A|N: Okay so this chapter is not my best but I tried- i really haven't got much inspiration to write this story. Anyway please feel free to review and sorry it took so long to update.

"I thank you Mr Lockwood for your hospitability. I am forever so grateful to you for letting me stay in your family home." The man known as Mr George Lockwood, the mayor to the new town known as Mystic falls founded only a few years before.

"Anything for you Luna," George happens to be a loyal servant to me, the Luna of Blood and magic. He hopes for protection against a group of vampires terrorising his newfound town. But he lies oh he lies. The vampires that reside here in this sleepy town are more harmless then a baby lion.

"The maid shall show you and your-" he looks at Lexi with confusion dancing in his green eyes, "Sister. I'm her sister." Lexi answers

He nods "she shall take you both to your rooms were you can refresh and hopefully you'll join us for the ball tonight."

I smile warmly at the man no older than nineteen, "we would love to." I said while Lexi mutters under her breath about how excited she is, Sarcasm lacing every word.

The chatter in the ballroom stops as Alexia and I walk down the steps to the entrance of the ball room.

"Lady Amity Brandson and her Lady sister Alexia," a man yells from across the room.

My eyes scan over the crowd until they take in the sight of 'Her' her hair is tied loosely and she wears a gown of a beautiful red. She holds onto the arm of a blond man while another man with black hair and blue eye glare at the couple.

Her eyes stare widely at me as if she'd seen a ghost- I smile at her before plucking to glasses of champagne off a passing waiter's tray. I hand one glass to Lexi before I sip at mine.

Over the night I am introduced to many people, we chat, we dance and we enjoy our time. The founding families of mystic falls sign a ledger in commemoration for their find.

Later in the night I follow 'Her' as she walks outside, a sad look in her eyes.

I quickly flash in front of her, "Hello, Katerina." Fear flashes through her eyes before she flashes towards me in a rush of anger.

"YOU KNEW. Didn't you." she pushes me backwards only to have me stay firmly in place "You knew he was going to kill me, but you still let him try. You left and I felt so scared and lonely." She cried "Elijah went out of his mind when he couldn't find you, you know."

I nodded tears threatening to spill from my eyes "I know."

"Then why, why leave?" she asked

"Because they would've been killed if I hadn't. That's why I left the love of my life, that's why I left my brother and sister. I left because I couldn't let them get hurt."

And with my last word out of my mouth I flash away leaving a stunned saddened girl behind.

1920

"He's off the bend once again; the idiot had to consume human blood didn't he." Alexia groans.

"Well I tracked him to this club owned by a fellow witch. All we need to do is kidnap him and get into his head." I said looking up from the plush couch that I was seated on.

"Well then let's get out party dress on."
….

When we arrived at the crowded club, people lined up to get into the famous club, with a quick bribe Lexi and I was on our way to the bar where we purchased drinks.

I search out for Stefan with my eyes before I see him dancing with a familiar blonde.

A gasp escapes my mouth and I feel myself start to panic, no they can't find me not yet.

Lexi's eyes follow to where mine are landed before she walks calmly over to Stefan and Rebekah, she pulls Stefan from Rebekah's grasp earning a comment or two from Rebekah.

I walk over to the three just in time to see Rebekah try to compel Lexi.

"Really Bek, please don't try and compel my friend, it took me ages to get her to drink vervain." Rebekah turns abruptly before embracing me in a tight hug.

"Ametria" she stutter's.

"Hi Bekah."

I wave, before a sharp sting surrounds my cheek, I smile knowing that id earned the hard slap.

"You left us. Elijah went insane Ametria, he tried everything to find you and I mean everything. We all looked but we couldn't find you anywhere." She yelled at me.

"Wait, wait how do you know her?" Stefan asked.

"Stefan meet Rebekah my Sister-in-law and my brother-in-law Klaus" I point to the blond man who I know stands behind me.

"Ametria?"

I turn towards Klaus "yes." I answer before I'm pulled into another tight hug…

….

We chat, we dance, and we have fun-then wooden bullets rain down on the club, Klaus compels Stefan before dragging an unconscious Rebekah out of the bar. I flash towards Lexi where I shield her from the bullets with a magical force.

"Well look what we have here, boys." I hear the voice of Mikael say.

I turn quickly towards Lexi "get out of here okay, run home. Go now." Lexi looks like she's about to protest but I gather my magic and I transport her out of the building.

"Where are they Ametria?" he asked, I smirk "they're gone, and so am I." and in a wisp of smoke I disappear.
