Imaginary
A/N: Since I might not have much time to post I'll try to upload quicker. This chapter may seem weird, but it might be a fun read.
Sandy's POV
Sitting up, I found myself in a vast gray area with three doors, one black, the other red, and the last one white. Going over to the white one first, I noticed it had an emerald and lasso carved into it. Opening the door, I quickly jumped back seeing the embodiment of death itself. That later faded, showing me a field, practically inviting me in. Seeing the door close behind me once I entered, I smiled falling back into the grass watching a few clouds pass by.
"Are you coming or not?" someone asked, outstretching their hand for me to take. I gladly took it despite not seeing her face.
Following her up to a ranch, I stated, "This looks like the one in Texas, so where am I?"
"Your afterlife, don't worry you aren't dead, this is only a glimpse of what it looks like. Thanks for making him happy." The girl replied.
Watching her disappear, I found myself back in the gray void with the white door now slightly open. Stepping towards the red one, I noticed how warm it was. Shrugging, I pushed it open to see myself lying on the left side of the bed with Plankton on my head.
Pulling open one of my eyes, he frowned, yelling, "Wake up, already!" his frown deepened as he was picked up by the antenna.
"Yelling at her unresponsive body won't help." Shadow stated, looking at my body with a hint of sorrow.
I frowned, not figuring out a way to get back in my body unharmed. Leaving, I exhaled as this door also looked slightly open.
"Well, there's one more door left." I muttered to myself, reaching to push it open. This one felt like ice once I put my hand on the knob. Flinging it open, I gasped in horror looking from a banner to all the people here. This stupid family reunion, if ma hadn't…if I hadn't…then none of that would've happened. I wouldn't have led him to my room. I…have to get out of here!
Throwing the door open, I leaped out of it wrapping my arms across my waist and shook. Now the only thing left is to get back in my body. Seeing a door emerge from the gray area, I pushed it open and noticed the red door fully open. No one even heard me call for help; no one noticed I was gone. At least it can never happen again.
Going out the door, I gasped and sat up, looking at Shadow who pulled me towards him, saying, "You were asleep for two days," he paused, and continued, "I almost called the hospital."
I frowned slightly and hugged him back, despite the feeling that I'll never be able to cleanse myself of that suffocating lavender scent.
A/N: I'm sorry this was late; I've been working on a lot of things for school. Anyway, the next chapter will feature Sonic. Yay! Um, I don't have much to say about this, so does anyone have questions?
