Another week passed and Ginny had to go get her school stuff from Diagon Alley so Hermione was left alone, she didn't mind it as much as she thought she would. She never heard back from Draco though, so that worried her a little. But she knew she had enough to worry about, without worrying about him too. The babies were slowly improving, her baby boy was able to breathe a little on his own now, but they still assisted him over night and through the day if needed. Hermione wasn't so sure anymore if her little girl was going to pull through. Every once in a while, she would get a couple visitors from the Weasley family, and she was happy that they cared so much. She couldn't be more grateful. Molly kept her parents in the loop, since they couldn't come to visit.

"Hey", Harry said coming into the room.

"Hey Harry", Hermione smiled. "Long time, like 3 weeks. Where have you been?"

"I know, I'm so sorry. Being the new blood at the Ministry, they've got Ron and I working almost 24/7", he sighed, sitting down after hugging Hermione.

"It's okay. I'm just glad you found a job. Something I'm gonna have to do", Hermione said.

"Well you have time. Have you thought about returning to Hogwarts to teach?" Harry asked her.

"No, I didn't actually. That would be nice to do though. Maybe I should Owl Dumbledore", Hermione said thoughtfully. "Oh I forgot, happy belated birthday", she smiled.

"Thanks. With everything going on, I didn't even pay attention myself", he laughed.

"True enough. Guess what", Hermione said. Harry looked at her questioningly. "The babies were born on your birthday. It had been your birthday for a half an hour or so", Hermione smiled at the look on his face.

"Really? That's awesome" He smiled.

"I know. Which is why I want to name my son after you. I was thinking your middle name, James?" She asked.

"I would love that Hermione. Thank you", Harry said giving her a tight hug.

"James Draco Granger", Hermione smiled.

"I think that's perfect", Harry smiled. "What about your little girl?" He asked.

"I'm not sure. I've been having trouble coming up with a name for her. There's so many beautiful names", Hermione said.

"That there is". Harry agreed.

Hermione thought that night for a name for her daughter, but she was still stuck. She decided to get an opinion from Ginny when she got there the next morning.

"Have you come up with any names yet?" Ginny asked walking into the room.

"Yes. This is James Draco Granger. But I'm not sure about a girl's name yet. I was hoping you could help with that", Hermione said.

"Of course I'll help", Ginny smiled. "How did you come to James?"

"They were born on Harry's birthday, so I asked what he thought of me naming him after him. He liked that idea", Hermione explained. Ginny smiled. They sat in silence thinking. Ginny threw a few names out but Hermione didn't like them, she thought through all the names she liked as a child. Then she remembered two names that always stuck out to her.

"Jacey Dakota", she said. Ginny looked at her.

"That's nice. Where did you come up with that?" Ginny asked,

"I remembered I loved those two names when I was younger. I can't believe I forgot", Hermione said. "James Draco Granger and Jacey Dakota Granger?" Hermione asked.

"I like them", Ginny smiled. "We can call James, Jamie and Jacey, Jace", she added. Hermione nodded.

"Hey, when you go back to Hogwarts, can you give this to Dumbledore please?" Hermione asked.

"Sure. What is it?"

"It's a letter telling him when I had the babies and that it was twins. But also asking if there would be a teaching position open for me for after the Christmas holidays. That'll make the babies 5 months or so", Hermione explained.

"Oh, okay. It would be great having you there", Ginny said putting the sealed envelope in her pocket.

Hermione introduced everyone to the names of the babies and they seemed to like them.

Two weeks later found Hermione by herself since Ginny had returned to Hogwarts and Hermione hoped she would remember her letter to Dumbledore. Hermione was sitting with one hand in each incubator holding a hand of each baby. Jacey lightly squeezed Hermione's finger and she broke into tears. That was something James had already done. She knew this was a sign that Jacey would make it. She called the nurse in and told her. The nurse checked her vitals and said her breathing has regulated more to normal and she may be able to be off the assisted breathing, like her brother.

Later that day, for the first time, Hermione was able to hold her baby boy and baby girl. One at a time. Harry was there with her and snapped a few photos. Hermione had never felt love the way she did that day. Being able to hold them instead of just touch them. She cried tears of joy and happiness that whole time. She sent a letter to Ginny that night and filled her in.

The next morning she awoke with a start to the sound of her babies crying for the first time since birth. First time ever for Jacey. She let some more tears fall. They couldn't cry before because of the assisted breathing so there was a setup that told nurses when they needed to be changed. Some magical sensor or something, Hermione thought. The nurses allowed her to change them for the first time. Hermione was so overwhelmed; it was like there was a guardian angel right beside her. They improved so much in two days, she couldn't believe it. She knew she'd be able to leave with them soon. She fell asleep a little later with a hand in each incubator. They were going to keep them in the incubators for a little longer but in a couple days if the improvement kept up, they were going to put them in normal bassinets for the remainder of their stay.

She woke up that afternoon to Dumbledore and Ginny in the room.

"Hey. What're you guys doing here?" She asked.

"I've given Miss Weasley permission to leave the school for the weekend. It's Friday, so I will be back to get her on Sunday evening. But first, I want to see the little ones", he said smoothly. He walked over and smiled at the babies. "Jacey and James?" He asked.

"Yes sir", Hermione smiled.

"Wonderful names", he smiled back. "Also, Miss Weasley gave me your letter. You are always welcome to Hogwarts, whenever you want. We will find something you can do. You can return anytime, even before the holidays if you want. Just send me a letter to let me know when, so I can have living quarters set up for you and the babies", he explained. Hermione almost shrieked with happiness.

"Thank you so much Professor" She smiled and hugged him.

"You're welcome Miss Granger", he said. "But now I must run my errands before returning to Hogwarts. I will be back Sunday evening around 7", he told Ginny.

"Bye Professor" Hermione and Ginny said in unison.
