Vegeta's Revenge

Vegeta flew through the Soul Society with only one thought on his mind; killing Cell. He still couldn't live with the fact that he lost to that overgrown insect. He still couldn't live with the fact that a half-breed Saiyan had beaten him. Anger boiled inside of Vegeta as he followed Cell's energy. A smile swept across his face as he saw Cell taking a stroll on the ground.

"Well, Cell. Long time no see. How's Hell been treating you?"

"Vegeta. I see you're just as cocky as ever. You lost to me the last time, what makes you think you can win now?"

"Why don't you fight me and find out?"

Vegeta landed on the ground and faced them. Just then two extremely weak power levels started flying towards him. He saw Recoome and Guldo land on the ground in front of Cell.

"What are you gnats doing here?"

Recoome laughed. "That's pretty bold coming from you Vegeta. Remember what happened last time?"

"And you're going to pay for it." Guldo said.

"I see that you haven't been watching the news much. Well, you'll find out the missing pieces soon enough."

"What are you two pathetic beings doing here?" Cell yelled.

"We're going to take care of him boss." Recoome responded.

"You might want to listen to him Cell. You're going to need all of the help you can get."

"Shut up Vegeta."

Guldo held out his two hands and yelled. A blue cloud of energy formed around Vegeta, while a yellow aura of energy kept him from moving. Recoome started charging energy balls and fired them at Vegeta.

"I think we got him." Guldo said.

"He'll be nothing but dust on the battlefield." Recoome laughed.

"I can't believe Frieza chose such stupid minions." Cell groaned.

The dust cleared and there wasn't a scratch on Vegeta. He yelled at the top of his lungs and the blue cloud disappeared.

"Are we done with the magic tricks? I guess that cutting your head off once wasn't enough."

He smiled as Recoome and Guldo started backing up in fear. He was glad that he could have his revenge, but they were getting boring. Cell was the only person that he came here to fight. Vegeta held out his right hand and golden energy surrounded it. He fired it at Recoome, destroying him. In that instant, Guldo started flying away. Vegeta caught up to him quickly.

"I've noticed that history as a habit of repeating itself."

With one sweep of his hand, Guldo's head came falling off. He then landed in front of Cell.

"You really should have let them help you. I'll make you regret it."

"I don't need their help. They're nothing but worthless dogs." Cell replied. "Are you pleased that you can beat them? You'll have to do much better than that to kill me."

"What do you think I've been doing these past ten years? Just goofing off? I've been spending my time training while you're growing weaker and weaker in Hell."

Vegeta then turned into a Super Saiyan. "Bring it on Cell."

Meanwhile, everyone had that was injured was being healed by Squad 4. Orihime was called from the World of the Living to help out. She healed Ichigo right away and went off to the others. Krillin was outside of the barracks looking for 18. He saw her and had a big smile on his face. The two raced to each other and hugged. Ichigo walked outside and saw Goku with his back against the wall.

"What's up?"

"I'm so hungry. I haven't eaten anything in ages." Goku replied.

"I know what you mean. That fight took a lot out of me. You used it, didn't you?"

"What happened? I felt an evil presence inside of me. It was similar to when I sensed Frieza's energy for the first time. Pure evil."

"That was called a Hollow. I learned to control mine, but you will have to soon. If you don't, it will consume you."

All of a sudden a nuclear blast could be seen in the distance. Ichigo had to brace himself from the shock wave. "Wow. What the hell was that?"

Goku smiled. "Vegeta vs. Cell."

Krillin and 18 walked over.

"Do you think Vegeta can win?" Krillin asked. "Last time it didn't go so well."

"He'll be fine." Goku replied. "Vegeta has reached a level Cell can only dream of achieving."

"Kamehameha!" Cell held back his hands, while charging up the intense beam of energy.

Cell fired the blast and Vegeta deflected the attack, causing another nuclear blast to go off.

"Using one of Kakarot's techniques. I didn't think you would stoop so low."

Cell started creating Cell junior's from his back. "Remember these? You couldn't defeat one of them before. How will you fare against all seven?"

"Remember the strength that Gohan had at the Cell Games? His strength is nothing to the power that I have now!"

Vegeta then turned into a Super Saiyan 2. Lightning streaked across his golden aura. Even Cell stumbled backwards in fear. All of the Cell Juniors stumbled back as well. They started flying away from the battle. Vegeta held out his hand and started firing energy blasts at them. One by one they exploded.

"Like father, like sons."

Cell came rushing at Vegeta and threw a roundhouse kick. Vegeta blocked the attack and yawned. He fired an energy blast into Cell's side and he flew across the grass. He slowly got up and the Prince of All Saiyans threw another energy blast, causing Cell to get pushed back even further.

"I'm getting bored Cell. I thought you would be a better opponent. I guess I was wrong. Time to end this with a bang."

Vegeta stretched out his arms and put his hands together. A golden aura surrounded him, as lightning engulfed his hands. "Final Flash!" He fired the attack at Cell and destroyed him.
