"So what are we going to do about Queen Eva? She has to be out of the picture so that I can scoop up King Aikka!" A feminine voice complains about the queen being an obstacle in their plan.

"If you don't shut up, I won't be able to think of a plan!" A deep masculine voice rudely cuts off the feminine voice from earlier.

"Humph, you want to know something Kross..." The feminine voice interjects, which causes the woman to turn to face the masculine voice.

"You're nothing but a big brute, who doesn't know how to properly treat a female."

"Shush!" Kross whispers to her as he covers her mouth with his right hand and pulls her near him so she would not be seen nor heard.

"I heard something over here!" One of the soldiers voices could be heard from their concealed location.

"Let's go men!" Another solider ordered the group as footsteps could be heard through the surface of earth.

Kross was intensively focusing on keeping up with the soldiers' position as well their cover that he was ignoring the failing girl in his grasp.

'I was right! He needs to enroll in some proper gentleman classes. Mom forgiving for what I'm about to do.' She determines before she opens her mouth and bites Kross hand, which causes him to remove his hand from her mouth.

"What was that for?!" Kross angrily inquired while he maintained his whispered voice as he shook the hand that was bitten by her.

"You taste like freaking burnt meat!" The female dramatically remarks as she sticks her tongue out and her face displays utter disgust at what she just did.

"How about I cut it off for you so I won't have to hear your annoying voice anymore?" He threatens with anger present in his tone.

She then casts her eyes around the area to locate water but to no avail there was nothing, not even a raindrop of water.

'God...it tasted so bad.' The woman inwardly screams in disgust while she frantically fails her arms and legs.

Kross simply examined his hand and spotsted teeth marks engraved in his hand.

'She really is a dog.' He concludes about the woman after he rubs the mark with his index and middle fingers.

Morose arrived back in time to hear Master Canaan's instructions for their field test today.

"Alright...listen up!"

"There are teams of two because there are an even amount of students here. So I want everyone to partner up and I will confirm if the pair is okay."

Morose attempts to select Kieran as her partner, however Kiera was much faster than her.

She proudly stands right next to her brother with a smirk on her face once they exchange high fives and link their arms together.

"That leaves you with Norm." Kiera informs the now clean Morose, who her partner was.

Her body instantly shivered from disgust since she had to be paired up with none other than Norm.

"He-haw let's do our best, Morose!" He loudly declares as his bodily odor was completely unbearable.

'Oh god, I think I'm going to pass out!' She deems before Master Canaan clears his throat, which signals to children for their attention.

"Now that you are in pairs, you will have to decide who will be a deer and who will be the hunter." Canaan reveals the twist to the game.

"So you're saying that whoever is the deer will be hunted and whoever is the hunter they will be hunting the deer?" Kiera easily summarizes the roles of the game.

"Yes, Kiera, but I will be picking who will be the hunter and the deer." He verifies her understanding of the game causing everyone except for Kiera and Kieran to groan at the announcement.

"Kieran, Morose, Raul, Davis, and Shun, since you have the best Archery scores in my class, you five are the deer for this excersie." Canaan lists off the names of his students, who were to serve as the deer.

Kiera merrily jumps up and down from joy while Morose vehmently protests against the idea.

"Kiera, Norm, Molly, John and Lola since you have less than average scores in my Archery class this game is your test."

"You will have to hit as many deer as you possibly can to score points."

"No bodily harm will occur because the tips of the arrows are felt soft points that have a specific dye color for the respective hunter."

"Kiera your group's color is red. Norm your group's color is blue. Molly your group's color is purple. John your group's color is yellow. Lola your group's color is green." He divulges each of their groups' color.

After completing a thorough inspection of the equipment, such as tightening the string to the bow and checking each one of the arrow tips. Canaan was pointing to a huge timer with the time limit visible on it.

He then presses down the yellow button in order to allow the deer a five minute head start.

"Alright hunters," Their teacher projects his voice when the timer inches closer and closer to the twenty-five minute mark.

"Go!" He loudly shouts as each one of the hunters scatter out in the enclosed area.

'I just hope the twins don't ruin this test for every one and my sake.' Canaan considered as he decided to tag along just incase.

Eva feels her baby kicks at her stomach once again, which prompts her to rub her hand across her abdominal area to soothe the baby's irritable motions.

"...seems like it's angry." Aikka alleges before she slightly jabs him in his arm with her clench fist.

"It just doesn't like to sit still for a lone time. It's a rebel like its mother." She curtly retorts.

He could only laugh aloud while they head down a now rocky path.

"Where are we going?" The young woman asks him but it falls on deaf ears as he continues to drag her along with him.

"I got one more thing to show you." The Noursaian verbalized once he made sure to take the safest path down the mountainside.

The orange haired male definitely did not want to place his wife and their unborn child at any risk.

Her crimson eyes spotted a set of long and winded steps engraved against the stone's side that dipped down to a leveled path, which led them to a pool of water.

The water appeared as if it floated on thin air yet it was supported by the hands of the mountain.

"This is where you and I were wed, the Nourasia Priest Water Fountain." The young man lovingly reveals at the sight in front of them.

She then casted her gaze over to the pool of water that forever froze the image of the crescent moon whose edges holds the tips of the sun within its twin ends. It was such a magnificent image.

"Breathtaking, isn't it?" Aikka poses.

He hears her sharply intake a breath before she releases a gasp since it was such a beautiful sight.

"Come here...we exhanged our vows in this very same spot." The king happily proclaims with a smile.

The young man gently guided her along the path so she could closely trail behind him as they neared the pool.

"You can take your shoes off. The water feels great here." Aikka advises her before he slips his shoes off and steps in first.

Her eyes watch him place his feet on the surface but it did not distort the picture of the moon and sun. Instead, it seemed as if he was able to walk on water.

"Trust me." The man reassures his wife before he reaches out for her hand and leads her to the center of the pool.

Aikka then politely asked her if she would like to dance.

"Sure, but you know I can't do too many fancy moves since I have this one to deal with." The young woman reminds her husband that she was pregnant while she points at her belly with her finger.

"I know, I will take it nice and slow." He affirms to her before they fall in to an instant rhythm with no music at all.

Unbeknown to the outsiders possibly spectating they could not hear anything, however Aikka and Eva was able to here it playing loud and clear.

'This is such a beautiful melody.' She deemed as they fell in to a natural movement.

Her crimson eyes enjoyed the sights, sounds, and the man that held her in his arms.

Natalie occupies a seat at a fairly busy Nourasian restaurant while the Avatar masks his golden body underneath his original human form.

"So Miss Andros, are you a native of Nourasia?" Jordan inquisitively interrogates her after she purposely props her menu up to block his vision of her face.

"...and just why should I partake in your interrogation?" She countered with another question since she was already annoyed by his questions.

"Do you always think as a solider whenever you have male interaction?" He purposely challenged because he knew it would get under her skin.

"What's that suppose to mean?!" The raven haired woman irritably inquires after she drops the menu.

Her face clearly displays anger until the waiter arrives at their table.

"How may I help you today?" He asks them once the young woman regains her composure.

The captain listens as the golden figure places their order for them.

"May I have your menus?" The waiter politely requests.

Jordan plucks her menu from her hands and gives it back to the waiter before he goes to submit their orders.

"I won't even ask how you know what I wanted to order." She verbalizes already aware that he possibly read her mind.

"You can say something like that or I'm just a good guesser." He bragged while his date sat there and waited for this to be over with it.

"Aw come on now, I'm not that bad of a date, am I?" The Avatar jaws before she merely groans at what he asks her.

"You already know the real reason why I accepted this whole thing!"

"It's because I need to hear what you know about what has been happening with the king and queen?" Natalie demands before a visible sigh emits from her mouth.

"I can't tell you that now because that means you can leave. And I don't want to have lunch by myself, now do I?" The golden figure teasingly queries his date.

'This is getting me nowhere!' She surmises to herself.

The young woman decides to devise a plan to pry the information from the Avatar and leave before she had to see the end of this deal.

"It is worthless if you try." Jordan unexpectedly breaks the silence before he waits to see the reaction on her face.

"Can I have a thought of privacy?" The raven haired woman chastized him after he only agreed that he would countine to be a cordial gentleman.

"...but I can't help it if you broadcast your thoughts out loud." He honestly adds in.

"So if you are able to hear my thoughts, does that mean you are only honed in on me?" The young woman promptly asks him.

The solider attempts to rapidly dissect his power so she could get a better understanding of his abilities.

"You can say something like that." The male slips in before their waiter comes back with their appetizers in tow.

"Alright then so let me guess, if you don't hone in on a particular person then other people thoughts would overload your mentally capacity?" The captain coyly picks his brains after she bites into her food.

"What exactly are you trying to get at Natalie?" The Avatar boldly contested.

The young man soon discovered that she created a mental block so he could not read her thoughts.

"It looks like its going to be difficult to get the answer to that question." Jordan defends his position with the same smile evident on his face.

"Trust me...it will be even harder now that I know the extent of your ability to read minds." The raven haired woman defiantly discloses to him after she sips from her cup.

"Care to enlighten a dumb fella?" He curiously wonders once their entrees arrive via their waiter.

"No." Natalie defers his question before they begin to consume their entrees in a subtle quietness.

'Let's see if this work,' She prays before she knowingly drops her mental wall, which causes Jordan's apparent smirk to morph in to a toothy grin on his face.

The Avatar openly observes her thoughts, which were in the form of bright white streaks that swiftly transforms to dark ominous purple lights.

Instead of the constant river like flow, it was redirected specifically at him.

As the stream of dark light passes through his body, it sends an icy cold shiver up and down his spine.

"That's enough for now." The golden figure awkwardly remarks to her when a visible smirk materializes on her face.

The young woman accidentally witnesses some of his personal thoughts flash before her eyes as well.

'The queen's face up close and personal, Aikka's down falling, leaning in to the Queen's lips while tightly holding her, the ache of seeing the queen in the king's arm finishing their vows for one another.'

Natalie ultimately felt a strong wave of guilt and longing washed over her soul. Her green eyes was merely observing him casually eating his food when a very visible frown was surfacing on her face.

The solider dutifully opted to keep quiet about what she just spectated with her own two eyes.

"I guess you saw my past. It's quite alright."

"However, it is quite hard to get over it but as the wise man once said with time it heals all. So don't worry about me." He downplays his memories as they countine to eat lunch quietly.

After they finished their meals, the Avatar even tipped the waiter before they merged out on to the now busy streets of Nourasia.

"Since you were a good date, the least I can do is tell you what I know. It is up to you to believe if it is true or not." Jordan reveals the results of their date.

"The reports you have been receiving lately are dealing with is two people, who are planning to target both the Queen and King."

"One, has an unhealthy obsession that it will drive them to do some rather crazy deeds. The other one is well hated by your people and is willing to cut both of the royals heads off by any means necessary."

"He is distinctive by his red scar over one of his eyes." The golden figure avoided the revelation of the identity of those, who he tasked about to her.

Natalie sensed that the male had spoken in broad terms due to the fact that he could have jeopardized the future, which he as the Avatar was not allowed to do.

"Thank you." She politely thanks him but he was no longer in front of her.

Kieran immediately takes notice that Morose closely follows him around as if she was a lost puppy or better yet a baby deer.

'If she keeps following me then she will let the hunters know where we are!'

'I have to get away from her.' Kieran was determining because they both were avoiding any of the hunters.

"Kieran, wait up!" She loudly exclaimed much to his dismay.

He deemed that she would be a relatively easy target so much so that if he did not quickly ditch her, he would be a guaranteed hit for the hunters.

Kiera's ears suddenly perked up at the sound of a familiar noise. She instantly recognized as none other then Morose's voice.

'If I didn't know any better...she's probably chasing after Kieran.' The girl assumes before she slightly veers off of course in the direction toward the sound of Morose's voice.

Canaan closely observes Kiera's rather intense concentration, he could not help but to sense that she was up to no good.

So he decided to shadow her to make sure that she remains out of trouble.
