"Thy help is not needed boy!" Zoë shouted. I felt rage overcome any rational thoughts, the shadows twitched in the room, reacting to my anger.

"This quest is not just about the goddess," I spat, "My little sister is in grave danger. I do not care what you think. I will go… whether it is with or without your knowledge is your choice."

"Children, sit down." Chiron's voice cut through the shouting instantly. Neither of us sat.

"We must go! Our goddess needs us." Zoë said desperately.

"Yes." Chiron sighed, "Who will you choose?"

"I will take Phoebe."

Conner (or Travis) smiled slightly. "The one that likes to hit people on the head?"

"Yes. Why?" Zoë snapped.

"We have a T-shirt for her, from the camp store." One of them showed her a top. Zoë took it with a sigh.

"I don't wish to risk any more of the Hunters, Phoebe is our best tracker."

"Campers," Chiron looked at the assembled half-bloods, "who will go?"

"I'll go!" The Satyr, Grover almost shouted, "Anything to help Lady Artemis."

"I know you're secret Zoë." I snarled, "Do you think he will welcome you with open arms?"

Zoë looked at me shocked. "That is none of thy concern!"

"If you are going on the quest I want my sister to be safe, where you will be going that will not happen." I retorted. I could feel my powers reacting to my anger, my body started to heat up.

"Seth. Go, find Nico in the Hermes cabin and get settled in." Chiron ordered. I turned around quickly and stormed out the door, slamming it behind me. This camp holds no control over me; I serve Hades, no one else. I hesitated. If I was going to live here they should become used to my blind eye. I took a deep breath and flipped my hood back. I couldn't control my anger, quickly moving away from the house made of fuel for a fire. I wadded across the river, the water turning solid beneath my feet. Fire started billowing from my shoes, quickly covering my body. Campers pointed at me and screamed. I chuckled and tried to calm down, the flames lessened slightly. I swallowed carefully and evened my breathing out, the raging fire was sucked into my skin, I felt my energy return.

The hearth in the middle of the cabins was crowded with some campers, talking beside the fire. I headed straight to Hermes' cabin, Cabin 11. The door opened silently. Nico was on the floor, sitting on a sleeping bag. I smiled when I looked around, the Hermes cabin had been much more crowded 2 years ago – when Luke hadn't gone and taken some other half-bloods with him.

"Why is your hood off?" Nico asked his eyes wide.

"If we are staying here for a few years the campers will have to become used to us." I explained. Nudging aside the possessions of a camper I hesitated before unzipping my hoodie, red V-neck t-shirt becoming shown. My hoodie I dropped onto the sleeping bag that was previously occupied and sat down beside Nico.

"So, what happened in the big house?"

"The huntress received a prophecy, it included Bianca."

"When are you leaving then?" Nico smiled.

"I am not; well, not with the old centaur's knowledge anyway."

"You weren't picked." Nico stated, "Wait, what was the prophecy?" I dry swallowed.

"Five shall go west to the goddess in chains,
One whose duty is to protect lost in the land without rain,
The lord of all monsters shows the trail,
Campers and Hunters combined prevail,
An immortal shall make a deal,
A chance to unlock a seal,
The Titan's curse one must withstand,
And one shall perish by a parent's hand."

"Oh… That's pleasant."

"What do you expect? It's the oracle!" I spat.

"You are going, right?"

"Of course," I scoffed, "Who else will be able to make sure they get to our sis?" I stood up and ruffled Nico's hair.

"Hey!" He shouted and tried to get away from me. I laughed, thinking it had been a while since I had laughed like that. Ever since a few years ago, when an immortal first contacted me in my dreams I had been more closed up and secretive. Now Nico was stopping that. I abruptly stopped laughing and fled out of the cabin. I swallowed and decided to go to the arena to train and clear my thoughts.

Campers murmured as I passed, heading to the group of Half-bloods fighting in the middle. I stood on the side-lines watching. None of the camp cabin leaders had come out of the big house yet and their siblings were training. I watched the ease that the demigods fighting fought with using their assortment of close-combat weapons. My thoughts returned to the prophecy, specifically the lines 'An immortal shall make a deal, A chance to unlock a seal.' The only immortals going on this quest were: Zoë, Phoebe and me. What would the Hunters possibly need to unlock?

"Hey! You," I focused again to see that one of the fighters had won. "Do you want to fight?"

I smiled and walked forward, "Of course! What is your name?"

"Mark, son of Ares." The boy said proudly.

"Seth, unclaimed," I replied. The boy nodded and gestured to his siblings to move. They scrambled out of the way.

"Your weapons and armour?"

"My swords, you?" I said forming my armour around me; he flinched at the sight of the Drakon's head.

"Sword." He said shortly. I nodded and concentrated on the ground, my weapons flew into my palms. Mark's eyes narrowed and his feet shifted slightly. His shield rose until he was in a position where he could easily attack or defend, whichever came first.
I charged forward, swinging at Marks' feet. He stumbled back and managed to raise his shield in time to block my Katana. I grinned and lunged forward, keeping him on the defensive. He brought his blade up and parried away the lunge, following up with a horizontal cut at my chest. I rolled into the cut, diving under the sword and inside his guard. My sword was behind him with my Katana pointed at his throat.

"Nice try." I smirked, taking off my helm. The some of the camp cabin leaders wandered into the arena and over to their siblings.

"You're good. If you ever want to fight again I'll be waiting." Mark smiled. I nodded and sheathed my weapons across my back.

"Hermes cabin!" Connor called, I scowled but made my way over to the cabin leader, when everyone was crowding round the two twins he continued, "I am sure you have all heard about the prophecy given. The quest members have been chosen they will be Zoë, Phoebe, Thalia, Annabeth and Grover."

I knew what the quest was facing; you don't spend decades not following leads on your enemy. I was going to go and protect the quest members, if only so Bianca could survive.
