I own... Er... That's a difficult question. Hetalia is ruled out, but do I own an A1 poster of Bellatrix Lestrange? That's for you to decide.

"Hey, Mum? Can I go live in Norway with Lukas and a strange British guy I've never met?"

He just had to ask that when Emilie was sipping her hot chocolate, didn't he? Her beautiful dining table very nearly acquired a sprinkling of extra-sweet liquid chocolate. "What?!"

Matthias repeated his question.

"You've never met this boy, and you want to go and live with him? Matthias, as much as I love you, I don't think you're really thinking this one through," his mother said as gently as she could.

"Not just him! Lukas as well! We'll just be staying with him until Lukas has his own place!" Matthias explained with a grin.

"And where, might I ask, is Lukas going to find the money for a property of his own?" Emilie asked, in her I-don't-think-you're-really-thinking-here tone.

"He's been working since he was like, ten, and plus, he has a load of cash his mother left him!"

Wait, what? "Since he was ten?"

Matthias rolled his eyes at his mother. "Mu-um, I told you, Lukas is an awesome skier! God, what did you think was in that gigantic sports bag of his? Where do you think he is right now?"

"Oh... I'd forgotten... He seems so normal... I would have expected someone like that to have all kinds of airs and graces..."

"Nah, those kinds of people annoy Luke. Anyway, can I?"

"Well..." Emilie supposed that Matthias was entitled to move to Norway, if he really wanted to. After all, she herself had lived in England for a while. Still... Her only son... "Only if you promise to write. And you'll have to ask your father as well. Oh, and the language barrier - you'll have to improve your Norwegian, Matt..."

The teenager cheered. "Yes! Yay! Of course I'll write! Well... I'll email. And I'll go ask him right now!"

He tried to bound off, but Emilie held him back. "Just one moment, young man. I've agreed to you going, but what are you going to do in Norway?"

"...live with Lukas?"

"And your education?"

Matthias pouted. "I guess I could apply to a college..."

"You will apply to a college - which I think you should have done a while ago anyway - and judging by your grades - yes, I've seen them - you should probably looking at ones specialising in Chemistry. That's your best subject, isn't it?"

Matthias nodded his head slowly. "But... What can I do with that?"

Emilie gave him a beaming smile. "Whatever you want."

"Okay..."

"Okay! Now you can go and tell your father. Congratulations, by the way! I was quite impressed with that A*!"

Matthias gave his mother a tight hug and bounded off to find his father.

Lukas Bondevik, 17:46

Hey... I have something to ask you.

Arthur Kirkland, 17:51

Go ahead.

Lukas Bondevik, 17:53

In short, some stuff has happened, and I'm coming back in about a month. Would it be okay if a friend and I came to stay with you until I can get my own place? It'll only be a few weeks, I swear.

Arthur Kirkland, 17:55

Of course - who's your friend? Did the eternally icy Lukas Bondevik actually lower himself to communication with lesser human beings? ;)

Lukas Bondevik, 17:57

Did the eternally grammatically flawless Arthur Kirkland actually just use an emoticon? What is the world coming to...?

Arthur Kirkland, 17:59

You try being in love with an idiot. I'm positive my IQ has dropped by association.

Lukas Bondevik, 18:00

...I'm afraid you might not like Matthias all that much, then.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:01

What do you mean?

Lukas Bondevik, 18:03

His mannerisms are somewhat similar to Alfred's, if you see my point.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:05

...how on earth did you two manage to become friends, might I ask?

Lukas Bondevik, 18:07

A very good question.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:09

Care to elaborate?

Lukas Bondevik, 18:10

He showed me around the school on my first day, refused to leave me alone.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:12

That still doesn't explain how you managed to become so close that you're planning on living together.

Lukas Bondevik, 18:13

I'm not sure myself. He just kind of grew on me, I suppose.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:15

Hold on a second, this sounds slightly familiar. ...is he your boyfriend?

Lukas Bondevik, 18:18

...perhaps...

Arthur Kirkland, 18:19

Congratulations! And stop blushing; it's nothing to be ashamed of!

Lukas Bondevik, 18:21

You can't see me. How do you come to the conclusion that I am blushing?

Arthur Kirkland, 18:23

I've known you long enough.

Lukas Bondevik, 18:25

...that's rather frightening.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:27

If you say so.

Lukas Bondevik, 18:28

...but I do.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:30

Of course, Lukas.

Lukas Bondevik, 18:31

That's creepy, Arthur... In any case, the idiot just arrived.

Arthur Kirkland, 18:33

I want a /full/ explanation of how this happened when we next meet, Bondevik.

Lukas Bondevik, 18:35

Yes, yes. Kirkland.

"Hee-eey, Luke!" Matthias called, as he approached the platinum blonde sitting on the sofa, texting.

"Lukas. My name is Lukas." He said, exasperated.

The Dane waved a hand vaguely in dismissal. "Yeah, yeah. Anyway, both Mum and Dad have said I can come!"

"Oh, good. Arthur says it's fine for us to stay with him - his parents are working abroad, it's just him and one of his brothers," Lukas said. "Now I just need to find out if Emil is coming with us..."

"Well, let's go ask him, then."

"I don't know where he's staying..."

"Isn't he staying with a friend? Or did he go back to your father's place?"

Lukas sighed. "I don't know... He said he was staying with a friend, but I don't know how long for."

"Call him, then."

"He might not pick up..."

"Give it a try anyway," Matthias said brightly.

Lukas sighed again. "Okay..." He located his phone and tried to call his brother. He paused and tried again, then repeated the action several times.

"Not picking up?"

"You don't say..." Lukas deadpanned.

"Try again! He'll pick up sometime... Oh, and put him on speaker!"

Lukas did as he was told. A few tries later, he finally succeeded.

"Lukas? What's up?" Emil seemed to be out of breath - perhaps he had been exercising prior to picking up the phone?

"Are you okay? You seem out of breath..." Lukas said suspiciously.

"I'm fine, I was just - erm - dancing? Yes, I was dancing; Leon was teaching me this routine his - er - brother taught him..."

"Oh, okay. Wait, who's Leon? Is the friend you're staying with?"

"Er, yeah. Just a friend. Anyway what was it you wanted to talk to me about?"

"In a few weeks, Matthias and I finish school - are you staying with Father still, or do you want to join us?"

"Wow, er... Of course I want to come with you, but... I kind of need to tell you something..."

Lukas glanced at Matthias and raised an eyebrow, getting a shrug in return. "What?"

"Er... I think I should probably tell you in person..."

Now Lukas was getting suspicious. "What is it, Emil?"

"Nothing bad, I swear! It's just, er... Something... Anyway can you meet us - me, sorry - somewhere?"

"Sure, where?" Matthias said before Lukas could say anything. If Emil was surprised Matthias was listening in, his tone didn't show it.

"I've no idea where in Copenhagen you guys are, so... Café near your school?"

"Sure!" Matthias said quickly, letting Lukas only make a quiet squeaking noise as he put his hand over the Norwegian's mouth.

"Okay, well then, see you in around ten minutes, I guess..."

"See you, Emil!"

Lukas made a muffled noise of protest, but Emil had already hung up. Matthias let him go, and immediately he glared at him. "Why did you do that?"

"Better for him to tell us whatever it is in person," Matthias shrugged.

"...You infuriate me sometimes..."

"But you love me," he grinned, wrapping his arms around Lukas.

"Yeah, yeah, idiot," came the once again muffled reply, as the platinum blonde was pressed against Matthias' chest in a tight hug.

A/N

Привет! Yaay, Winter Olympics! Anyway. So, I'm not going to comment on the quality (or rather, lack thereof) of my writing this time. I can imagine it gets pretty tedious. Instead, I'm going to say that once again, I have a load of revision to do this weekend - they just couldn't let us have a few weeks off, could they? I have a Maths exam and a Spanish listening mock... I'm pretty good at the latter, so I'm not going to panic too much, but the former... Ehhhh...

Anyway. I have another thing to say. That is: OHMYGOD OHMYGOD OVER 100 REVIEWS FIRST PAGE OF DENNOR FANFICS BY REVIEWS SECOND BY FOLLOWS OHMYFRUKINGGOD!

This is amazing. You have no idea how happy you have all made me. I love you~! ...more? *flutters lashes*

Last time, I mentioned that you should visit IAmAPrustrian/Emily... This week, I ask you all to say hey to platinum-topaz and a classmate of mine who isn't in the fandom, but reads this anyway. (You know who you are, ma cherie - je t'aime! ;D) If you're on Wattpad, you may want to check out platinumtopaz - she has a Hetalia fanfic on there.
