kablamstar: The reason why is because of the fact that most stories that have an oc as the main character the character is supposed to be an awesome hero. The stories are sometimes written poorly, or doesn't have the main characters at all. Some stories the character is too strong or is supposed to be better than Percy which is not fun to read. Your story has an oc as the main character which drives some people away. Now I can honestly say that you fall out of the norm for books like this. You have a great story plot, you are using original characters, your oc is not overly powered, you don't make the campers at camp halfblood the bad guys, and you have made this interesting to read. You have done an amazing job on this. You should most definitely think about writing as a career. Please don't stop this story. / Your review made my day. Thank you, i am honored that you think i could be a writer. Your review is possibly the best one i have ever gotten, so thank you a million times.

kablamstar: I don't know if the poll is done or not but if it isn't. Artemis / Thanks for reviewing again, but the poll has finished (as you can see if you read up to this far) and Styx has won.

Torn - chapter 33

Percy was worn out and tired of all of the fighting, but still fought to defend Olympus. A ring of demigods, Hunters and nature spirits guarded the doors to Olympus. After his battle with the giant flying pig, or The Clazmonian Sow as Annabeth had called it he re-joined the Half-Bloods in fighting back the Titans' forces. He killed anything in his path, but it wasn't enough. Riptide was an arc of destruction as it dissolved hundreds of monsters.

Then, to the east5 a light began to shine. The defenders thought it was the sun rising. It came closer and was quickly identified as Kronos in a golden chariot. A dozen Laistrygonian giants held torches and two Hyperboreans carried his black and purple banners. Kronos looked fresh and rested as he approached and Percy could see a Griffin flying above him and circling the chariot.

"We have to fall back to the doorway, hold it at all costs!" Annabeth yelled. Percy was about to call for a retreat when he heard the horn, echoing around Manhattan.

"Not the Hunters," Thalia murmured to Percy. "All of us are already here."

"Then who could it be?" Percy asked. The horns quickly became louder and the demigods were afraid it was enemies as it sounded like an entire army was approaching. Kronos' forces looked as confused as the demigods.

Then Kronos' entire northern flank surged forward, but they ran right past the demigods and crashed into their southern allies. An entire cavalry appeared suddenly.

"Yeah, baby! Party!" A centaur cried. Arrows showered the Titans' forces, vaporising hundreds of monsters.

"Centaurs!" Annabeth shouted.

"Percy!" Chiron shouted. "Sorry we're late!"

"DUDE!" Another centaur yelled, "You can talk later, waste monsters now!" He took out a paint gun and blasted a hellhound pink. The monster yelped and vaporised.

"Party ponies!" A centaur yelled. "South Florida chapter!"

"Heart of Texas chapter!" Another centaur yelled back across the battlefield.

"Hawaii owns your faces!" A third one shouted. The entire Titan army turned and fled under the onslaught of the centaurs.

"Stop running, you fools!" Kronos roared. "Stand and AACK!" a Hyperborean giant stumbled and sat on him, a second later it froze and cracked apart. The Griffin dived down and picked up Kronos who seemed a little disorientated. The Griffin flew back to the Titan's base with Kronos in its claws as the Titan army fled. After several blocks Chiron ordered for everyone to stop.

"Chiron's smart," Annabeth said as she freed her face from golden monster dust. "If we pursue, we'll get too spread out. We need to regroup."

"But the enemy-" Percy started.

"They're not defeated," Annabeth agreed. "But dawn is coming, at least we've brought some time."

The demigods watched as the last monsters ran out of sight then walked back to the Empire State Building.

Kronos paced at the top of the plaza, swinging his scythe so his dracaenae bodyguards stayed back. Theron, Ethan and Prometheus stood out of slicing range. Theron stood closer than the others and was looking as annoyed as Kronos, thought he was also amused by his father's anger. Prometheus looked calmly at Kronos.

"I hate this place," Kronos growled. "United Nations. As if mankind could ever unite. Remind me to tear down this building after we destroy Olympus."

"Yes, lord." Prometheus smiled. "Shall we tear down the stables in Central Park, too? I know how much horses can annoy you."

Theron snickered and Kronos glared at Prometheus. "Don't mock me, Prometheus! Those cursed centaurs will be sorry they interfered. I will feed them to the hellhounds, starting with that son of mine – that weakling Chiron."

"Actually, father," Theron said. "I think Dragoons are never full. And, you said I could fight my half-brother."

"That weakling Chiron destroyed an entire legion of telkhines with his arrows." Prometheus shrugged.

"We will destroy them!" Kronos bellowed as he cut a flagpole in half with his scythe. "It is time to unleash the drakon. Nakamura, you will do this with my son."

"Father, are you sure?" Theron asked nervously.

"Yes. Nakamura do it."

"Yes, my lord. At sunset?"

"No," Kronos said. "Immediately. The defenders of Olympus are badly wounded. They will not expect a quick attack. Besides, we know this is a monster they cannot beat."

"My lord?" Ethan asked.

"Never you mind, Nakamura. Just do my bidding. I want Olympus in ruins before Typhon reaches New York. We will utterly destroy the gods!"

"But, my lord," Ethan muttered. "Your regeneration."

Kronos looked at Ethan and the Half-Blood froze. "Does it seem that I need to regenerate?" Ethan didn't respond and Kronos snapped his fingers so Ethan collapsed.

"Soon, this form will be unnecessary. I will not rest with victory so close. Now Go!" Kronos growled and Ethan scrambled away.

"Father, be careful. You may think you are able to fight, but Fate has a funny way of acting." Theron said as he wandered after Ethan. He then turned sharply to the left and entered a room, shutting the door behind him. He scanned the room and his eyes landed on the barely visible form of Percy Jackson showing that he was spying on them again.

"You know, Jackson." Theron smiled as he leaned against the wall. "There are forces at work here that even you don't know of. I am torn," the Titan muttered to the demigod. "I don't know what to do. My father will likely kill me if I do it again, though that is if he wins. If the gods win and I'm not already in Tartarus, they will send me down there again. I am walking a thin line, Perseus. Fate will not be happy, but I have had enough of helping. Jackson, you may think you know what is going on, but even Apollo, the god of prophecies has no clue. I have told you this because I think you might be able to help me. You will know when it is time to decide. Oh, and children of Ares are more special than you think." Theron said then waved his hand and Percy's form disappeared as a roar echoed around Manhattan and the noise of an army getting ready to fight followed it. Theron sighed as he flashed his armour on him, his own golden ichor still staining it and the hole in the shoulder visible. He decided he was going to sit out on this battle, but watch it from the skies. There was a flash and his Griffin form stood there, the armour stretched and covered its body. Theron flew into the fly and hovered above the monsters as they marched towards the Empire State Building, the drakon slithered up and building and also made its way to the Empire State Building.

And the plot thickens. Some important things happen in this chapter. If you are confused about the whole Seth/Theron thing, Seth is a mortal and weaker form of Theron who isn't under The Ancient Laws, so basically he can interfere in everything without consequences. Hecate made Theron half-immortal and not a Titan using a spell, thus making Seth and allowing him to gain the gods trust (sort of).

I honestly can't wait for the chapter when Hades helps, prepare yourself for a massive fight between brothers, that will be chapter 37. I have all the chapters up to and including 37 written at the moment, i am just trying to keep them constant. But should I post a new one every two days?

Seth's (or should i just call him Theron)relationship poll:

Styx wins!

Now i've got to work out how they'll meet (and their history). And i'm not very good at romance so you'll have to be patient with me.

I have about 6-7 chapters left

Should i go straight into HOO or do a story (prequel) about Theron being born up to the end of the Titanomachy?

I have started my Percy Jackson Teen Wolf xover so if you could just take a look at it if you are interested in that.
