Twins Stan & Ford Pines leave their hometown, Glass Shard Beach, to spend the summer at Gravity Falls with their Grauntie Mabel, a sweet old lady who runs a tourist trap, bakes glitter into cookies, and lives in a knitted paradise. In all honesty, it was an accident. How was Stan supposed to know "return your loved ones" meant cloning? Or, how Stan ended up adopting a 6-year-old clone of his brother.

Stan had just lost his brother. One great hardship. But he's not done yet. He set it in his mind to get him back, but it won't be as easy as he thinks it is. First, he has some stuff to take care of, including his own emotions. But loosing his brother was just the start. Next comes the hardest part of any death: the funeral.

Has the whole world gone crazy, or is it just Dipper?

Their second summer in Gravity Falls just ended and already they miss it. But Dipper and Mabel will have plenty to occupy them until they return, as will their loved ones. From the stresses of entering/leaving high school, getting over crushes, dealing with troublesome parents, and the awkward nightmare that is puberty, you don't need monsters to make life difficult.
