Will you marry me?" Regina finally asks, with a slightly shaky voice and with an unwavering gaze.
Emma's eyes then widen in surprise and she suddenly is feeling excited and anxious all at once.
Regina then swallows, whist hoping that Emma will say yes and she brings her hand back to Emma's and squeezes it.
"Yes" Emma then says with an appearing goofy grin and Regina blinks and then smiles widely.
"Are you certain?" she then asks, to make sure she heard right and Emma lunges forward and kisses her. Before leaning back and saying "More than certain Regina. Your the only one I want to spend all enternity with"
Regina bites her lip.
"Thats so cute by the way" Emma then teases and Regina rolls her eyes playfully.
Theres a pause.
"So..." Emma says as she watches her love adoringly "When shall our cememony be and do you have anything in mind?"
Regina chuckles at Emma's eagerness.
"As soon as you wish and I don't mind where, as long as were together"
Emma goes slightly bashful.
"But I must warn you, that a royal marriage is different from any other. I have looked into it"
"Oh?" Emma tilts her head.
"For one there is days of celebration. Where their shall be a festival and we shall have to go out and greet guardians so they can give us their blessings"
"Sounds like fun" Emma smirks before adding "I'll greet as many people as it takes you know, because I want to be your wife, partner or whatever you want to call it and I never thought id be this lucky" Emma then says seriously and Regina's heart swells.
"Then its settled"
"Yeah definatly settled and all we have to do now is tell my parents..and you have to tell Zelena" Emma then says with a chuckle and Regina scoffs.
"I'm sure Zelena will be thrilled" Regina then says sarcastically because she knows her sister hasn't exactly warmed up to Emma yet.
"Yeah definatly..me and Zelena are besties" she then tries to joke and Regina shakes her head in amusement.
