Ana's P.O.V.
"Alright, ready? One, two, three!" I said and we all did a solo shift successfully for once. "We did it!" Amanda cheered. We all high fived one another. A month full of training had passed, and I'm sure you could guess what day it was. Yup. It was the twenty second birthday of Kira and I. Even though I really wanted to spend the day training and preparing for the upcoming war, I was being forced to relax. And I really didn't mind it as much as I thought I would. As the day began to draw to a close, we all shifted back to the village and walked home. Everyone forced Kira and me to spend twin time together. "Wanna get some sake?" Kira asked. "I have kids, dumbass." I said and rolled my eyes. "Alright, fine. How about we visit Mom and Dad's grave?" Kira asked. I smiled and stopped in front of the Yamanaka Flower Shop. We stepped inside of the shop. "Hi, Ino." I said to the ninja behind the counter. "Hi, twins! Happy birthday!" Ino said to us. "Thanks, Ino." Kira said. "Can I get you some flowers today?" Ino asked. I looked at the flowers. "I need some larkspurs and carnations." I said.
"Oh, larkspurs are the birth flowers of-" Ino started. "July. And carnations are the birth flower of January. Carnations are flowers that symbolize affection. Larkspurs are flowers that symbolize and open heart." I stated off. "Yeah, that's right." Ino said. "Ana, how do you know so much about flowers?" Kira asked as Ino rang us up. "In the four years the guys were gone I had a lot of time on my hands so flowers became a hobby for me." I said. "Here you go. That'll be $40." Ino said. I paid for the flowers and Kira and I walked to the grave of our parents. I lied down the carnations as Kira set down the larkspurs. The old, wilted larkspurs from July 13 were covered by the fresh new ones. "Larkspurs. Ours and mom's birth flower. Carnations. Dad's birth flower." Kira calculated. We knelt by the grave stone and sat in silence.
After a few hours, we stood and walked back to the house. "It's been sixteen years." Kira said. "Almost seventeen." I said. "Yeah." She said. "So. Through my relation to you, I'm the stepdaughter of two heros." Kira said. "Yeah. In a sense." I said. "Do you think Ayu had any idea this would happen?" She asked. "I know she didn't." I said. We sighed in unison. "Ana... ah, never mind." Kira started. "What is it?" I asked. "Nothing." She said. "What?" I asked. "Oh… It's just… do you ever wonder what it would have been like if maybe the Akatsuki never left the other dimension? What if there was no way for them to return?" Kira asked. I thought about it. "That's… a good question. What would have happened if the Akatsuki stayed back there with us? Well, for one, we would probably be back there working at whatever run down jobs for the rest of our lives. Naruto wouldn't have a story any more. And who knows what else would have happened? The Akatsuki would have finished high school, maybe gone to college. All that blah blah that can be planned out. You know, Kai, if I really think about it, I'm glad that our lives took this turn. We don't know what could happen, and that adds a thrill. I like it." I said.
"And there is also the fact that we could all die." Kira said. I sighed. "Aaaand there it is. You had to put negative in. I was trying to put a positive side to the impending doom of our family." I said. "Sorry." She cringed. "But it's as you said, now is the time to be wary. We literally have only one more month before the war launches and we have to train our asses off in that time. We won't be able to take on Kaguya in our current state and odds are we won't be able to take her a month from now even with our hardcore training. But maybe, we could hold her off long enough to give Naruto and Sasuke an opening…" Kira said. "Kira. I understand what you're getting at. I've been thinking about it since we broke out of Orochimaru's base. But with how much we've changed already, we just need to be strong enough to take out Madara before Kaguya can be revived. But, for now. Let's just enjoy our birthday." I said. Kira smiled and chuckled. "Whoa… Personality swap." She said. I laughed. "No kidding." I said. We stepped in to our home. "Guys, we're home!" I called as we entered.
"SURPRISE!" Everyone yelled. Our eyes widened as we saw everyone there. Not just the Akatsuki and Akatsugirls, but our friends of Konoha, too. Sakura, Sasuke, Karin, Suigetsu, Juugo, Naruto, Ino, Kiba, Shino, Hinata, Shikamaru, Choji, Neji, Tenten, Lee, Kakashi, everyone. "Happy Birthday, twins!" Kenzie said. "All of this is for us?" Kira and I asked. "Of course!" Konan said. "If it weren't for you two, none of us would be here, so how else better to show our appreciation-" Nyisha started. "Than to throw you a huge party?" Amanda finished. Naruto came and threw his arms around us. "Let's hear it for the best two big sisters ever!" He cheered. I felt my heart sore and I knew Kira's did the same when Naruto included her as his sister. "Thank you, guys. You're the best." Kira said as she wiped tears from her eyes.
As soon as July 31 passed, we all broke in to some hardcore training. All in groups. There were four groups. In my group, I had Kenzie, Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. I taught Sakura how to fight while protecting her growing children. I taught Naruto and Kyuubi how to better blend their chakra while Naruto was in Sage Mode. I taught Sasuke how to how to mix his chakra with other's for an ultimate attack. Kakashi ended up joining us after recovering
In Kira and Shay's group, she had Shino, Hinata, and Kiba. There was no argument as to her training groups. All three of them agreed to my sister's training methods and were ready to spend a month in the mountains to train.
In Miranda and Brianna's group was Neji, Tenten and Lee. Gai tried to join them, but she told him that he already had the perfect method to get his strength up in time for the war. When he tried to argue, she smiled and told him his fate was locked and if she helped him, it could end in disaster. After that, he gladly went off on his own. No one questioned going to the ocean for Miranda's training.
In Amanda and Nyisha's group was Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji. They seemed enthusiastic about training with the two most hyper active girls in the group. But I don't think that they realize that they would have the most confusing and toughest training of all of us.
Looking at it now, I had the largest group and I still had to teach things to Kenzie that she didn't quite understand yet. I sighed as I watched team seven begin their special training. "Alright, you ready for this?" I asked my friend. "Hell yeah!" Kenzie said excitedly. I grinned at her. "You say that now." I said and chuckled darkly. Kenzie suddenly looked scared. "This. Is going to be fun." I said.
3rd Person P.O.V.
Weeks of training past. By the end of the second week, everyone was so sore they couldn't move. By the end of the second week, everyone upped the ante and once again, everyone was too sore to move. By the end of the third week, everyone was sore, but not as sore. And then, Tsunade woke up. "Ah, you're up! Welcome back to the world of the living." Ana said as Tsunade looked over at her. "What happened to you?" Tsunade asked, looking at her bandages. "Oh, you know, the truth of the Akatsuki's true nature and intentions got out and we were asked to train the essentials of the war." Ana said. "After all I went through to keep you guys under wraps you blow it the second I fall in to a coma!" Tsunade sighed. Ana grinned.
FLASHBACK
"So…You are associated with the Akatsuki who are actually good guys and are being used by your traitorous cousin and you are basically telling me that in the future there will be a war where people that don't need to die will die?" Tsunade asked. "In a nutshell, yes." Ana said. "When will this be?" Tsunade asked. "Around a little after this time next year? October maybe?" Ana said. "You sound unsure." Tsunade said. "Well, uh, us being here might tip the scale just a tiny little bit?" Ana laughed shyly. Tsunade sighed. "Alright." Tsunade said. "Pardon?" Kira asked, piping up for the first time since they had this late night meeting. "I said alright. I will have an alliance with the Akatsuki in hopes we can take down this common enemy. But, just answer me this; if you have the strength in numbers, why haven't you taken these people out yet?" Tsunade asked. The three look between each other. "Because…We are not as strong as we seem. If we were to go against them, then we'd really only end up giving them an advantage and-" Miranda attempted. "Let's not lie." Ana interrupted. "Huh?" Shizune, Tsunade, Miranda and Kira asked.
"Would we get fucked going against them? Hell yeah, I admit that. But, with our strength in numbers, we probably could win but. This is the man responsible for killing the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, and his wife, Kushina Uzumaki. It is the right of Naruto Uzumaki. I may be the reincarnation of Ayu Namikaze, but I am not full Namikaze. Therefore, I have taken it upon myself to make sure to take ever measure appropriate and necessary to prepare my friends, family, and village for this war. I may not seem like it, but I really don't want anyone to die." Ana said.
The women sat in a shocked silence at the truth of Ana's words. There was not a single lie in her voice. "And what about you? Where will you be when the war starts?" Tsunade asked. Ana sat in silence for a long time. "I… I want to be right there in the war. Fighting, protecting, serving for the sake of the place that I once called home and hope to one day again call home. But, while I act big and strong, I know that even if it turns out that I am really a demigoddess or something ridiculous like that, I'd only be in the way. But, I'd like to do what I can." Ana said. "And you will. As of this moment, the Akatsuki are undercover Konoha Ninja. When comes time to unite, you will be exposed. Understood?" Tsunade asked. Ana, Miranda and Kira stared. Then, they all bowed to Tsunade. "Yes, Hokage-sama!" The three said in unison. "Dismissed!" Tsunade said. "Yes, Hokage-sama!" They said and left.
FLASHBACK ENDS.
"Well, it wasn't the exact moment that you fell in to a coma. And I'm really sorry about that. I should have told Nagato not to be so rough." Ana apologized. "And how is that going?" Tsunade asked as she sat up. "Oh, I can imagine everyone is a little irritated with us, but it seems their faith in me is stronger than their irritation. I can imagine that once this is over, no one but the girls will be listening to my orders." Ana said. Unless I put you as a head of a genin team." Tsunade said. "Nah. I'd be more use as a special agent or researcher." Ana said. "Well, then you will be a new teacher at the academy after the war." Tsunade said. "I can live with that." Ana said. "Unless you're brother decides other wise." Tsunade said. "Wait, what?" Ana asked. "I heard the feudal lord talking a while back. Saying that if things play out well, then it is more than likely that Naruto will be the next Hokage." Tsunade said. "Well… This is big." Ana said, surprise in her voice. Tsunade chuckled and Ana was dismissed.
The next day, when Tsunade was finally on her feet, a presentation revealing the whole undercover operatives and alliance with the Akatsuki. When they were all presented, each and every member -from Ana to Zetsu- wore a Konoha headband. "Welcome home." Ana said to Itachi as they left. "I like the sound of that." Itachi said as he grabbed her hand. She smiled and squeezed his hands. "Me, too." She said. They approached their laughing family. Sasuke's new headband was tied on. Karin, Juugo and Suigetsu wore Konoha headbands as well. "Looking spiffy, kids!" Ana teased. Karin smiled. "Um. While I have everyone hear, I just want to say that I'm sorry for being such a bitch." Karin said. Ana looked around at everyone, who nodded. Ana grabbed Karin's hands. "We already forgave you." She said with a gently, genuine smile. The first real smile Ana had given Karin. "Dear god the world is ending." Kira teased. Ana laughed and thwacked her sister on the back of the head. "Also." Suigetsu said loudly. Everyone looked at him. He suddenly grabbed Karin's head and dragged her lips on to his. Everyone's jaws dropped. "Finally." Juugo said calmly as they broke apart.
"IDIOT! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!" Karin said as she punched Suigetsu on the head. Ana laughed. "Call me crazy, cuz, but I believe that was a kiss. I think that Suigetsu has the hots for ya." The black haired woman said. Karin flushed as red as her hair. "N-no way! Suigetsu totally hates me!" Karin denied. "Oh." Sakura started. "My." Kira continued. "God." Ana finished. "YOU TOTALLY LIKE HIM!" Kenzie, Amanda and Kisame said in unison. "N-No! I do not! You're all idiots!" Karin denied, blushing. "Liar!" Ana said. "Sh-shut up!" Karin denied. Suigetsu grinned and grabbed her hand. "It's okay to admit it. You're cute when you're flustered like that." Suigetsu said with a blush. "AWWWWWWWE!" Ana cooed. Karin was paralyzed. She didn't know how to respond to this. This had never happened before. She didn't know what to do. Sakura suddenly gasped.
"Oh, My god… My water just broke!" Sakura said. "WHAT?!" Karin, Ana and Sasuke all responded. "HOLY FUCK IN A BARREL!" Kenzie panicked. "Everyone remain calm, we got to get her to the hospital! SHIZUNE-CHAN!" Ana called. Shizune ran up. "What happened?" Shizune asked. "Sakura has gone in to labor!" Ana said. "EVERYONE! OUT OF THE WAY! WE HAVE TO GET THIS WOMAN TO THE HOSPITAL!" Shizune yelled. Sasuke started to lead his… fiancé you could say… after Shizune. "Ana… Stay with us!" Sakura said, clinging to her friend's arm. "Every step of the way." Ana said, holding Sakura's hand and the three headed off. After everyone was prepared, Sasuke fell to his knees by Sakura. "Alright, Sakura, push!" Shizune said. "Huaaaaaaaaah!" Sakura strained, grabbing Sasuke's hand for comfort. A brief crunch was heard and Sasuke's scream of pain was covered by Sakura's scream.
Exactly twenty four hours later, on September Tenth at six in the morning, Sasaki Uchiha and Araki Uchiha came in to the world. After Sasuke's broken hand was tended to, he was allowed to see his son and daughter. "You're little boy. His name is Araki." Ana said as she put the screaming baby boy in Sasuke's arms. "Araki." Sasuke said gently, cradling his son gently with tears in his eyes. Sakura looked at him and smiled as she cradled her daughter. "And here is your daughter. Her name is Sasaki." Ana said. Sasuke reached out and gently stroked her cheek. "Hello, princess." Sasuke murmured. Ana had to leave the room.
"Well?" Itachi asked as she stepped out. Everyone turned and watched as tears dripped down Ana's cheeks. Hinata gasped in fear. "They're..." Ana choked. Hinata looked ready to cry. Naruto held her. "They're so beautiful. They're such a sweet family. It's better than I could ever imagine!" Ana said and cried. Everyone relaxed. "Onee-chan, you scared us! We though they died!" Naruto said. "Sorry… They're just so… so beautiful!" Ana sobbed happily. Everyone smiled with relief and went to look at the babies.
Kira's P.O.V.
"Alright, Hinata, let's go!" I said. I made several clones. Hinata's eyes shut and we all hid in various locations. Hinata's training was to find and attack the real me. Easy? You say? Oh, no. the Byakugan is highly trained to sense chakra. Not a demigoddess. Depending on how quickly Hinata can find the real me and how much she can stand up to in a battle will determine her improvement. "There!" Hinata said. I dodged out of the way as one of her dragon fists slammed down by me. "Point ten seconds." I said. My spirit clones disappeared and spirit energy gathered around my fists and Hinata and I broke out in to a fight. "8 Trigrams! Gentle fist!" Hinata said. "Sprit style: fade!" I said and blocked Hinata's attack, cutting off the chakra in her hands. She immediately responded with a chakra powered kick to my ribs. I dodged and slid back to a tree. I made the hand signs for a fire ball. "Fire style, fire ball jutsu!" I shot the fire ball at my friend. She dodged and came at me with Twin Dragon fists. "Spirit style: fade!" I focused more demigoddess energy in to my hands and blocked. "A clone?" I said as the Hinata in front of me disappeared. "Here! 64 palms!" Hinata called. I leapt in to the air. "Spirit Style: holy light!" I said and flung out my arms. A bright, soft purple light shone and blinded Hinata. "Water style: water shark bomb jutsu!" I said and fired Sharks of water from my arms.
"Hey! Watch where you're firing!" Kiba called from the ground. I gracefully landed on my feet. "Twenty hours, sixteen minutes, thirty two seconds." I panted. Yes, that battle was twenty hours. How? You ask? Easy, I didn't say the Taijutsu moves we used. "Very good, Hinata. Kiba, however." I said and turned to the dog boy. "Uh-oh… he said. "Spirit style…" I said and spread my hands. Kiba turned to run. "Ache." I said. "Gyah!" Kiba said as he tripped and face planted right in to a rock. "Ow! Ow! Ow! Owowow!" Kiba yelped as his face hurt. "Isn't that more of physical?" Hinata asked. "No. Clumsiness is in fact a forgetful spirit. He forgot to step while he moved and fell!" I explained. "Kira-chan, that doesn't make any sense." Hinata said. "It doesn't? Oh well." I said.
"Kira-sama!" Yelled a jonin. I recognized the jonin. His name was Sen. He was one of the jonin we put on watch on the battle field for the war. "Sen? What is it?" I asked. "Enemies approaching. The leading two match the description of your cousin and the cause of our problems." "Damn it." I growled. "Kira-sama?" Sen asked. "Don't just stand there blowing yourself! Go tell Tsunade-sama! Baka!" I ordered. "Y-yes ma'm!" Sen said and darted off to the village. I clutched my necklace and pulsed my chakra through it in search of the Akatsuki's chakra. "Akatsuki. This is Kira reporting!" I said and pulled my necklace out to look at the charm. Nine little figures stood on it. "Akatsuki. We hear you, Kira." Nagato said. "Prepare yourselves for battle. Tobi and Tabetha have been spotted. Get your asses to the battle field!" I ordered. "On our way. Akatsuki out." Nagato said. "Kira out." I said and broke the connection. "Kira-chan?" Hinata asked. I smiled at my future sister in law. Kiba and Shino looked at me. "Well? Let's go. We have a war to win here!" I said. "Kira-san. Are we really ready?" Kiba asked. I looked up at the stars. Were they? Shay and I had been training them for what? Two, three, four months? "Do you doubt your skills and the things Shay and I have taught you?" I asked. They looked at each other. "No." The three answered in unison. "Are you being honest?" I asked. "Yes." Hinata said. Shino and Kiba nodded. "Alright, you're ready." I said. "Really?" Shino asked. "Yeah." I said. "YO! SHAY! WAR TIME! LET'S KICK SOME ASS!" I called. Shay dropped from the tree. "I heard." She said. She cracked her knuckles and neck. "Let's do this." I said. And we headed off to the battle field.
3rd Person P.O.V.
Everyone gathered at the battle field. Armies stood facing one another. No one moved. No one stepped forward. The Kages all stood together. Kabuto (now looking creepy as fuck due to him mixing his cells with Orochimaru's… Bow-chika-bow-wow…) stood directly by Tobi. Standing at the front of the other side –the hero's side- stood Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura. Behind them stood the Akatsugirls. Behind them stood the Akatsuki and the Kages. Behind them was the rest of the alliance and army. Ana's eyes scanned the army. All were Edo-Tensai revivals. There were no Zetsu's. Of the entire army, the enemies had only around 100-200 while the others had around 3000-4000 troops. "What was this bullshit Ana was spouting about them having a close to a 1000 army?" many of the people in the army thought cockily.
"Hey, Ana. You seem short on staff!" Tabetha called. Everyone behind looked to the black haired incarnate Ayu. They noticed that there was one missing demigoddess. Brianna was not there. "Yeah. I ordered the pregnant member not to fight. You got a problem with me having a heart?" Ana asked. Tabetha flipped her off. Ana returned with a double. Tobi raised his hand to Tabetha as she opened her mouth to retort. He then walked to the center of the battlefield. Naruto started forward. "Ru." Ana said. He stopped. "Please." Ana said. Naruto thought for a moment, then stepped aside and let his sister meet with the enemy. "We are behind you. Every step of the way." He said. She nodded.
"So this is what the great Akatsuki resorted to? Taking orders from a civilian girl from another dimension." Tobi laughed as Ana emerged on to the field. Ana's step didn't falter at all. "The Great Akatsuki has allied themselves with Konoha to rid you from the earth. They take orders from us because we know more of this war than you. Tell me, has Tabetha shown you your fate?" Ana asked. "What?" Tobi asked, turning and looking at the blond. Her eyes widened in fear. "Oh, my. It seems you know nothing. Shall I tell you, then?" Ana asked. "And she has entered prick mode." Kira said. "EVERYONE TAKE A STEP BACK!" Miranda called and everyone took a large step back.
A/N: THIS IS YOUR OFFICIAL SPOILER WARNING! EVERYTHING FROM THIS POINT ON IS SPOILER! POINT OF NO RETURN!
"It doesn't matter what we do or say. You end up fighting on our side. And you are a very powerful ally. But until we save your soul, you are going to be such a pain in the ass, and I'm going to enjoy beating you with in an inch of your life." Ana said. "YEAH! THAT'S OUR ANA-SAMA!" Cheered the fangirls in the army cheered. "Isn't Onee-chan being a little cocky?" Naruto asked Miranda. "Of course. Ana knows he could kick her ass. She just wants to get things started." Miranda responded. "Oh. Is that smart?" Naruto asked. "Absolutely not." All of the demigoddesses said.
"This is your last chance, Shinobi army! Surrender now and join in the coming of a truly peaceful world! One with out lies and one with out wars. Ugh!" Tobi suddenly grunted as he felt a large shove in his gut. The shove had come from Ana's demigoddess energy. "A world with out lies and wars? That world is nothing but a lie. This is your last chance. Surrender this lie you've been chasing. Turn your self in and maybe I'll be kind enough to send you to Rin." Ana said. "Never." Tobi growled. "Very well." Ana said and turned her back to him. "Let the Fourth Ninja World War-" Ana turned and punched Tobi in the face as hard as she could, knocking his mask from his face. "Begin." She finished. The mask skittered away and Tobi turned his head and revealed his identity. Kakashi felt his heart sink at the face behind the mask.
Obito.
