A/N: I have nothing to say so, here's what I always say. I DON'T OWN ANYTHING. Sorry for spelling or grammar mistakes. By the way, I might pair the wrong teacher with the wrong subject, and other stuff, it's hard to keep track.
Ally's POV
It was last hour, and right when I entered the room, Mrs. Shaley gave me a death glare. I gladly returned the favor for about five seconds. Then, I smiled innocently and flipped the finger from under my desk. She jerked back in shock and offense while I just smirked and dropped the finger back to normal.
Mrs. Shaley continued on with her lesson, glaring at me every chance she got and calling on me when the questions were too hard for everyone else to answer; I got them all right in the blink of an eye, aggravating Mrs. Shaley more and more each time. I was enjoying every second of it, laughing quietly the whole time.
Austin was at my locker right when the bell rang. I groaned loudly and rolled my eyes.
" Aw, Come on! " I sighed. He laughed a little before stopping, but keeping that perfect smile on. I smiled a little.
" YES! I got you to smile that beautiful smile of yours!" He cheered. I tried not to blush but when I felt like I couldn't hold it back anymore, I turned away. " C'mon, where's that cute little blush I've been waiting for?"
" Just drop it, Austin. " I said, laughing a little but tried to cover it up. I turned back around to face him.
" But I can't. I can't stop trying. You are my everything. I can't live without you knowing how much it hurts me to have you ignore and hate me like this." He said, grabbing my arms and pulling me closer.
" You can't live without me knowing how much I hurt you? Thanks, that makes me feel so much better about myself." I said sarcastically. He looked at me with pleading eyes before I sighed and pulled away from him.
" I didn't mean it like that." He sighed, reaching for my arms again. I swatted them away and turned around to leave.
Once I got home, I fell onto my bed. Two seconds later, my phone buzzed and I looked at the caller ID. Austin. Man, this dude just will not leave me alone will he? I sighed and answered it this time.
" WHAT." I snapped.
" Whoa, I didn't think you would answer, um-" He said before I cut him off.
" Look, If you ain't got nothing to say, then why'd you call me?" I asked. He stayed silent. " Don't you usually knock all the time?"
" Yeah, but I thought I would give a call a try." He said.
" And how's it working out for you?" I snapped. He still stayed silent. I sighed and hung up. " Bye, Austin."
" No wait! I-" I cut him off by hanging up the phone. A few minutes later, I heard a knock on the door. I groaned loudly and walked out to the balcony. Austin. I opened the doors and threw a rock at him.
" Ow!" He said, rubbing his head and looking up at me.
" Never gets old." I laughed and threw down the rope for him to climb. " So, did you bring your psycho girlfriend over? Or did you just come here so she would track you again because she's 'worried' about you?" I asked. He sighed and walked closer to me. I stepped back for a second, but then took a little step closer.
" Ally, please understand. You have to know that Cassidy isn't who I want to be with. I never wanted to be with her." He said sadly.
" What? I thought you two were the school's 'IT' couple.'' I said.
" No, I only went out with Cassidy because we were both popular and that's what people expected us to do. But the thing is, Cassidy asked me and then got all crazy excited about it. She ran around the whole school bragging to everybody , especially the girls, that I asked her and that we were now a 'thing' so that no one could have me." He said.
" Alright, then why did you kiss her the day after you kissed me?" I asked, crossing my arms. " I thought you didn't want to be with her?"
" Uh, she made me kiss her, I really didn't want to. " He said, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.
" Right. Then why didn't you fight back?" I asked.
" I don't know? I guess I kind of cared about her feelings." He said.
" And what about mine? I may be a badass but I got feelings, too.'' I said.
" Right, sorry about that. I really wasn't thinking at that time about anything." He said. " So, that's how my nightmare started, how's your life?" He asked with a small laugh.
" Well, I was abused at school for a couple of years, I made an enemy who is a bitch," I started. Austin raised an eyebrow at the last one. " What? It's true, she's a total bitch. Well anyways, The bitch messed with me, then I became friends with a childish dude,"
" Hey! I'm not childish!'' He said crossing his arms and pouting his lips.
" Right. What makes you think I was talking about you? " I asked.
" I don't know? I just assumed." He said.
" You never know, I could always be talking about Dez." I said and we both laughed. " So, then that dude went out with the bitch, after that, he kissed me. The next day, he shattered me by kissing the whore, I mean, the bitch. Then, I wrote a song about it and got over him. The end." I said. He looked a little quilty. Well damn, he better look quilty.
" Yeah, sorry you had to go through so many heartbreaks and troubles. " He said.
" I went through troubles, but I'll never admit that you broke my heart." I said, pointing a finger at him while giving him a death stare. He put his hands up in surrender.
" If you give me another chance, I promise that will never happen." He said, slipping my hands into his. I admired how perfectly they fit together.
" You're with Cassidy." I sighed, looking down at our hands. One of his hands was removed from mine and brought up to my face. He tilted my head up to face him.
" Not anymore." He whispered before his lips were on mine. I responded back a few seconds later after shock had passed over me.
We pulled back for air, leaning our foreheads against each other.
" This is only your chance. You get one, no more, no less. Don't break your promise." I instructed. His smile grew wider and he connected his lips with mine once again. After a few seconds, I heard a car pull up and I pulled away.
" Austy?" No fucking way. She can't be serious. Really? Again? Ugh.
" FUCK OFF!" I yelled, flipping the finger at her. She scoffed and walked to my rope ladder. I pulled it up lightning quick before she could touch it. " What the Hell are you doing here? Did you track your boyfriend here?"
" NO! I was just worried." She said.
" The jig is up, we know your secret so stop pretending like you actually care about Austin." I said.
" I DO! Blah, blah, blah" I tuned her out at this point and turned to Austin while she rambled on yelling about how much she 'loves' Austin and Blah, blah, blah.
" I thought you said you two were done." I whispered to Austin.
" Well, I didn't actually, break up with her yet." He shrugged.
" WHAT? " I whisper- yelled.
" I didn't think today would go so well and that you would actually give me a chance." He said.
" Well, when ARE you going to break up with her?" I asked.
" Right now." He said in his normal voice. I threw down the rope ladder, and Cassidy was too busy yelling to even notice.
" How could you not think that I care about him beause I do and-" Cassidy rambled.
" Cassidy!" Austin yelled, cutting her off.
" Austy!" She screeched, smiling wide and running towards him. She jumped up and pressed her lips onto his. Austin was shocked, so he didn't fight it. At first. After three seconds later, her shoved her off a little too hard because she fell onto the ground. That's considered abuse, but hey, this is Cassidy we're talking about. This bitch is going down.
" Get off of me! " Austin yelled pushing her off and dusting himself off. " Don't ever do that again. Ever. "
" I thought, you loved it when I did that." She whined.
" No, that's the first time you've ever done that. How can I love something if you've never done it before? " He asked. " Nevermind." He said shaking his head. " The point is, we're done. Again. " He said.
" What?" She whimpered.
" We are done, I'm breaking up with you." He said.
" WHY?!" She yelled.
" Because I don't like you anymore like I used to." He said.
" Why not?" She asked.
" Because I like someone else." He said.
" WHAT?!" She screeched. " WHO COULD POSSIBLY BE ANY BETTER THAN ME?!"
" Pfft, anybody else, ever." I scoffed. She sent me a dirty look and I gladly returned the look, crossing my arms.
" So not true." She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.
" Not the first time you've ever told a lie." I muttered. She shot another dirty look at me and I glared at her. We both glared at each other for awhile with our arms crossed and backs facing each other.
" Uh... Girls?" I heard Austin say awkwardly. We both whipped our heads around to face him. " I was in the middle of something?" He said.
" Right. Sorry." I said, stepping back a little.
" So, where were we?" Austin asked Cassidy. She smiled wide and clasped her hands together.
" You were asking me out on a date?" She said sweetly, batting her eyelashes. Austin gave her a look that said 'Really?' and then looked at me. I mouthed the word ' NO' dramatically over and over while shaking my head no. " Well go on, continue." Cassidy said.
" Cassidy, will you never go out on another date with me ever again?" Austin said with a smile.
" YES!" She said excitedly before processing what he actually said. " WAIT, WHAT?!" She screeched. I bursted out laughing until I cut myself off by clamping a hand over my mouth.
" Whoa, That is some hilarious shit." I said, wiping a tear away from laughing too hard.
" Why did you do that?!" Cassidy yelled at Austin. " That's not how you ask someone out on a date!"
" I know. " He said.
" Then why did you do it?" She asked.
" Because, I didn't want to ask you out on a date, I broke up with you." He said.
" Uh, No you didn't. " She said, trying to trick Austin. She's going to look even more stupid that she usually does if she thinks that will work.
" I'm pretty sure I did." Austin said.
" But-" She tried to say.
" Just go away! Face it, you just got dumped!" I yelled at her. " Now beat it." I said. She scoffed and stomped away, flipping her hair.
" This isn't over! " She screamed at me when she got to the end of my driveway. " Austin, you WILL want me again! I will make sure of it! You'll see! You'll s-"
" JUST GO ALREADY!" I screamed. She pouted and flipped her hair again, stomping off.
Once she was gone, I ran a hand through my hair and sighed. " Damn, the things that I have to go through when she's around." I said, shaking my head. " What the Hell did you ever see in her?" I asked.
" Hey, I already told you my story." He said, nudging my shoulder.
" Hey!" I said, nudging him back. He laughed and grabbed my arms, pulling me close. His lips met mine and I responded instantly. We pulled away, smiling.
" So, what does this make us?" Austin asked.
" Well, if you won't shatter me anymore and break your promise which will cause you to lose your chance, I'd probably say," I said before pausing for a second.
" We are now, officially, Austin and Ally."
