8. Author's Note: A Sincere Apology

Dear Readers:

This is a formal apology for the end of this story. I know I didn't finish it. I know you've probably been waiting on more but I don't have it in me to work on this one anymore. I started it years ago when I was much younger. As a matter of fact, I was a sophomore in high school. I'm a junior in college now and the story, after some careful review, seems almost childish to me now. I may try to write a new one, an updated more mature one but that may take some time.

If you loved it, I apologize. All I ask is that you don't give up on me as an author.

I'm actually kind of ashamed that it took me two years to do this. I feel like I should have ended it a long time ago but I was hoping I would be able to pick it back up.

Like I said, though I love this story and it was one of my first, I can't go any further with it.
