"To a good weekend!" Tom toasted.
"To a good weekend!" Everyone else toasted, before clinking the shot glasses together, and downing the Sambuka shot in one go. The girls pulled a face, and Brogan shuddered slightly.
"Fuck!" She shouted.
Adam chuckled softly, and he kissed her cheek softly,
"Y've got another one, don't forget!" He reminded her.
Brogan sighed dramatically, and she and Kirsty picked up the other shot glass. Both Adam and Tom got out their phones, and they opened their cameras; Adam filming Brogan, and Tom filming Kirsty.
"Y' ready?" Adam asked over the loud music.
Brogan looked at him, seeing the flash against her face. She rolled her eyes playfully, smiling at him, and then she clinked her shot glass with Kirsty,
"To a good weekend!" They both toasted, and then they downed the shot.
"Ugh!" Brogan laughed, after she swallowed it.
"How wa' that?" Adam asked.
"Oh, just…" She shook her head. "Lovely." The two shared a laugh, and then Adam stopped recording, and then he leaned over and kissed her lips softly once.
The boys put their videos onto Instagram.
adamslongapple: Look at blnx3
being all hardcore… ;)
Brogan rolled her eyes playfully, smiling at Adam's comment, and then she wrapped her arms around his neck, kissing his cheek softly. Adam looked up at her, and he smiled at her. As the two stared into each other's eyes, Brogan saw a flash from the corner of her eye, causing the two of them to look in the direction. Kirsty held her phone in her hand, and she grinned at the two,
"Oops?"
Brogan shook her head and laughed, and Adam chuckled, before turning back to Brogan. She looked back at him, and he kissed her lips softly once.
I need your love,
I need your time.
When everything's wrong,
You make it right.
Kirsty gasped, standing up, and she grabbed Brogan's hand,
"Come on!"
Brogan laughed, shooting an apologetic look to Adam, as she stood up, and rushed to the dance floor with Kirsty. The two started to dance to the song. Both of the girls were dancing like idiots, and laughing at each other. But with the buzz of the shots, and what they had been drinking so far, they didn't really care. Adam got his phone out, filming the two girls dancing; a wide smile on his face. Watching Brogan laughing and having fun with Kirsty, always made him feel happy.
"I take a deep breath, every time I pass your door.
I know you're there, but I can't see you anymore.
And that's the reason,
You're in the dark.
You've been a stranger,
Ever since we fell apart." Both of the girls sang together, smiles on their faces.
Brogan hugged Kirsty, as the two laughed,
"Oh my god, this is the best night ever!"
Kirsty nodded in agreement, and then she took hold of Brogan's hand, the two of them walking back to the boys. Sitting down again, Brogan sighed deeply with relief, and she picked up her drink, taking a long sip. Adam chuckled watching her, and he brushed some of her hair away from her face. Brogan smiled at him, leaning her head against his shoulder.
"You okay?" He asked her.
Brogan nodded, smiling to herself,
"I'm fine!" She assured him.
Getting his phone out of his pocket, he held it out in front of the two of them. Brogan smiled into the camera, as did Adam, as he took the picture. She giggled, watching Adam look at the picture. He showed it to her,
"Awe." She grinned.
"My beautiful Brogan." He murmured, making Brogan blush deeply.
He grinned, seeing her blush, and then Adam brought her closer to him. Glancing to her right, Brogan grinned wide, seeing Kirsty and Tom kissing. Instantly, Adam covered her eyes, making Brogan squeal and push his hands away, before looking up at him,
"You cheeky bastard!"
Adam laughed, wrapping his arms around her waist, pulling a face at her. There was a light tap on his shoulder. Looking up, he saw two girls standing there.
"Hi." One of the girls said nervously.
Moving their hands away, Brogan and Adam both smiled at the girls.
"Hiya." Adam replied politely.
"We're big fans."
"Awe, thank you." Adam smiled, standing up.
"Please can we have a picture with you?"
"Of course!" Adam smiled bigger.
Brogan stood up also,
"D'you want me to take it for you?" She offered.
The girls smiled at her, handing her their phones, and Brogan opened their cameras. Adam placed his hands on their higher backs, smiling for the picture. Brogan took the first picture, and then she quickly switched phones, taking another one. After taking them, she handed the girls their phones, and they thanked her.
"Thanks so much!" The girls gushed.
Adam smiled at them,
"No problem, have a good night."
He then placed his hand on Brogan's lower back, guiding her back to their booth, and the two of them sat down. Picking up their drinks, they both took a sip, and then Brogan grinned,
"It's so weird! I'm seeing a celebrity!"
Adam laughed, kissing her lips softly once,
"You are so cute." He commented.
Brogan smiled, blushing deeply, and then she scrunched her nose up at him, pulling a face.
It was around 2:30 when Brogan and Adam stumbled into their hotel room. Brogan was giggling like an idiot, as Adam laughed, telling her to be quieter. Taking hold of her hand, Adam twirled Brogan around, making Brogan laugh hard,
"Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
Adam laughed, pulling her into him, and he kissed her lips deeply once,
"I love it when you're drunk!" He told her. "So, so cute!" Adam kissed her lips again, cupping her cheeks gently, and Brogan wrapped her arms around his waist, kissing him back deeply. Adam walked her backwards towards their bed, and then he gently laid her back. Taking hold of Brogan's hands, Adam lifted them above her head, as they kissed, and he entwined their fingers together, making Brogan smile into the kiss. Slowly pulling away, Adam rested his forehead against hers gently, and they both laid there, their eyes closed, trying to regain their breath. Adam kissed the tip of Brogan's nose gently, causing Brogan to scrunch her nose slightly, and then she slowly opened her eyes, seeing that Adam was doing the same. They shared a smile, before Adam let go of Brogan's hands, and then he stroked Brogan's right cheek gently with his knuckles. Brogan smiled at him, letting out a deep sigh of contentment.
The next day, Brogan woke up, and she could instantly feel the headache. Groaning quietly, she sighed deeply, and moved slightly, before she realised that there was an arm around her. Looking to her left, she smiled, seeing Adam asleep beside her. Rolling onto her side to face him, Brogan snuggled up against his chest, and she closed her eyes, falling asleep once again.
She felt someone shaking her gently. Furrowing her eyebrows together, Brogan shook her head,
"No." She mumbled.
She then heard a soft chuckle,
"Come on, B. Rise an' shine." Adam whispered in her ear.
Smiling to her, Brogan slowly opened her eyes, and she smiled up at him.
"Mornin' beautiful." He murmured.
Brogan blushed, and she rubbed her eyes,
"Mornin'."
Wrapping her arms around his bare waist, she pulled him down, and Adam chuckled softly, leaning over her,
"An' how can ah help you?" He asked, raising his eyebrows at her.
Brogan smiled sheepishly at him,
"Ah jus' like y' this close." She admitted.
Adam smiled instantly at her reply, and he leaned down, brushing his lips over hers, and then he kissed her lips softly once.
It was 10 a.m., and the boys had managed to get the girls out of bed and dressed. Hand in hand, Brogan and Adam walked along side Kirsty and Tom, heading towards the café down the road. Brogan was leaning against Adam's arm as they walked, still feeling under the weather. Walking inside the café, Brogan found a table, and the four sat down, shrugging out of their coats. Brogan rubbed her hands over her face, and she sighed deeply,
"Ugh. I feel like crap." She mumbled.
Adam wrapped his arm around her shoulders,
"It wa' worth it though, an' y' know it."
Brogan smiled at him, and then she looked at Kirsty.
Kirsty's head was in her arms on the table, and Tom was watching her, stroking her hair as he did. Brogan smiled to herself, and then she rested her fist under her chin, turning her head to look at Adam, to see he was watching her with a smile on his face.
"We wa' plannin' on splittin' up today."
Brogan raised her eyebrows at him.
Adam nodded,
"Yeah. Then you an' I can spend some quality time together."
She smiled at him, and she nodded,
"Sounds good." Adam smiled back at her. "So what're you an' me doing?"
"Now, now. That's a surprise."
Brogan rolled her eyes playfully at him, and then the two laughed.
After they ate, Brogan and Kirsty finished drinking their teas, and then they all stood up and made their way back outside. Kirsty and Brogan said goodbye to one another, before Adam dragged her away.
"You're mine for the day." He told her.
Brogan laughed, shaking her head, and then she sighed with contentment, looking ahead as they walked. Brogan hadn't seen much of Manchester before, so she was excited to see what there was. Adam held her hand, entwining their hands together.
"So." Adam started.
Brogan looked up at him, and smiled,
"So."
Adam smiled down at her, running his tongue along his bottom lip,
"Ah'm takin' y' on the Manchester Eye."
Brogan gasped,
"Are you serious?"
Adam grinned, nodding,
"Yep! You excited?"
Brogan nodded enthusiastically,
"Uh huh!"
When they arrived at the Manchester Eye, and Adam let Brogan pay for the tickets. As they stepped into one of the glass rooms, the doors shut, and Brogan rushed over to one of the windows. She gasped,
"God, it's so breathtaking." Her voice was in awe.
Adam walked over, and he smiled watching her, wrapping his arms around her waist,
"I know." He murmured.
Brogan smiled up at him, hugging his arms, and they both looked outside. Brogan got out her phone, and she started taking pictures of the view. Adam smiled watching the view from her phone, and then he kissed the side of her head softly.
"You've got a thing for views, eh?"
Brogan smiled and she nodded,
"I love views." She admitted.
Adam pressed a button on her phone to switch the camera, and then he rested his chin on her shoulder. Brogan blushed slightly, and she smiled, holding her phone out in front of them, and they both smiled to the camera. Brogan took the picture, and then she previewed it, making the two of them smile. Brogan unlocked her phone, and she clicked on her Instagram. Adding an effect to one of the pictures of the view outside, she then wrote a comment.
blnx3: The view is just gorgeous.
Adam took a picture of Brogan looking down at her phone, and then he quickly switched to Instagram, adding an effect, and then he wrote a comment.
adamslongapple: On Manc. Eye with
blnx3. "Breathtaking view." – B's words.
Brogan smiled, seeing a notification that she'd been tagged in Adam's comment. Instantly liking the picture, Brogan then commented.
blnx3: adamslongapple quoting me I see? ;) xo
adamslongapple: blnx3 you're just so
full of wisdom. Think it's jealousy. xx
Brogan giggled, and then she turned on her video, and she aimed it at Adam, stepping away from him slightly, so he wasn't too close-up.
"Hi!" She grinned.
Adam looked at her phone, and he grinned, before laughing,
"Hello!"
"You havin' fun?" She asked.
He nodded,
"Yep! The view is immense."
"Immense, eh?"
Adam winked at her,
"Oh yeah."
Brogan laughed, and then she turned her phone to the view outside.
"It's so breathtakingly pretty." Brogan commented.
"It sure is." Adam replied.
A few seconds later, Brogan stopped recording, and Adam got out his phone.
"My turn." He announced.
Groaning playfully, Adam took a few pictures of the view outside, and then he took a few of the two together. Setting one of them as his wallpaper, they noticed that there was a camera ahead. Wrapping his arm around Brogan's waist, Adam brought her in closer, and the two smiled for the camera.
"Definitely buyin' us one each when we get off." Adam murmured.
By the time they got off the Eye, there was already another crowd waiting for a ride. Taking Brogan's hand, he led them over to where they could collect their photos. Adam bought both a picture and a key ring for the two of them, and then he walked away from the crowd.
"What's next on the agenda?" Brogan asked.
"You really hurt surprises, don't you?"
She shrugged slightly, smiling at him, making Adam chuckle softly.
Leading her to the town square, they walked past loads of shops, and then they walked into a Starbucks.
"Do I get to pay this time?" Brogan asked.
Sighing dramatically, Adam scratched his cheek,
"Go on then."
Brogan grinned at him, and then she wrapped her arms around his neck,
"Thank you!"
He chuckled, kissing her forehead softly, and then they both walked over to the counter.
"Hi, what can I get you today?"
"Um, please can I have a medium chocolate cream frappuccino, please?"
"Okay." The woman said, as she put it down on her till. "Anything else?"
Brogan looked up at Adam.
"Uh, can I 'ave a..." He looked over at the menu boards. "A... Medium caramel cream frappuccino, please?"
The woman nodded, and then she picked up two cups,
"What're your names?"
"Louise." Brogan replied.
Adam looked at her, his eyebrows furrowing together in confusion,
"Adam." He told her.
After paying for the drinks, they walked over to the other counter, to wait.
"I said Louise because it's easier for them to understand and spell." Brogan explained.
Adam nodded,
"Ahhhhh, makes sense." He smiled.
When their drinks came, they then walked out and walked back through the square.
"So, Mr. Long. Where are you taking me?"
"Well, Miss. Nugent. We're going to..." He paused for dramatic effect, making Brogan giggle. "A shopping centre!" He laughed.
Brogan shook her head, laughing,
"That's the big surprise?" She teased.
"Well, you said you wanted to look around the shopping centre, so." He shrugged slightly.
Brogan smiled, as they crossed over the street, and then they walked into the shopping centre.
"You're not one of those that stand there and complain are you?" Brogan asked, raising her eyebrows at him.
Adam raised his eyebrows back,
"Of course not!"
"Shame." Brogan frowned. "Because I am."
Adam grinned, holding her hand, and they walked into a random shop.
It was now the evening, and the two couples had decided to go out again. Promising to one another that they'd be good, and no drinking shots, they all got ready for their night out. Brogan ran a hand through her hair, and she sighed slightly, cocking her head to the side.
"Y' okay?" Adam asked, walking into the bathroom.
"Hmmm." Brogan replied, still staring at her appearance in the mirror.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
She sighed,
"Jus' don't like me outfit." She admitted.
Adam smiled,
"Well, I do. If that helps?"
Brogan smiled a little, and she looked over her shoulder at him, nodding,
"A little."
Adam kissed her cheek softly,
"Relax, Brogan. You're getting stressed for no reason."
"No reason?" Brogan frowned.
Adam pecked her lips softly,
"Ah din't mean it like that."
She sighed,
"No, I know. Ah'm jus'... Ah'm not the best person t' be around, when ah'm hungover."
He brushed her hair away from her face, and he sighed slightly,
"Me an' you are gonna 'ave a good time. We'll stay out for a bit, an' then we'll go 'ome, and relax. Sound good?"
"Is that okay?" Brogan asked.
Adam smiled,
"Course it is."
After finishing getting ready, Brogan and Adam met up with Kirsty and Tom, and then they made their way out of the hotel, and down the street.
"Where to this time?" Brogan asked.
Tom shrugged,
"Jus' another random nightclub."
"Ah'm excited!" Kirsty beamed.
Brogan rolled her eyes playfully,
"Mmm. Bet you are." She mumbled.
Adam, Kirsty and Tom laughed, and then Brogan linked her arm through Adam's, as they walked down the street.
"I saw you two posting all your pictures today!" Kirsty said.
Adam grinned,
"We looked adorable, din't we?" He teased.
Tom laughed,
"Big 'eaded much, pal?"
"Piss off." Adam laughed.
"What did you two get up to?" Brogan asked.
"We just went shopping and stuff." Kirsty let out a laugh.
Brogan raised her eyebrows slightly, nodding, and then they walked inside the nightclub.
Shrugging out of her coat, Brogan then skipped over to the bar, and Adam laughed, following her.
"For someone who couldn't be bothered to go out, y' sure seem eager." He teased.
Brogan smiled at him,
"Ah'm makin' an effort."
Adam smiled back at her, shaking his head, as he stared at her.
