The supposed unlucky thirteen…

Sakura Haruno sighed as she looked at the photos of her and Sasuke.

"I wish we had taken a proper wedding photo," said Sakura aloud as she looked at the separate photos in the frame.

"Hard to do when you're technically not married," chimed Inner-Sakura.

"We are too married. He's my husband and I'm his wife," replied the pink-haired cherry blossom with a frown.

"Not officially. Plus most husbands would actually stay with their wives because of how much they love them."

"Sasuke-kun does so love me!"

"Then where is he?"

"H-He's out on a long-term mission!"

"That's just an excuse."

"B-But we have a child together!"

"That he's never even met. Hell, you went out searching for him, on your own, while nine months pregnant just so he could see his child. If it wasn't for Karin, who knows what would have happened to Sarada."

Sakura started to fidget. Her thoughts were starting to get to her and what scared Sakura the most is that she was starting to believe them.

"No! Sasuke loves me more than anything!"

"Oh please. Even when he took your virginity, the night Sarada was conceived by the way, he didn't show any emotion. It was like he was on the job instead of making love. Then again, considering one of his goals was to revive the Uchiha Clan, it probably was a job to him."

Tears started to trail down Sakura's face. No! There was no way Sasuke didn't love her. He had to! They made love and made a child together!

"It's all lies!"

"What I'm saying or the life you're living?"

Sakura couldn't even answer that. The more her inner-self spoke, the more real it seemed. There had to be some kind of proof that Sasuke loved her.

"He showed that he loved me by tapping my forehead!"

"Something his brother used to do to him. I don't think that's the kind of love you want from Sasuke. Now if it was a kiss, something Sasuke hasn't given you, then I would give you that point."

The tears wouldn't stop. Her thoughts were right. Sasuke didn't love her and nothing she could do would change that.

A cry could be heard from down the hall. Sakura quickly dried her tears and made her way to her infant daughter's room to see what was wrong.

"At least I'll have the love of one Uchiha in my life," said Sakura as she thought of Sarada.

And that would probably be the most she could hope for.

I tried…I really did try. I really didn't want this drabble to come off as if I was bashing Sakura, but it's hard to write for a character as one-dimensional as her. She's pretty much a side-character in a main-character role. Her entire character revolves around Sasuke and adds nothing else to the series. People can say what they want about Hinata, but at least her character doesn't revolve solely around Naruto.

And don't forget, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If there's a pink-haired girl from a manga, animé, or video game that you think I should write about, tell me in a review.
