Brogan and Adam had decided to meet up in York. Brogan's mum was worried about her driving there on her own, but she trusted that she'd be okay. As Brogan got in her car that Friday evening after work, her heart began to race. It felt like it had been ages since she'd seen Adam. And she was so excited to spend the weekend with him. When she arrived at the hotel that they were staying at, she picked up her phone from the cup holder, and she called his phone.
"Hey, you."
Brogan smiled,
"Hi, I'm here."
"I know. I can see you."
She laughed,
"Adam, that sounds so creepy."
Adam laughed back,
"I know. Yikes. No, I'm standing in the doorway."
Looking over at the hotel entrance, Brogan smiled,
"I see you!" Hanging up, Brogan unfastened her seatbelt, and she rushed out of her car. Adam made his way over to her, and Brogan wrapped her arms around his neck,
"I missed you so much!"
"I missed you, too, B. So much." He murmured in her ear.
Pulling out of the embrace, Brogan smiled at Adam, and she leaned in, kissing his lips softly. Adam kissed her back, pulling her in closer to him. Her heart raced, as the two slowly pulled out of the kiss.
"Let's get your stuff and put it in our room."
Brogan nodded, smiling,
"Okay."

After arriving in their hotel room, Brogan placed her bag on their bed, and Adam wrapped his arms around her waist, pulling her into him,
"It feels like forever since I've seen you."
Brogan nodded, pouting slightly,
"I know! Did you know that people online have been asking when I'd next see you?"
Adam laughed,
"Really?"
Brogan laughed as well,
"Uh huh! They're gonna be thrilled to know we've finally reunited!"
He grinned at her,
"Not as thrilled as me." Adam pecked her lips softly.
Brogan hid her face in his neck, kissing it softly,
"Mwah."
"Mwah." Adam repeated.
"I love York." Brogan smiled. "I always tell my mum that I'm gonna save up for years and buy a gorgeous house here."
Adam smiled,
"Yeah, York is beautiful."
Brogan nodded, and then she hugged his waist,
"What's this big plan of yours, then?"
"Well… I was thinking that tomorrow we could just walk around? Have a picnic?"
She smiled,
"Sounds like a perfect plan."
Adam smiled at her,
"Glad you agree,"
He got his phone out of his jeans pocket, and he held it up in front of them. Brogan looked up at his phone, and the two smiled for the camera. Adam then clicked on his Instagram app, and he added an effect onto the picture.

Brogan looked up at Adam, to see that he was still looking through his phone.
"You should really check out my Instagram picture." He told her.
Curious, Brogan quickly clicked back on her Instagram app.

Brogan blushed and she smiled to herself. She still wasn't used to people commenting about their relationship. It was still pretty new to the two of them. Adam tucked a strand of Brogan's fringe behind her ear, and then he wrapped his arm around her shoulders, as they lay there on the bed, looking down at Adam's phone. He clicked on his Twitter app, and pressed on the notifications tab.

Giggling to her, Brogan minimised her Twitter app, and she clicked on her Tumblr app. She saw that her my mad fat diary tumblr blog had a few new messages. She clicked on the messages, and smiled instantly, as she read the asks.

Adam read the message and he chuckled, before taking the phone from Brogan.

HAHAHA! Adam basically said what
I was thinking, so… :} xo

"They're gonna freak with that reply." Brogan laughed.
Adam grinned, and he pulled her in closer to him,
"Oh well."
Kissing the top of her head softly, Adam then picked up the phone,
"What do you want then?"
Brogan shrugged,
"Dunno."
"So helpful." Adam quipped sarcastically.
Brogan laughed, nudging him lightly.

The next day, the both of them woke up early and got dressed; eager to explore York. They both decided that they wanted to eat somewhere in the town centre, giving them a chance to explore for longer. Walking out of the hotel, their hands brushed, causing Adam to take hold of Brogan's hand, entwining their fingers together. Trying not to look so affected by the gesture, Brogan tucked her hair behind her ear with her free hand,
"So, which way do you wanna go?"
"How about right?" Adam suggested.
Brogan smiled and nodded,
"Okay."
As they started walking down the street, Brogan took in the surroundings around them. She has always loved York. Especially the scenery.
"God, it's so beautiful here."
Adam smiled and he nodded,
"Yeah it is."

Arriving at a park, Brogan and Adam found a spot under a tree and they laid the picnic blanket on the grass and sat down; the picnic basket on the blanket too. Brogan got out her phone, and she opened her camera app, holding it up to Adam,
"Smile." She told him.
Adam smiled at her phone, and Brogan took a picture. She smiled to herself,
"Love it."
Adam grinned, and he held up his phone to her,
"Now your turn."
Brogan giggled, and then she smiled for his camera. After he took a picture, Brogan unlocked her phone and she put the picture of Adam on her Instagram, adding an effect, and she added a caption:

Seeing his comment, Brogan smiled to herself, and she leaned over to Adam, and she pecked his lips softly. Adam smiled at her gesture, and he motioned for her to come closer to her. Crawling over to Adam, Brogan sat beside him, keeping her legs stretched out in front of her. Adam smiled at her, and then he looked down at her outfit, tugging on the bottom of her floral skirt,
"I like this." He told her, and he looked back up at Brogan. "Suits you." He smiled.
Brogan blushed and she smiled back,
"Thank you."
Adam leaned forward, kissing her lips softly once. Brogan could feel her heart racing, as he pulled away, and she covered it with a smile.
"I like how everything feels so natural with you." Adam admitted, looking down at Brogan.
She smiled to herself, and she nodded,
"Yeah. Me too." She looked up at him.
Adam snapped a picture of them, and then he winked at her. Brogan gasped at him, and she laughed,
"Let's see what you've got in here then." She said, sitting up properly, and she opened the basket.
"Oh my god, you've got watermelon!" She said, picking out the packet from inside.
Adam laughed,
"Yeah, I like watermelon!"
"Me too!"
He grinned at her reaction, and as Brogan opened the packet, he got out two forks. They then both started to eat the watermelon.
"How was Poland?" Brogan asked.
He nodded, swallowing the watermelon in his mouth,
"It was good. Hot, but good."
Brogan smiled,
"I'm excited to see your new project."
"I'm excited for you to see it. Can't wait for your thoughts."
She smiled bigger at him,
"I knew you loved my analysis."
Adam chuckled,
"Course I do!"
"I'm your biggest fan. And don't you forget it." Brogan narrowed her eyes at him.
He grinned and he nodded,
"Don't you worry, B. I won't."
Brogan smiled at him,
"Good."
