A/N: Let me be the first to say that it has been a long time, I was thirteen when I started this story and really my experience in writing and it was nowhere near perfect. So I've grown up and hopefully so did my literacy. I read this story today and I was like "woah mistake, mistake, mistake" but I honestly don't feel like restarting it, I feel like the plot is there I just now need to add more stuff to it I guess. Here goes nothing, I have no idea what I'm doing.
They lay cuddled up in bed for the next few hours until Bella eventually drifted off to sleep again, leaving Rosalie to think. There was no way she was leaving Bella again, that was a given. Her next problem was Alice; the thing that stirred all of this up and who acts strange all the time. Rosalie knows she doesn't belong there but she wants to handle that situation herself so she's going to confront the crazy vampire. First tell the coven of vampires so that they understand the situation then handle her.
By the time Bella woke up again, it was Christmas morning and the first thing that she did was check to see if the blonde was next to her.
"Rose, are you still really here?" The little girl asked.
"Of course, I told you I wasn't going to leave you again." Rosalie answered.
"Merry Christmas Rosalie, it's the best one I've ever had because I got what I wished for" Bella said
"Merry Christmas, what'd you wish for Bella?"
"I can't tell you"
"If you say so, why don't we go down and wish everyone a Happy Holiday then you and I can go out, just the two of us?" The blonde suggested.
"Yes!" She screamed.
They both got out of bed and walked out of the room, as they ascended down the stairs, Bella took Rosalie's hand and continued on walking downstairs, Once they reached their destination the first thing that Bella noticed was that the Christmas tree has presents stacked all around it and gasped.
"Good morning Bella, Merry Christmas." Esme greeted.
Bella smiled and started hugging all of her family members, minus Alice. Bella looked around silently and couldn't seem to find her in sight but chose to remain quiet and went to go and open her gifts. Once she was done, she left with Rosalie upstairs to get ready for their day together and once they finished they took off. Rosalie took the liberty of holding her small mate on her hip and carried her the whole way into the forest; no words were exchanged, just the enjoyment of each other's presence was enough. Eventually they came to a stop and just sat on the snowy floor.
They were far gone from the other vampires and out of hearing distance from anyone there. Finally Rosalie spoke up, "Bella I have a question."
The little girl lifted her head off of Rosalie's shoulder and nodded her head.
"How do you feel about Alice?"
Brown eyes drifted down and looked back up. Bella's lips moved as if to say something but then hesitated to do so.
"Um, nothing she's okay." The girl decided with but the blonde could tell that something more was up, she knew Bella was lying.
"Tell me the truth." The vampire demanded.
Her eyes went downcast again and she finally answered, "I- she's weird and she gets kind of crazy sometimes but I don't want to tell anyone because then someone will get mad"
"Bella, your safety is important to me, I don't care who gets mad. How does she act crazy sometimes?" The blonde asked, growing agitated.
"I don't know, she always wants to be with me and every time I bring you up she does weird noises and says weird things like I should only love her but I love everyone."
The blonde held back a growl, "Bella she is no one to you. You may feel like she's good but she's not. I need you to stay as far away from her as possible. Do you understand me?" Bella nodded and went back to their comfortable position.
I want to see what she's like now that I'm back, the blonde thought to herself, and this time she won't get into no one's head, I'll make sure of it.
They spent a few more hours outside and when Bella's stomach growled, Rosalie knew it was time to go home. They got up and left, when they arrived Rosalie had a new demeanor. She was more aware, more protective, and angry; it was the first things that Jasper felt and Edward heard Rosalie loud and clear.
Don't tell anyone Edward, something is off about Alice and I want to be the one to find out
Edward only look his head in disagreement, We'll talk later when Bella guys to sleep, Rosalie thought and Edward agreed.
Alice came down from the stairs, looking a mess kind of and slightly disoriented. Her eyes met with the three vampires and tiny human watching her, she narrowed her eyes a little at Rosalie and Rosalie smirked as she set Bella on the ground.
"Bella go on and look for Esme, she has food ready for you." Rosalie said
Bella looked around everyone in the room, sensing the very evident tension and finally made eye contact with Rosalie, her eyebrows were knitted together as she nodded her head okay. She left Rosalie's side very hesitantly and walked away slowly towards the kitchen, glancing back at the other vampires in the living room watching her leave.
Once Bella fully left, Jasper, Edward, and Rosalie all snapped their heads to Alice and she spoke, "Maybe I should go hunt." And with that she zoomed out of the door.
A/N: It's a very short chapter but it's the best that I can do right now. I'll try and update after my finals, I still don't know where this story is going but I'm trying so please bear with me, thanks for reading!
