"Y-you!" was all Ruka was able to say as the venomous shock in his neck began to rush throughout his body.
"Oh cutey-pie don't you look so grumpy, I think you need to take a little nap." The wicked woman said while rubbing Ruka's chin.
"G-gotta leave a note somehow to get help!" Ruka thought as he took his final last breath and used his alice to call a bunch of squirrels to leave a message for his friends before he passed out.
"Time is a wasting honey, let's get rolling." Scarlet scoffed as she teleported herself and an unconscious Ruka to the AAO secret base with an AAO device. Luckily for Ruka, he was successfully able to get the attention of some squirrels nearby with nuts to leave behind a message made with nuts that read "kidnapped".
Mikan found herself entering the room that Natsume and Kenji were sleeping in. The atmosphere seemed very calm and peaceful, and seeing the two boys that she cares about the most sleeping next to each other brought a big smile to her face.
"Good mourning Natsume-kun and Kenji-kun" Mikan squealed in excitement.
"Hm huh?" Natsume said as he began to wake up, obviously drowsy due to his long sleep.
"Ms. Sakura? What's up?" Kenji began to stutter as he quickly realized who he was sleeping next to. "Wah!" Kenji spat out as he realized that he was sleeping next his worst enemy. "Hyuuga! What's the big idea!" Kenji shouted.
"Hmph, I could ask you the same thing kid." Natsume shouted back.
"Now now you two, let's not fight". Mikan said as she place her hands on Natsume and Kenji's chest to stop the boys from fighting. Kenji blushed at the fact that Mikan was touching him.
"Hmph" Natsume replied.
"Well let's go check up on everyone to see how they're doing!" Mikan squealed as she took both Natsume and Kenji's hands and ran out the door.
"Slow down Ms. Sakura!" Kenji pleaded.
"Hmph she's always hyper like this". Natsume stated. As Kenji was running along the side of his previous targets, he couldn't help but feel a bit happy in fact, he felt at home with the two teenagers. Even if he often seemed to butt heads with Natsume, Mikan's charm and smile made it seem worth , Natsume, and Kenji quickly made it to Ruka's room but to their horror, Ruka wasn't there. Instead of their blond hair friend what they found was a bunch of squirrels running around a bunch of nuts that spelled the word "kidnapped".
"Oh no!" Mikan cried as she placed her hands over her mouth.
"Crap, that witch Scarlet must have kidnapped Ruka." Natsume yelled while clenching a fist in his hand.
"Scarlet….what are you up to?" Kenji thought while feeling guilty. Kenji's thought process was put to a halt though as Natsume grabbed the collar of his shirt in sheer anger of his best being taken away.
"N-Natsume!" Mikan screamed in worry of Kenji.
"You! You were probably behind this! Where is he? Where is Ruka?!" Natsume yelled.
"Natsume, stop you're going to hurt him!" Mikan said while grabbing her boyfriend's arm in defense of Kenji.
"I knew nothing of this I swear!" Kenji coughed as Natsume's grip on him grew tighter.
"Liar! Don't make me use my alice!" Natsume threatened as he was stopped by a slap to the face by Mikan. "M-Mikan why?" Natsume asked with a broken heart as he let Kenji go.
"I'm sorry Natsume but you made me do it. I don't know why but Kenji means a lot to me. He saved me and ever since then I felt a sort of connection to him as if he's a part of me, as if he's a part of us. Don't you feel it too?" Mikan asked while gently putting her hand on the place where she slapped her boyfriend. Even though it was hard for him to admit it, deep down Natsume could feel a connection to Kenji as well. Natsume's heart was aching. Not only was his best friend kidnapped but his girlfriend just slapped him. Not to mention that he was willing to use his alice on a 13 year old boy whom he admittedly felt a connection to. It was as if he was pushing everyone away from him but Natsume was then treated to a kiss and hug from Mikan to ease his heart.
"I love you more than anything in this world Natsume. I'm sorry that I slapped you , I just don't want you to do anything that you might regret." Mikan said.
"I love you too Mikan, I vow never to go against your wishes again." Natsume said as he put the palm of his hand under her chin and embraced her for another kiss. As Kenji caught his breath he couldn't help but notice what an amazing couple Mikan and Natsume made. In fact it felt as if they were meant to be together and he couldn't help but to feel happy to see them together and so, he made it his goal to keep them together no matter what.
Meanwhile at the AAO Ruka found himself at the mercy of Scarlet.
"You, take me back to Gakuen Alice NOW!" Ruka yelled.
"*giggle* Oh sweetie you are so adorable when you're angry. So cute that I can't restrain myself from you. You should join our ranks." Scarlet replied as she wrapped her arms around Ruka.
"NEVER! I could never turn on my friends, they're always there for me when I need them." Ruka cried back.
"Always there for you? Then explain to me why Natsume is always hogging the love of your life from you? Face it, you love Mikan more than anything else in this world. If you join us though she could be yours." Scarlet said.
"Mikan could be mine?" Ruka questioned.
"Indeed Pyon-san" said a mysterious voice in the distance. Ruka turned around an saw a young woman probably slightly younger than Scarlet with blue hair and violet eyes behind her round glasses.
"Well well well, just in time Rin, I'll let you take care of mr. handsome here." Scarlet said as she left the room.
"Ruka Pyon, we were always in despair as your two best friends got to share happiness while you were always pushed to the sides. Fear not child, join the AAO and you will find happiness together with Sakura-chan." Rin said as she placed her hand on Ruka's forehead. For some reason Ruka felt like he could not fight her off. Ruka felt an odd aura pulsing through his entire body. While at the same time, all he could seem to think of was the pain from having to let Mikan go.
"Ruka join the AAO and your heart will be aching no more." Rin stated. Ruka took a deep breath and looked within his heart to find the right answer.
"Fine I'm in." Ruka said with pale grey eyes.
