Felicity fell to the ground gasping for air. "Are you okay?" Oliver asked helping her into the chair.

"I'll be fine, just go," Felicity replied in in a hoarse voice. After Oliver took off up the stair Roy finally spoke.

"You want to tell me who that was?"

"We don't know," Felicity replied meekly. "Oliver found him at the source of the power outages we've been having. They went at it one on one while his friends escaped and he would have won if Oliver didn't get in a lucky shot."

Roy looked shocked. "Okay but that still doesn't explain why he was here."

"That was because I almost killed him," said Oliver coming back down the stairs empty handed. "Felicity will explain it later but for now I want to know how he got away so quickly."

"Pulling up security footage," said Felicity typing. Seconds later different views of the club popped up on screen including one covering the front and back entrances. "There he is." She pointed on the screen to a figure that they watch dart through people and disappear out the back.

"I don't understand, I went out there and he was gone," said Oliver. Felicity zoomed in on the back door screen. They all watched a figure fly out through the back door and to the closest wall. He looked around and pulled something out of his belt that looked somewhat like a gun. Pointing it up he fired a hook, after about a second he flew right up after it and disappeared on the roof. Seconds later Oliver appeared on the screen and Felicity paused the feed. "No wonder I couldn't find him, I wasn't expecting to have to comb through all the surrounding rooftops.

We need to find him, there's no telling what him and his friend could do especially if they're working for Slade." Just then his phone went off, after a short conversation he hung up and grabbed his jacket. "It's Laurel, she's in the hospital for alcohol again. I'll be back. Felicity see what you can get on the blood sample and ear piece. Roy ask around, a kid with a cape can't be too hard to find. I don't care how long it takes but we need answers."

Waiting and patience were both virtues that Bruce had tried to teach Robin. "Patience," Bruce would say, "is always an important skill for the job. Rushing into things too soon can cause problems. Sometime the best solution is to wait things out." Well it never really stuck with him. Sure when the situation was dire he would pull through, but he had been born to move, not wait.

He had spent a whole hour walking around in his civvies waiting for Alfred but he knew that he was still at least two hours away. He couldn't take it anymore. Climbing his way onto the closest roof, he took his civvies back off and hid them. Now that i scouted the area, I can do some patrolling before doing nothing kills me from boredom.

Running from building to building he did flips in the air. After about an hour and a half of patrol Robin had already tied up two would be muggers and 3 rapists, on top of stopping a robbery. It wasn't a lot but it felt good to be stretching his muscles. Ok, time to pack it up.

"He's not here Felicity," said a voice down below in a red hoodie. "I don't care what your computer says." Leaning over the edge of the roof he confirmed what he feared. Somehow they were able to track his movements. Don't want to lead them to Alfred. Being as quiet as possible he flipped off the roof and landed on the fire escape below, bending his knees to absorb the shock. Starting up the holo-computer in his glove he quickly hacked into the call and listened. Bang,...Bang.

"What is that noise?"

"That," Robin heard Felicity say, "is Sarah. She's been here for the past 30 minutes. Apparently the great Laurel Lance's drinking problem is enough of a reason to come home."

"Black Canary," Robin whispered, hands covering his mouth in a second, but it was too late because the red hoodie guy heard him and looked up.

"Felicity, I found him," Roy said as he raced his way up the ladder following the boy onto the roof. By the time he made it to the top he looked around and realized it was too late; the boy was gone. "Never mind, he got away."

"That's okay I was finally able to hack into the communicator we got and there are multiple signals that popped up," Felicity told Roy.

"Alright I'm...mmm" Roy struggled to push a mask that had been just shoved in his mouth away but it was no use. Gas came out invading his nose and mouth, it didn't take long for the darkness to start to cloud Roy's eyes until till he collapsed into unconsciousness. Robin jumped off his as the body crumpled to the ground. Turning him over he was finally able to get a good look at the face under the hood. First Oliver, then Laurel Lance and now Roy. There's no way this is a coincidence, I need to get some of my questions answered. His thoughts shifted to the possibilities of an alternate universe but were interrupted by a small blinking light on his wrist. Pulling out his phone he answered.

"Hey Alfred."

"Sir, I have just arrived inside of Starling City. There is a suite booked inside a hotel for the night, if you tell me your location I can come and collect you."

"Sure, I'm on the roof General Pharmaceutical on the corner of Waverly and Marsh Street."

"On the roof sir?" Alfred questioned.

"Yea, don't worry I'll meet you on the street level and um, I kinda have a friend with me."

"Alright I'm on my way."

15 minutes later one of Bruce's black town cars pulled up to the corner and Robin stepped out of the shadow. He was still wearing his mask and uniform as he dragged a limp body towards the car.

"I thought you said this man was a friend." Alfred inquired while helping him lift the stranger up into the backseat. Amazing how Alfred could be so calm after driving 3 hours just to meet a kid in a mask dragging a body with him.

It didn't take long to get back to the hotel and when they arrived Alfred asked how he was planning on getting the body up to the room without causing a scene.

"Easy," Robin said while pulling a harness out of his belt pocket and attaching it to his grapnel gun. "I just hope he likes heights!"

"Ugh, where am I," Zatanna asked, "and why does my back hurt so bad?"

Artemis gave a half-hearted laugh back. "That would be due to the fact that the best couch we could find still wasn't all that great. But as for where we are we don't know exactly, it's some kind of city. Right now Aqualad and Superboy are both trying to scout the area and get some supplies."

"Wait, only Aqualad and Superboy? What happened to the rest of the team? All I remember is someone invading the mountain."

Artemis hung her head as she started to talk. "The rest of the team is missing and thus far so Robin is concerned. Also we assumed he's being held prisoner." Zatanna's breath hitched but Artemis kept going. "We don't know what happened other then when we came to this place we were under attack by a guy in a hood. Robin and I tried to fend him off but I got hit, so Robin took over and made the team escape before things got worse. The last transmission we got was over 4 hours ago and it wasn't good."

Zatanna took a minute to breath, trying to let the tension out of her body.

"I guess for right now all we can do is wait for the guys to come back." Starting to smile a little she continued, "But while we have time, show me that injured ankle of yours. I've been practicing some new healing techniques that could help." Sighing, Artemis sat down next to her teammate and pulled up the leg of her pants revealing a huge wound.

"gnilaeh gel pu deeps," as Zatanna finished the spell her leg glowed briefly, "It won't be instantaneous but you should be fine in an hour, it won't take long.
