"For the love of God, would you two knock it off?!"

Katherine and Elijah jumped apart and both began blushing profusely.

Caroline and Klaus both began laughing quietly to themselves. It's not like the two were making out or anything, but their behavior towards each other could technically be considered a "public disturbance."

"Kol, hold still! Anna has already stuck you four times already," Rebekah yelled.

Kol looked down at the brunette kneeling at his feet, hemming the ends of his pants. "She can stick me anytime she wants."

Anna looked up at Kol, who winked at her before yelling "ouch" for the fifth time that day.

"I told you so," Rebekah said smugly while crossing her arms.

So far, only Elijah was finished with his fitting and they had already been here for an hour. Had it not been for Katherine and Elijah's constant manhandling, combined with Kol's inability to keep still, they could've been done by now.

"Alright, Kol, you're all done," Anna said, while standing up to make sure everything was in place on his suit.

Kol jumped off the podium but instead of walking over to the dressing room to change, he dropped his pants right there in the middle of the store.

"Kol!"

"Are you mad?!"

"Have you no self-respect?!"

Kol simply smirked at all his siblings before looking at a wide-eyed Anna and saying "Just giving this one a little glimpse of what she's missing." He bent down to grab the black pants and held them out to Anna, whose blush could probably melt all the ice in Antarctica.

On the other side of the clothes rack, Caroline shook her head at the youngest male Mikaelson. How his siblings had refrained from killing him over the years, she had no idea. While she was looking at the different colored vests, Rebekah poked her head around the corner.

"Nik is next, Caroline. Thought you should know," she said with a cheeky grin and a wink.

Caroline rolled her eyes, but that didn't stop her from dropping the vest she was currently holding and running around the rack just in time to see Klaus walk out of the dressing room.

One thing Caroline could say about a man in a suit was that it was just as sexy and arousing as seeing a man naked. And if this was what Klaus looked like in a suit, Heaven help her if she ever got to see him naked.

The jacket hung just right on his broad shoulders, the pants (a little long) molded perfectly to his tight behind, the white linen shirt clung perfectly to his chiseled physique and the undone bowtie combined with the three buttons that were still left open made Klaus look like a greek God.

She looked up from the buttons to see a wicked smile on his face.

"You alright there, Ms. Forbes?"

Caroline felt the blush begin to rise up her cheeks, but instead of letting it get to far, she plopped down into one of the chairs in front of the podium and crossed her arms and legs.

Smugly, she said, "Just enjoying the view Mr. Mikaleson." And this time, it was Klaus who smiled shyly and blushed.

"Oh God, now you two? I think I'm going to be sick," Kol spat, while buckling his belt.

Klaus and Caroline continued staring at each other effectively tuning Kol out.

"Oh my gosh!" Rebekah exclaimed, while looking down at her phone.

"What?" All five of the others asked.

"Finn just texted me and said April just called him. Because the gala is so close to Halloween, Stefan has turned the entire gala into the masquerade ball!"

"Who's April?"

"Stefan's assistant."

"Who the bloody hell cares who she is?!" Rebekah yelled. "The gala is in a week away and I have to find the perfect mask and so do all of you!" Turning to Anna, she asked, "Do you sell masks here?"

"Um, no, but there's a costume shop just down the street. They have some great ones."

Rebekah had already grabbed her purse and was halfway across the store. But before she got any further, she remembered the others still had to pick out their own masks.

"You three," she pointed at Kol, Elijah, and Katherine. "Come with me. Caroline, stay here and make sure Nik's tux is perfect. As soon as it's done, meet us at the shop." When everyone simply continued to stare, the blonde yelled, "MOVE!" effectively breaking everyone out of their dazes.

Hand in hand, Katherine and Elijah followed Rebekah. After throwing Anna a quick wink, Kol quickly joined them.

"I'm gonna go get some more safety pins," Anna said before walking off.

Klaus watched her turn the corner before looking back to Caroline only to find her intensely looking back at him.

"Something on your mind, love?"

Caroline's smile grew wider and her eyebrows shot up. "You have no idea how insanely hot you look right now."

Klaus rolled his eyes and scoffed, but her comment gave him an idea. Glancing to make sure Anna wasn't coming back, Klaus turned around to look at Caroline. "Care to elaborate on that statement?" He asked, slowly making his way towards her.

Caroline's breath stopped and she felt a lump form in her throat at the carnal look in his eyes. She suddenly felt frozen by his stare and unable to move from her spot. The thought of Anna coming back any second should've halted her body's response to him, but it was only adding fuel to fire. And the closer he got to her, the hotter the fire inside her burned.

He was now standing right in front of the chair she was occupying and looking down at her with a look that told her he knew exactly what he was doing. Putting his hands on the arms of the chair, he leaned down until his nose was brushing against hers.

"Cat got your tongue, love?"

Caroline tried to think of a witty response, but her brain was completely hazed over from his proximity. He didn't help matters when he moved to brush his nose along the length her throat. Her head moved back of its own volition and she couldn't help the small whimper that escaped her mouth.

When he moved slightly to her collarbone, Caroline brought her head back up, along with her arms which settled comfortably on his large biceps. Just when she was about to pull his head back up, she caught sight of their reflection in the full length mirror across the room. But it wasn't their reflection that made her breathing stop and her blood turn cold. It was the reflection of the person looking in from outside. It was the reflection of Logan Fell.

Caroline shoved Klaus off her and turned around to see no one standing there. She squinted her eyes, but there was still no one there. Was she going mad? She had seen him clearly in the mirror, but there was obviously no one there.

"Caroline, are you okay?"

"I…..I'm fine," she said, finally turning back to him. "I just have to go." She began gathering her things. "Tell Kat I'll call her later."

"Caroline, are su-"Klaus began, but was quickly cut off.

"I'm fine, Klaus. I'll see you later." And with that, she was out the door.

"Alright, now that we've gone over how cells divide, we're gonna take a look at some of the slides under the microscope. You may partner up for this and I'll make my way around to help after you've had a chance to look."

Caroline watched as Mr. Fell walked to sit behind his desk and started looking over a stack of papers. Before he did that however, he glanced up and stared straight at her. They continued the staring contest until Caroline was bumped into from behind.

"Making googly eyes at Mr. Fell again, Caroline?"

The blonde slowly turned around to glare at the one person she wanted to deal with right now. "Go away, Hayley, I'm not in the mood."

"Oh, so grouchy. Did your man over there not fulfill your needs last night? Or did Tyler finally find out that you're screwing your teacher?"

"You know what…." Before she could finish her threat, Caroline felt a hand on her arm and knew it was Bonnie trying to calm her down.

"Piss off, Hayley," she said before taking the seat next to Caroline and sitting down the microscope.

Throwing Caroline a cocky smirk, Hayley walked away.

Both girls rolled their eyes and turned back to their assignment.

"You shouldn't let her get to you like that. It only makes her do it more," Bonnie said as she began looking at the first slide.

"I can't help it," Caroline said, slightly frustrated. "She always has to make some bitchy comment anytime she sees me. I mean, I can't help that Tyler chose me over her."

Bonnie scoffed. "It's not just that he chose you. He dumped after just three days together, all because he met you. I'd probably hate you too."

"Hey!" Caroline exclaimed, lightly smacking Bonnie on the shoulder. The two girls started laughing while they continued looking at the slides.

"What was she saying about Mr. Fell?"

Caroline's smile fell and her heartbeat began to quicken. "Nothing."

Bonnie glances over at her friend and knew by the look on her face it was definitely not nothing. "Caroline, please tell me what she said wasn't true." When she didn't answer, Bonnie quickly looked around to make sure no one was listening before whispering, "Are you sleeping with Mr. Fell?"

Caroline's head shot up. "No! No, I'm not sleeping with him! I would never do something like that!"

"Then why are you making that face?"

Before Caroline could answer, she heard Mr. Fell come up behind them." How are we doing, ladies?"

Bonnie looked up at Mr. Fell and smile. Caroline, however, kept her head down.

"Um, we were actually having trouble with this slide. Can you help us?"

Nodding, Mr. Fell answered "Of course," before moving between the girls to look through the scope.

Bonnie's attention moved from her teacher to her friend when she heard Caroline whimper slightly. When Caroline noticed Bonnie looking at her questionably, Caroline quickly glanced down toward her leg.

Bonnie followed her glance and saw Mr. Fell's hand caressing Caroline's thigh. Looking back up at Caroline, Bonnie saw tears starting to form in Caroline's eyes.

Rather harshly, Bonnie said, "Okay, I think we got it. I mean, how are we supposed to learn if you do it for us?" She chuckled nervously when Mr. Fell looked at her with a curious expression.

"Of course, Ms. Bennett." Looking away from her and over to Caroline, he added, "Let me know if you need anything else. I always here," and then walked away.

Once he was out of earshot, Bonnie whipped her head back to Caroline just in time to see her wipe away a stray tear.

"What the hell is going on, Caroline?"

"Nothing, okay? Just leave it alone."

"That was not nothing!" Bonnie exclaimed. "What is he doing to you Care? Is he raping you, molest-"

"Bonnie, no, okay?!" She said, cutting her off. "He's not raping me, he's not molesting me, he…" Caroline trailed off and began shaking her head.

Bonnie continued to stare at her with raised eyebrows until Caroline let out a shaky breath.

"I think….I think he's stalking me."

The entire house was quiet. Every light was turned off except for the flickering lamp on the side table. The living room looked like a tornado had just ripped through it, while the kitchen looked like something out of a horror movie: blood splattered on every wall, the bar stools knocked over and of course, the two bodies lying next to each other in a pool of blood.

Alaric sat in his police cruiser, face buried behind his hands. After he had called Shane, he and Jeremy had got on the first flight back to Virginia. Had they known what was waiting on them, they probably never would've come back.

He didn't move and inch when the passenger door opened and Jeremy climbed in through it. Jeremy didn't say anything, sensing the older man beside him didn't really like talking.

After what felt like hours, Alaric raised his head and started the car. Sighing heavily, he said, "Let's go."
