"Crud Munchers! There's more of them" Someone screamed, Jericho guessed it was most likely Gizmo. He couldn't be sure because when the Herald had yelled at him to look out a bag had went over his head and before he could do anything he was pinned to the ground by who he guess was Mammoth.

Jinx looked to her ex-team mates. Herald was holding his own against See-more and Kyd Wykkyd, but Jericho was pinned to the ground by Mammoth. Gizmo had seemed bored fiddling with some sort of gadget and Billy Numerous was simply sitting there eating some snacks. That was of course until the girls landed.

"Crud Munchers! There's more of them!" Gizmo screamed. Kid came up right behind them

"You know, when are you idiots gonna learn we don't fight alone." Kid sighed. He gave a quick look to Jinx, Argent and Herald.
"Titans! Attack!" Before rushing in. Argent took to the sky and was quickly followed by Gizmo and See-more. Kid Flash had already caught Kyd Wykkyd and Mammoth's attention leaving Billy Numerous to Jinx.

"Can't say I'm happy to see you again Billy." Jinx spoke as she dodged a punch.

"Well little missy, I'm quite happy to pay you back for freezing us." He multiplied surrounding her. Jinx swirled in place realising a wave of bad luck all around her that sent Billy flying. Jinx noticed the others had already taken care of the rest of the H.I.V.E. five. Argent had helped Jericho up to his feet and he ripped the bag off his head. It took Jinx only a moment to find Gizmo in all the rubble. Picking him up by his collar.
"What are you guys doing here or even better how are you here? Last time I checked you were popsicles!" Gizmo simply grinned at her.

"Wouldn't you like to know!" Then there was a flash and then the H.I.V.E. Five were gone. Kid looked around to his team.
"I think we've got more important things to do then a movie night."

The moment they returned to the tower, Herald had called the Teen Titans West (ei, the original).

"Titans South, calling Titans West." Robin appeared on screen.
"What's going on?" He asked. Kid rubbed the back of his neck.
"We sort of just had a blast from the past." Robin's brow went up. Jinx sighed then continued.

"We just had a run in with the H.I.V.E. Five."

"Say What?!" Cyborg yelled as he came into view on screen.
"Do you think there's a chance they aren't the only ones back?" Robin asked. The team looked to one and other.

"Herald…" was all Kid got out before they heard the trumpet and he was gone. Jinx and Kid turned to the door opening behind them revealing Argent. She looked to them.
"He's resting in his room right now." She looked up to the screen.
"Jericho was targeted." Starfire gasped.

"Are you sure, our friend Jericho was the target?" She asked concerned. Argent showed them the bag.
"This was covering Jericho's head when Jinx and I got there. What's more they had Jericho pinned."
"Not to mention they weren't in any rush to leave." Jinx thought. As Kid add.
"But they weren't expecting us, which means…"
"They were waiting for their employer." Finally a portal opened and The Herald appeared once again. He looked relieved.
"Looks like whoever it was who woke them up only wanted the idiots, everyone else is still on ice." A sigh of relief echoed throughout including those on the screen.

"But it puzzles me so, who would want to only awaken the Five of the H.I.V.E?" Starfire asked. There was an echoing silence before Robin began.

"There's only one villain I can think of….Slade."

Jericho let the water run over his head. He was a hero; this anxiety was something he had to figure out. Every time a bag went over his head, he remembered the incident. Quickly putting hand to his throat he turned the tap off and pulled his head out of the sink. He grabbed a towel from the rack and began to dry his hair. He looked in the mirror but what he saw made him turn so fast he felt his head rush, he turn to see no one standing behind him.

He was so sure he had seen…it wasn't possible for his father to be there was it? Maybe it was just a shock from earlier or maybe it had to do with what he wanted to give Argent. He returned to his room and found it on his dresser. A small blue box, it was the only thing besides his guitar he took from home. When he went up to the mountain he had hide it in the guitar so his father wouldn't noticed. The one thing his left of his mother.

As he walked toward the living room. He overheard the others talking and when he heard the word Slade. He froze was there a chance his father was behind this? If so, why?

He took a few deep breaths, once he had calmed down he finally entered. All eyes turned to him as he entered including those on screen. He waved to the Titans West.
"^How are you all?^" Jericho asked.

"We're fine what about you? Are you going to be alright?" Robin asked.
"^I'll be fine, my back's just a little sore from where Mammoth was holding me down.^" Jericho could see Argent out of the corner of his eye, she did not look conviced.

"Umm Jericho, we might know who's after you we just can't figure out why?"

"^Who?^" Jericho asked playing dumb.

"Slade." As the word was spoke an alarm echoed in both towers. Jericho jumped at the sound of the alarm.

"Looks like we'll have to discuss this later." Robin yelled over the alarms. Kid nodded as the screen went black. As the others rushed out Jericho grabbed Argent's arm asking her to wait. She looked at him as he pulled a small blue box and place it in her hand. She opened it and inside lay a small silver locket.

"Jericho, it's beautiful."

"^It was my mother's, she told me to give it to someone important to me." He signed as his face went red. Argent felt her own face redden. She took it out of the box and placed it on her chocker.

"Thank you I'll never take it off. Now let's go kick some butt." She followed the others out of the room. Jericho waited a moment. He was scared of what they might.

I know i took forever to update but i've had a lot going on. I graduated, got dumped, stayed with my mom in the big city for 5 months, moved to a small city got a new job, got a new boyfriend, got dumped again, got into college. So yea i really will be updating this more i promise, i'm finally getting past the bump that i was stuck on in this story.
