Quirks are varied, complex, and we understand frighteningly little about them given how much they influence society. Kosei Susumaru is UA's first ever dedicated quirk counsellor. His job: to be a person the students can confide in about their quirks and help them be the best they can be. That is, if these kids didn't make him go grey at 26 with all their reckless behaviour.
