Chapter 31: Say Hello For Me.

Kakashi was silent, the information Naruto had just told him was shocking, Sarutobi was a strong man, he was known as the 'Grim Reaper' or 'God Of Death' because he used to be in charge of killing the hardcore criminals captured by Root, yes the old man was once a member of Root.

"I always knew he got killed... but never by you." Kakashi told the blonde. "Why did you kill him?"

"Oi, Kashi, If you really want to find out, why don't I send you to the after-life where you can ask the old man," Naruto suggested, which caused Kakashi to stiffen, was he scared of the blonde now? "Ha! Look at you, not like I'd ever kill ya, Kashi!" Naruto laughed.

"It's Kakashi, not Kashi!"

"Okay, Kishimoto, whatever ya say!"

Kakashi sighed, the blonde never listened, "Well, I'm going to go get my rest, excuse me." Kakashi began to walk out of the room, while Naruto got a manga and started reading it.

"Idiot! If you had killed those fairies, it would of been a problem for us!" Danzo snapped at Konohamaru as he stood in front of the old man.

"Whatever, I'll just focus on Naruto for now." Konohamaru shrugged his shoulders, "He ran away from me, haha! He's a weakling."

"He did not run away because he was scared of you, I am pretty sure he was toying with you, "Danzo stated as he looked thoughtful, "Before you kill him, bring him to Root, it'll be his last chance to live."

"I will have to go against that order," Kono said coldy, "I'm killing him no matter what!" the young boy began walking away, while Danzo was in dream-land.

If only you hadn't left us that day, none of this would of ever happened Naruto.. Danzo thought.

Flash-Back Starting.

"I quit, I'm no longer doing you diry work, old man!" A fifteen year old Naruto stood in front of Danzo, the old man looked quite suprised at this.

"You dare leave us?! Do you want a death wish?!" Danzo growled at the young blonde.

"Yes, I dare leave, if you have a problem, too bad!"

"Naruto, you're one of my best members, you can't do this! I won't allow it!"

"There's nothing you can do about it!" Naruto grinned darkly, as Danzo growled.

The blonde was about to walk away, when he felt a needle enter his neck, before he could process anything, he started seeing darkness, and at last he fell to the floor. Two Root members appeared besides the blonde and one spoke, "What do you want us to do with him?"

"Lock him up in the cells, make sure he has anti-magic cuffs too!" Danzo ordered with rage, "When he wakes up start torturing him, make him wish he was dead! Make him beg for you to stop! Make him wish he never told me he'd quit Root!"

"Understood!"

"Also, bring Sarutobi here, as soon as possible!" Danzo growled.

The Root members nodded before they vanished with the sleeping blonde.

Minutes later Sarutobi entered the room, "Did you call for me Danzo?"

"Yes, Kitsune, has decided to quit, you know what to do."

Sarutobi's eyes widened and Danzo continued, "You can either convince him to stay part of Root, or you can send him to hell, your choice!"

Sarutobi sighed, "I won't be doing either because I quit, too!"

"You dare disobey me?!" Danzo growled, "I thought you were wise but you're just a fool!"

"Once Naruto makes up his mind, there's no convincing him... and he is family to me, I will not kill him, So today is the day I quit!" Sarutobi said with pride.

"Very well, you can die with him then!" Danzo growled as Sarutobi felt a needle enter his neck as well, the old man within seconds fell to the floor, knocked out.

Danzo growled, it had been a week since both Naruto and Sarutobi quit, the Root Leader was currently standing in front of their cell. Both the old man and Naruto had gone through torture, both had been starved, the only thing they had eaten all week was a piece of bread and some water, yet here they were remaining strong.

Naruto was smirking, his eyes showed no emotion, he looked lifeless... yet he looked strong! He hadn't given in to Root.

"Oi, old man, what's with the look? You look sexually fustrated, can't find a woman to please your ugly, boiled, old-self?!" Naruto smirked.

Danzo growled, even in this state, the blonde's fangs weren't broken, he dared make fun of Danzo when his life was in the old man's life hands.

"Laugh while you can before you die!" Danzo threatened with a smirk, he wanted a reaction from the blonde.

"Ha! Dream while you can rancid old man!" Naruto laughed, "You couldn't kill me even if you tried, so I'll let ya do the next best thing: dream about you killing me, ha!"

Danzo looked displeased, Naruto truely was the king of pissing people off, the old man just started walking away, the blonde's blue eyes, he couldn't forget those lifeless blue eyes.

Flash-Back Ends.

"One of us will die, Uzumaki... but it won't be me, kuku!" Danzo laughed as he walked out of the room he was in, for a weak man he sured talked big.

It had been a day since Naruto had gone to the hospital, he was going good in fact, he should of been out a long time ago, but he was in heaven right now! Sexy nurses treating him, good food to eat, it was paradise for the blonde!

"Naruto!" Naruto looked at the door to see both Levy and Cana at the door.

"Oi, what are you two doing here? Miss me?!" Naruto smirked at them.

"Like hell we do!" Cana glared at him, "That boy told us you killed his grandpa! How could you? Who the fuck are you? I thought I knew you, you're just a stranger!"

Naruto blinked, "So somebody was watching!"

"Hmph, I don't want to talk to you ever again!" Cana looked away.

"Oi, then what are you doing here?"

"Hmph! I'm leaving!" Cana started walking away.

"Cana...was worried about you... but I guess she's just shocked that she found out you've killed.." Naruto turned to Levy who was speaking.

"Oi, who are you again?" Naruto blinked.

"I-I'm Levy McGarden! Y-You saved my life once!" Levy blushed.

Naruto just nodded as Levy stayed silent, the blue haired girl spoke after minute, "So... why'd you kill that boy's..." Before she could finish, an explosion was heard in the hospital. The blonde quickly got up and ran towards the explosion! It was close to his parent's room.

"Fire King's Dragon Roar!" Naruto yelled as he arrived to his parent's room to see Kono about to behead his dad with a katana, the younger boy crashed through the walls of the hospital as the Dragon's Roar hit him.

The blonde was about to run after the younger boy when the Katana that Konohamaru was using quickly flew towards Naruto, the blonde quickly dodged it, only to have Kono appear in front of him.

"Blood Make: Bullets!" Kono yelled as Naruto jumped back to see small bullets of blood heading towards him, he dodged them with ease, and as dodged them he noticed the blood bullets would go through the wall, so he couldn't afford to get hit.

"Lets finish this!" Konohamaru yelled at Naruto, "Today one of us dies, big brother!" Kono formed a Rasengan on the palm of his right hand.

"Oi, so you mastered the Rasengan?" Naruto blinked as Kono grinned darkly.

"Funny, I'll kill you with the same Rasengan you taught me how to do!" Kono charged at Naruto as he yelled, "RASENGAN!" The black haired boy noticed Naruto wasn't bothering to move, so Kono kept running only to stop when he suddenly got a flashback.

Flash-Back Starts.

"Naruto! Naruto! Teach me the Rasengan!" A ten year old Konohamaru excitedly asked a thirteen year old Naruto who was laying down on the grass with his eyes closed.

"Some other time..." Naruto said without opening his eyes.

"PLEAAASE! NARUTO-SENSEI!" Kono pleaded as Naruto's eyes snapped opened.

"N-Naruto-Sensei? I've never been called that!" Naruto admitted with anime-tears running down his cheeks, "I'll teach you! I-I'll be the best damn Sensei!"

"Really? Naruto-Sensei?!" Konohamaru grinned excitedly.

Naruto stood up and nodded while he patted the top of the black-haired boy's head, "Once you Master the Rasengan, I'll buy you Ice-Cream like a good Sensei should!"

"Alright! You're awesome big brother!" Kono hugged Naruto who froze, before he smiled.

"Why is your Rasengan Black?" Kono asked Naruto who was showing him a black Rasengan.

"Hmm, because I add my element to it, since my fire is black it makes it look black," Naruto replied.

"That's so cool, Naru-Sensei! One day when I add my main magic to my Rasengan, can we test out which Rasengan is stronger?!" Kono grinned excitedly.

"Oi, mines is always going to better, but sure, however if yours ends up being stronger... I'll buy you loads of ice-ceam, but if mines ends up being stronger, you gotta buy me Manga!"

"Deal! I won't lose to you!" Kono grinned as he tackled Naruto, "You're the best, big bro!"

Flash-Back Ends!

"W-Why am I remembering this shit now!" Kono growled as he stood feet away from the blonde, he hadn't bothered to move.

"Oi, you won't be able to kill me if you're struggling!" Naruto stated, "You're just a weakling!"

"SHUT UP AND DIE!" Kono yelled as he was about to smash the Rasengan on Naruto's stomach, but the blonde quickly disappeared and re-appeared to his side.

"Fire King's Dragon Fist!" Naruto with a fist coated in fire punched Kono's face, the raven haired boy flew through a wall as his Rasengan disappeared.

"Blood Make: Spears!" Kono yelled as he quickly got up, dozens of blood spears headed towards Naruto, who dodged them all with ease.

"Blood Make: Tiger!" a tiger of blood was charging at the blonde, now.

"Fire Kings's Vortex Roar!" Naruto yelled as his blue fire spinned, it headed towards the blood tiger, and the tiger froze before it disappeared, the attack was now heading towards Konohamaru who jumped up in the air to avoid getting hit.

Naruto appeared in front of him, and he was about to punch the raven haired boy's face when Konohamaru grabbed his punch, and kicked the blonde's stomach. Naruto was flying backwards and crashed into a wall as Kono yelled, "Rasengan!" he smashed the Rasengan against the blonde's chest and Naruto broke through the wall he had crashed into, and he flew through the new room he had entered and crashed against a new wall.

"Blood Make: Blade!" Konohamaru appeared in front of the blonde, as he made a huge blade made of blood, the blood somehow ended up turning into metal, as Kono now appeared with a blade on hand, it was a blade longer and bigger than Zabuza's blade.

"Goodbye!" Konohamaru grinned as he stabbed Naruto's stomach, the blonde coughed tons of blood as he felt the blade enter his stomach, and exit his back.

"Kuku, you think this is enough to kill me?!" Naruto laughed darkly as he tried to pull the blade out of him, only to fail, the blade had his blood all over it, and it slippery, not just that but Kono kept pushing the blade, good thing there was a wall behind the blonde.

So Naruto did the next best thing, he starting walking foward.

"W-WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Kono yelled, "Y-You're crazy!"

"Rasengan!" Naruto yelled as he now stood in front of Kono, you could see the huge blade sticking out of his back, he smashed the Rasengan on Konohamaru's face, and he flew backwards as he pulled out the blade out of the blonde.

Naruto heard a huge explosion as he fell to the floor on his knees, gasping for air and coughing out a lot of blood. He looked down at his wound, it looked bad.

That was reckless kid! Don't ever do something like that again! I am going to start healing you so try not to do something stupid like that again! Kurama snapped at Naruto.

"Yeah, yeah, Mother, thanks for worrying."

Naruto stood up slowly to see Kono walking towards him, his face looked like if a train had just hit it, and then he got plastic surgery but with a freaking baseball bat! He was gasping for air, and he didn't look too good.

"Oi, you look good, you should totally be an actor! People would admire how good looking you look!" Naruto said sarcastically.

Kono growled, he always had some comment to make, even when he was close to death, it was like he didn't even fear dying, and it pissed him off.

"I was wondering where the blood was coming from... then I realized, you're using your own blood, huh? Your own blood for those spells, but using too much of your blood, is making you look like shit... no wonder your magic is considered dangerous!" Naruto stated while Kono grinned darkly.

"Do you want to know the real reason why my magic is dangerous?!" Kono grinned darkly as he brought his hands up. Naruto froze when he felt blood coming out of his nose, eyes, ears, mouth.

"Because I can control the blood in my enemy's body as well, kuku I can make you drown in your own blood, kukukuku! No matter how strong you are, everyone falls before my magic and I!" Konohamaru laughed as Naruto fell to the floor gasping for air.

Naruto was starting to see darkness, as couldn't breathe anymore, he felt as if his heart was about to explode as well, was this the end?! He suddenly saw his vision go white.

Flash-Back Starts!

"I'm not hungry..." Sarutobui told Naruto as he tossed some expired moldy bread to Naruto, "You can eat, Naruto!" the old man said as he leaned against the cell both of them were in.

Naruto knew the old man was lying so he snapped, "Like hell I'll eat this moldy bread! Do you want me to get sick and die? You eat it!" Naruto tossed it back at the old man who laughed.

Both were weak, and tired. They were Danzo's prisoners. The old man had them cuffed with anti-magic cuffs, they couldn't use any magic at all. Not just that but they would both get tortured everyday for the hell of it, and beaten. They were so weak they couldn't escape.

"You stupid old man, you look like shit, ya could of just killed me!" Naruto told Sarutobi, "I don't want to die rotting in this cell with you, that's so not cool!"

"Killing a child would give me nightmares, so I'd rather die!" Sarutobi smiled at the blonde.

"Hmph!" Naruto shrugged his shoulders, as it remained silent.

Both Naruto and Sarutobi were running through the forest! They had managed to escape that hell! They could sense countless Root members chasing them throughout the forest. Sarutobi tripped and fell to the floor, "N-Naruto.. leave me! Save yourself!" he said.

Naruto ignored the old man and ran up to him, he helped him up, and they both began running again. Until at last stopped when they were at the edge of a cliff.

"We gotta jump old man!"

"Kuku, I wouldn't do that... we have Konohamaru as hostage, you jump down and I kill him!" Danzo appeared feet away from them.

Sarutobi growled and Naruto wanted to charge at Danzo but he knew he was too weak to even do anything, "I am very impressed... both of you really are the best!" Danzo told them with all honesty, "Too bad it has come to this..."

"..." Naruto and Sarutobi stayed silent.

"Since both of you have been some of my best members, and I'm in a good mood, I'll let you live!" Danzo smirked but they knew there was a catch, "I'll let one of you live... one of you will have to kill the other, the one who does the killing will be free, kuku!" Danzo handed Naruto a Katana, "You have until my other Root members bring Konohamaru here, if one isn't dead by the time they are here... all three of you will be killed!"

Sarutobi sighed as he walked to the edge of the cliff, he was looking at the sunset, it was so beautiful, sadly the last sunset he'd ever see.

"Naruto, do it." Sarutobi said as Naruto stood feet away from him.

"Old man..."

"Do it... however... promise me one thing... you will protect Konohamaru... don't tell him Danzo forced us into this... If he ever finds out... he will want revenge... Danzo will kill him...if Konohamaru goes after him... make him believe you killed me for power... It is a huge burden Naruto... I'm sorry..." Naruto could hear the sadness in his voice.

Naruto nodded, "Farewell, old man..." he swung the blade.

"GRAAAAAANDPAAAAAAA!" Naruto heard a familar voice.

"I'm proud of you Naru-" Sarutobi's life-less body fell to the floor.

Naruto turned his head slightly to see Konohamaru and some Root members. Kono seemed to be crying, Naruto smirked evilly and coldly as his and Konohamaru's eyes met. Then Naruto saw as the raven haired boy fell to the floor, he seemed to have fainted.

"KUKUKU!" Danzo laughed, "What a show!"

"I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!" Naruto charged at Danzo, Katana on hand, he swung it only for a Root member to appear and block with a blade of his own.

"Kill him!" Danzo then said, "He seems to want to die so badly!"

Naruto growled as he ran towards Sarutobi's body, he grabbed it and jumped off of the cliff.

Flash-Back Ends!

"I can't die here..." Naruto growled as he stood up to, Konohamaru's suprise.

"WHY DON'T YOU FUCKING DIE, ALREADY!" Kono yelled in rage.

"Kuku, because I'm Naruto Uzumkai!" Naruto laughed as a lot of Root members appeared all around them.

"W-What's going on?!" Kono yelled at them, "What are you doing here?!"

"You are no longer of any use to Danzo-sama he ordered for us to eradicate you!" The Root members all pulled out Katana's.

"You gotta be fucking shitting me!" Kono growled.

"Oh, but we're not, both you and Naruto die today... kuku, you poor clueless brat, this is how you reply Naruto? By trying to kill him!"

"W-What are you talking about?!"

"Do you know why Naruto killed Sarutobi? Because I forced him too, if he hadn't... you, your grandpa and him would of all been dead, Kuku!" Danzo told him the truth, "I used you like a good tool, but you're no longer a useful tool, you can die now!"

"Naruto... big bro... was protecting me...?" Kono's eyes widened as tears ran down his cheeks, "I-I have been working under the man who got my grandpa killed? I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!" Kono charged at Danzo, blade on hand, only to have dozens of Root members appear in front of him.

There was a yellow flash of yellow, and a gust of wind, and their eyes all widened when Naruto stood in front of Danzo, even Danzo didn't see him coming.

Naruto had a blade on hand, he swung it quickly.

"Say hello for me... say hello to old man Sarutobi if you see him!" Naruto smiled as Danzo's lifeless fell to the floor, followed by his head.

"H-He killed Danzo-Sama!"

"I-I thought he was tired out!"

"KUKU, I knew something like this would happen as an ex-root member, if i wanted to kill Kono I would of done so a long time ago!" Naruto said darkly as he noticed the root members getting ready to charge at him.

"As an Ex-Root member... lemme give you ladies advice... when going against a person who is as strong as me... you lift up your blades, and you charge at me together..." The root members charged at the blonde together, "...and then you DIE together!"

In a yellow flash, entire root members were all headless and dead on the hospital floor, Kono was crying as he looked at Naruto, "I-I'm sorry, Naru-chan!"

"Oi, stop crying!" Naruto said as he started walking away, "I'm your sensei and sensei's always protect their annoying little students!"

A few days later, Kono and Naruto were sitting on a park bench. Naruto had boughten Kono some Ice-cream and they were both eating in silence.

"I-I'm... gonna work for your parents for a entire year for free to make up for what I did..."

"Kukuku!" Naruto had an evil glint in his eyes, "You work for me too then! Go buy me some Hentai Manga!" Naruto grinned pervertedly.

"Hell no!

"Oi, you work for me too ya know! So do it, unless you wanna see hell on earth!"

"Fine!" Konohamaru sweat-dropped as he stood up and started running off.

Naruto just laughed, he was honestly glad everything had been settled. Well, not everything, Cana was probably still mad at him, but that was a story for another day! ;)
