The hairs on the back on Elijah's neck stood up, he could feel someone watching him intently. Probably some teenage girl, he thought, taking a sip of his scotch.

Someone walked up beside him; Elijah ignored it, deep in thought pondering over the earlier events. The doppelganger had resurfaced. And the previous one wanted the current one protected when the time for the sacrifice came. Elijah hoped Klaus would never hurt the girl until she was older, he would have to call him, and tell him; he can wait a few more years, it won't hurt. He sighed.

"Alright, Love?" Elijah jumped slightly, that voice. It was ametria. He looked up, shocked to see the person that sat next to him. "Ametria" he shuddered. She smiled at him, the smile he had missed so much and was relieved to see. "Yes", He cupped her cheeks roughly pulling her into his lap and slamming his lips onto hers in a long overdue passionate kiss. They kissed roughly, taking no notice as Lexi rushed around the room compelling everyone to leave the grill. She left soon after shutting the doors with a thud.

She told Elijah who was currently drinking out of a bottle of scotch "For the last half a millennia I was finding a way to kill him-" she began, "a month or so ago I figured out a way to subdue him. I made his body desiccate; I broke every bone in his body a hundred times over. And when he was at deaths door I shut him in a coffin, wrapped him in magical chains and trapped him in a tomb no one can get into or out of." She brought her hand up to his bare chest "I hope you can forgive me my love" tears streamed down her face "I know I'm sorry doesn't cut it, but I hope someday you can forgive me." Elijah had tears streaming down his face "I forgave you, the second my eyes fell on you." He breathed a sigh. Ametria smiled kissing him lightly on the lips. "Thank you."

Two days later-

"So she's the doppelgänger?" ametria stated "and Katerina knows the sacrifice must happen, she just wants us to keep her alive?" Elijah nodded "Well that won't be to hard I guess."

Elijah chuckled; ametria kept watching the girl her eyebrow furrowed "Elijah?"

"Hmm"

There was magic rolling of the small brown eyes girl "when Esther cursed Nik, I think she made a loophole in the spell." She bit her lip "The curse says that the doppelgänger must die to break Nik's curse. I think her blood is the only way for the curse to be broken-"

"Yes, love we know that"

"I wasn't finished, what if her blood is the only way for Nik to make his hybrids." She pondered.

Elijah thought over it "That sounds much like my mother. For him to break his curse, he must kill the only source that would bring him his hybrid army."

Ametria turned towards Elijah sighing loudly "I don't want her to be a living blood bag, for Klaus's endless use; gosh he'll lock her up and bring her to the edge of death every time he bleeds her." She came to the conclusion "Can you break it?" Elijah asked

"Yes I can."
