It had taken the girls a lot more planning than Brogan would've liked, but it was finally happening. Closing her car boot, she and Kirsty got into the car and buckled up. Brogan started the engine, and she drove down the street.
"Manchester, here we come!" Kirsty grinned.
Brogan grinned back at her, and then she sighed slightly,
"Ah'm so excited!" She admitted.
"Me too."
"Excited to see Tom?" Brogan teased.
Kirsty let out a laugh,
"Excited to see Adam?" She teased back.
Brogan blushed slightly,
"Shut up." She mumbled.
Stopping at a traffic light, Brogan picked up her phone, and she unlocked it, smiling to herself.
Adam: Excited to see you girls soon. :) xx
Brogan: On our way! Excited to see you boys. :} xo
The girls arrived in Manchester almost two hours later. Parking up in the hotel car park, Brogan turned off the engine, and the two girls unbuckled their seatbelts, and climbed out of the car. Opening the boot, they got out their suitcases, and then Brogan locked her car doors. They walked inside and over to the receptionist.
"Hi, we'd like to check in, please."
The woman looked up, and she smiled,
"Are you checking in together, or?"
Brogan shook her head,
"Separately."
The receptionist nodded, and started to check them both in.
After they finished, they went up to their rooms, which were, thankfully, beside each other, and they started to unpack their things.
Adam: So you've arrived and yet you're
not here with us yet? :( xx
Brogan: Sorry! We've just checked in,
so we're just unpacking! xo
Adam: Can't you unpack later? We
miss you! :( xx
Brogan: Awe, okay! I'll call Kirsty, and
we'll come down and meet you somewhere? xo
Adam: That's my girl! :) xx
Brogan: Yeah, yeah. Where shall we meet you? xo
Adam: We'll come get you. :) xx
Sighing slightly as she stood up, Brogan called Kirsty.
"Hi!" Kirsty answered cheerfully.
"Hey, Adam says he and Tom are on their way here. We have to pack later he said." Brogan rolled her eyes.
Kirsty laughed,
"Okay, let's go downstairs then."
"Okay, bye."
Hanging up, Brogan picked up her bag, and she walked out of her hotel room, stuffing her key card into her bag. Kirsty walked out of the room next door, and they made their way over to the lift.
"I'm kind of nervous." Kirsty admitted, as they stepped into the lift.
Pressing the ground floor, the lift doors closed, and Brogan looked at her,
"Why?"
She shrugged,
"Dunno." Kirsty let out a laugh.
"It'll be fine." Brogan smiled. "I promise."
The lift doors opened, and she and Kirsty walked out of the lift, and towards the entrance. Brogan saw the doors of the entrance open, and she watched Adam and Tom walk in. Adam saw Brogan instantly, and he grinned.
Brogan grabbed Kirsty's hand, rushing over to the boys, and then she threw her arms around Adam's neck,
"Hi!" She squealed.
Adam chuckled, hugging her back,
"Hi."
Kirsty and Tom shared a hug, and then Brogan reluctantly pulled out of the hug.
"How're you girls doing then?" Tom asked.
"We're good." Kirsty smiled at him, and Brogan nodded in agreement.
Adam took hold of Brogan's hand, and she tried her best not to blush. But from the smile on Adam's face, she knew she had failed.
"Come on then." He cooed, before leading her outside, Tom and Kirsty following behind.
As they walked outside, Brogan instantly shivered, causing Adam to let go of her hand, wrapping his arm around her, pulling Brogan into him. The four of them crossed the street, and Brogan's phone started to ring. She groaned, picking up her phone,
"Hello?"
"Hi, darl it's me."
"Hi, mum." She replied.
"Have you got there?"
"Yeah, we've checked in and everything."
"Hi, Brogan's mum!" Adam hollered towards the phone.
Brogan laughed, shaking her head.
"Was that Adam?" Her mum asked, and Brogan could hear the smile in her voice.
She flushed,
"Yeah, him and Tom have come to meet us."
"Awe, that's nice." Her mum replied.
Brogan rolled her eyes playfully,
"Yeah, yeah. I've gotta go. Love you."
"Love you, too."
The two hung up, and Brogan stuffed her phone back into her coat pocket.
"So where are we going?" Kirsty asked, walking behind Brogan and Adam.
Tom grinned,
"We're off out."
Brogan raised her eyebrows,
"Out where?"
"Don't be so nervous." Adam murmured in her ear.
Shivering by the closeness of his face, Brogan then smiled shyly up at him.
The boys led the girls to a restaurant, a few streets away from the hotel. Brogan and Kirsty shared a look, and then Brogan scoffed,
"Y' could've let us change into something more..."
"Fancier." Kirsty finished her sentence.
Adam rolled his eyes,
"You both look fine, so come on."
Brogan rolled her eyes this time, and the girls followed the boys inside. Adam spoke to the waitress, and then he took hold of Brogan's hand, leading her over to the table of four. Brogan and Kirsty sat beside each other, and Adam and Tom sat opposite them. Brogan smiled, shrugging off her coat, and she tucked her hair behind her ears,
"This place is nice."
Adam smiled and winked at her, making Brogan look down at her menu, trying to hide her blush.
"Oh, god. I don't know what to have." Kirsty let out a laugh.
Brogan nodded in agreement,
"God, I know! I'm the pickiest person ever, too!" She complained.
Adam smiled to himself, shaking his head.
"Are we gettin' a starter?" Tom asked, looking up at everyone.
"Uh..." Kirsty said, looking down at the menu, making Brogan smile.
"I wa' thinkin' about gettin' soup." Brogan shrugged slightly.
"Yeah, me too." Adam chimed in.
"But if it's thick, I'm screwed." Brogan pouted at her menu.
Adam was watching her, and he couldn't help but smile to himself,
"Well, why don't we share?" He offered.
Brogan looked up at him, raising her eyebrows at him,
"Wha'?"
"We'll share. Then you won't be too full." He paused and scratched his cheek. "We both know you're only a small eater."
"Was that a small joke?" Brogan asked, raising her eyebrows at him again.
"What?" He laughed.
"Adam, you two are perfect for each other. You're small, too."
Brogan and Adam both rolled their eyes playfully, and then he cleared his throat,
"Well?" Adam asked.
She shrugged slightly,
"Okay, sounds good." She smiled at him.
After ordering their food and drinks, Brogan got out her phone, feeling in vibrate,
"Adam Long, would you stop tagging me in your tweets?" She teased, showing Kirsty his recent tweet.
Adam winked at her, a smirk on his face,
"Have ya noticed that Kirsty is a lot more active on her twitter, now that she and Tom are," he winked at Kirsty, "y'know?"
Kirsty turned bright red, looking down at her hands, and Brogan gasped laughing,
"Adam!"
He grinned,
"Jus' sayin'." He shrugged.
The waiter came over with the drinks, and Brogan took a sip. Tom and Kirsty were distracted by their own conversations, going on about recent films that they've both seen, and what they thought of it. Brogan and Adam were staring at one another, a smile slowly creeping up onto Brogan's face.
"I missed you." Adam said quietly, but softly.
Brogan smiled, blushing, and she nodded,
"I missed you, too."
"Not found anythin' 'ere yet then?" Adam raised his eyebrows at me.
She pouted, shaking her head,
"No."
Adam pouted, too,
"That sucks."
Brogan nodded in agreement, and sighed deeply,
"I know."
"But, hey! This weekend is gonna be awesome."
She smiled,
"Oh, is it now?" She teased.
"Course! You're gonna be wi' me, aren't y'?" He teased.
Brogan rolled her eyes playfully, smiling, and then looked up at the waiter.
"Soup?"
Both Adam and Brogan pointed at one another, and then they laughed.
"It's hers." Adam told the waiter.
Brogan smiled sheepishly in the waiter's direction, as he set it down, a confused look on his face. He then set down Kirsty and Tom's starter, and walked away. Brogan picked up the spoon, and she blew the soup on the spoon, before swallowing the soup,
"Mmm!"
Adam smiled,
"Nice?"
She nodded, putting some more soup onto the spoon, and she held it out to Adam. Leaning over the table, Adam swallowed the soup on the spoon, and then he smiled in agreement.
After the four ate, they then started arguing over who would be paying the bill. Unfortunately for the girls, the boys won, and paid. Trying not to sulk, Brogan shrugged on her coat, and stood up with Kirsty. Adam wrapped his arms around her waist, and he pulled her into him,
"Don't." He murmured.
She looked up at him.
"No sulkin'." He whispered, before kissing her forehead softly.
Brogan smiled small, and she took hold of his hand, the four of them walking away from the table.
"Thank you." Brogan said politely to one of the waiters, and then they walked outside.
"So, shall we head back to the hotel?" Tom asked.
Kirsty and Brogan looked at each other, and they nodded, and then the four started to walk back towards the hotel.
Adam let go of her hand, wrapping his arm around Brogan's shoulders, pulling her into him,
"Ready for an awesome night?" He whispered in her ear.
Brogan grinned up at him and nodded,
"Definitely." She said quietly.
"So when do I get to see this new dress that you've been tellin' me about?"
Brogan giggled,
"Tonight, obviously!"
"Is it still alright that we stay over tonight?" He asked.
Brogan blushed slightly, and she nodded,
"Course."
Adam smiled, and he kissed the top of her head softly, bringing her in closer to him, as they walked down the street.
After they arrived at the hotel, Kirsty and Tom walked into her hotel room, and Adam and Brogan walked into theirs. They took off their coats, and Brogan sighed deeply, lying back on the bed. Adam lied down beside her, turning his head to look at her.
"What time are we off out?" Brogan asked, looking at him.
He shrugged slightly,
"'Bout 8."
Brogan glanced at the clock in front of them: 6:45.
"Hmmm... I'll start gettin' ready in fifteen, then." She informed him.
"So for now..." He trailed off. Adam wrapped his arms around Brogan, pulling her closer to him.
Brogan smiled, placing her hands on his shoulders,
"Hi." She said quietly.
"Hi." He murmured.
Adam pecked her lips softly, and then the two looked at each other, a smile on their faces. Adam leaned forward, and he kissed her lips softly, but slowly. Closing her eyes instantly, Brogan kissed him back.
It was around 7:05, and Brogan had just gotten out of the shower. Drying her body with a towel, Brogan then grabbed her clothes, and she quickly changed into her clothes. She was wearing a navy blue, polka dot, tea dress, with her black tights, and her black shoes, with a bow at the front. Taking a deep breath, Brogan brushed her hair, and then she started applying her makeup.
"B?" Adam knocked on the door. "B, can ah come in?"
"Yeah, come in!"
Adam walked inside, and he stopped, looking at Brogan. She smiled at him through the mirror, as she applied her foundation. Adam walked behind Brogan, wrapping his arms around her waist from behind, and he kissed her shoulder softly,
"You look gorgeous." He said quietly in her ear.
Brogan blushed deeply, and she smiled at him,
"Thanks."
He kissed her cheek softly, and then he rested his chin on her right shoulder, watching her as she did her makeup.
Brogan giggled,
"You're putting me off!" She laughed.
Adam grinned,
"Oops?"
Brogan rolled her eyes playfully,
"I'm going to do my makeup in the room. You get a shower." She told him.
"Yes, ma'am." She saluted her, taking his chin away from her shoulder.
It was 7:45, and they were both ready. Kirsty and Tom came into Brogan's room, and they were all sitting round.
"Guys, can we take pictures?" Brogan asked.
Kirsty grinned, and stood up, and the boys groaned playfully, standing up too.
"I want one with Kirst!" Brogan beamed.
Handing Adam her phone, and he slid open her camera, holding it up to the girls. They stood beside each other, and posed, smiling at the camera, as Adam took the picture. Brogan then took a picture of Kirsty and Tom.
"Aweeee!" She grinned.
Adam leaned his chin on Brogan's shoulder, looking at the picture,
"Cute couple." Adam commented.
Kirsty laughed nervously, and Brogan winked at her, as Tom threw his arm around her shoulders.
"Not as cute as us." Adam murmured in Brogan's ear, causing her to blush, and nudge him away gently.
Kirsty took Brogan's phone from her,
"Now you two!"
Adam grinned, and he wrapped his arm around Brogan's waist, Brogan doing the same.
"De ja vu." He murmured, causing Brogan to grin.
Kirsty took the picture, and then she looked at it,
"Oh my god! You two look so cute!"
She showed us the picture, and Brogan's heart skipped a beat at the sight, as she looked at the picture.
"Shall we go then?" Tom asked, with a smile.
"Wait, wait, wait!" Brogan spoke up. "Ah want a picture of the boys together."
Adam and Tom rolled their eyes playfully, standing beside each other, and Brogan grinned, holding her phone up, taking a picture. She then went onto Instagram, and she added an effect to the picture of Tom and Adam, before she wrote the caption:
blnx3: Don't the boys look handsome?
Tagging the boys into the picture, Brogan picked up her coat,
"C'mon then!"
Adam chuckled softly, holding her hand, and the four walked out of the hotel room.
They arrived at a nightclub, and Brogan and Kirsty sat down, while the boys bought the drinks.
"Oh my god, I really like Tom." Kirsty admitted.
Brogan beamed,
"You two are so cute! Seriously!"
Kirsty smiled shyly at her,
"Yeah, we're getting a lot closer."
Brogan side hugged Kirsty, and then the two let out a laugh. Brogan then unlocked her phone, getting the picture of she and Adam that Kirsty took up on Instagram, she then added a filter, and then wrote a comment:
blnx3: Glad to see you again, adamslongapple. xo
Locking her phone, the boys then came over, placing the drinks down. Thanking them, they sat down, and Adam wrapped his arm around Brogan's waist, taking a drink of his pint.
"Heard you're a Malibu and Coke fan now?" Adam said in her ear.
She smiled and nodded fast,
"Hell yeah! That is good stuff!"
They both laughed, and Brogan picked up her drink, taking a sip. Adam pulled her in closer,
"I really missed ya."
She smiled at him,
"I really missed you, too."
Adam kissed her cheek softly, and then he nodded in Kirsty and Tom's direction, who were both so caught up in the conversation, that their faces were inches apart.
Adam laughed,
"C'mon."
Putting his drink down, Adam stood up, and he held her hand. Quickly putting her drink down beside his, Brogan stood up, and followed him over to the dance floor.
"I told y', ah can't dance!" She said in his ear.
Adam grinned, wrapping his arms around her waist, pulling her into him,
"You'll be fine." He assured her.
They danced to the music, laughing and talking as they did. Twirling Brogan around for the final time, Adam brought her back, so they were flush against each other. The song ended, and the two smiled at each other. Adam leaned down, kissing Brogan's lips deeply once, before the two walked off the dance floor, and sat back down. Brogan took note that Tom and Kirsty were now holding hands, but decided not to say anything. So far, today had been a good day. And Brogan was looking forward to more.
