Hey guys long time no write haha...ha. I am sooo sorry it took so long to get this chapter up! Some of my stories on here i'm thinking of deleteing but this is not one of them and i plan to start updating weekly...actually lets say biweekly just to be safe. But i do promise to update.
Jericho stretched as he entered the common room. It had been a month since their team had moved into the new tower. But unfortunately not much had happened in Townville (Yes I know. No powerpuff girls). Maybe Robin had been wrong, maybe there weren't that many villains left out there.
Jericho walked in as Kid Flash was on his morning rants. In Jericho's mind it was still far too early to listen to him without a morning coffee.
"We got sent to the south, the capital of thieves but we have nothing absolutely anything to show for it." Jericho sat next to Argent on the couch. She flashed him a smile before returning to her irritated look at Kid Flash.
"Kid, you need to relax a little. I don't know about you guys but I never really been able to be a teen, I went from going to the hive academy to working for Slade back to the academy to the Hive Five and then finally a teen titan." Jinx exclaimed. Jericho winced at the name Slade. It had been so long since he had seen him. Was he even still alive?
"So that's why today we are gonna do the most teen thing I know but never got to do!"
"Which is?" The Herald said from the kitchen.
"We are gonna have a moive night! Kid you're in charge of getting the pizza. Herald and Jericho snacks! Argent me and you movies!" Every nodded their agreement.
"Alright, but no chick flicks got it you two." Kid sighed. The girls merely laughed. So the titans dress and divided to get the items needed for the movie night.
Jericho looked at all the different pops on the shelves. He was so used to drink water from the spring on his mountain.
"Probably not used to all this huh?" Herald ask.
"It's been so long." Jericho signed. Herald looked at him for a moment.
"That's something I've been meaning to ask you. Have you lived on that mountain your whole life?" Jericho tensed up as Herald asked him. But he pretend to not hear, he looked at the pop on the shelf and pick one he thought looked appealing and pointed to it. The Herald sighed forgetting about his question.
"Yeah sure, we can get that one Jericho."
After two hours of shopping not to mention half of it being spent commuting with the others to check things like if certain movies could be agreed upon or what toppings were good to go on which pizza.
As Jericho and The Herald left the store and headed back to the tower, something caught his attention out of the corner of his eye. When he turned to looked he saw nothing there. The Herald noticed Jericho stop.
"Come on, Jericho, Jinx will kill us if we don't get….Jericho look out!"
Jinx and Argent laughed as they came out of the movie store. They had rented enough movies to last them at least three days. Kid might be doing multi-food runs for the next few days. That was of course until Jinx communicator went off.
"You got Jinx." The Herald showed up on screen but it kept glitching in and out.
"Jinx….Argent….Ambush….Back up…." Then the screen went black.
"Herald? Herald!" Jinx then got ahold of Kid.
"Kid! Herald and Jericho need our help." As she was running.
"Got it, I'll meet you guys there." Then Kid hung up. Argent grabbed Jinx's hands and pulled her into the air.
"Who do you think we're dealing with?" Argent asked. Before Jinx could answer they had Herald and Jericho in their view. Jinx couldn't belive who they were fighting. As the two landed, Jinx exclaimed.
"The Hive Five!"
