Having spent a while with her parents Stephanie decided that it was time to make a move and get Mikey home so her parents could have their weekend back, "I think it's about time we made a move. Mikey why don't you go and grab your bag so we can go home please."

Pouting Mikey didn't like having to leave his Grandparent's as he had had such a good time but he knew better than to argue with his Mom so reluctantly climbed down from the couch and went to go and get his bag from his room.

Having had the opportunity to talk with Stephanie herself Linda decided to give her husband the same opportunity so moved to the edge of the couch, "I will go and help Mikey and make sure that he has everything."

Watching as his wife left the room Vince then turned to his daughter, "so how did it go last night? Did he act like a gentleman?"

Sighing softly the more she was talking about it the less confident she was feeling about her feelings, "he was a perfect gentleman, he didn't push me and he was really nice about me wanting to check up on Mikey. We had a nice evening but where the future goes from here I don't know."

Reaching out he put his hand over hers and squeezed it gently, "whatever you decide we will support you, if you need some extra time then I am sure he will give you it if you ask."

Those words hit her hard and she made a decision that she wasn't going to share with anyone else, "thank you Dad, that means a lot."

Leaning forward she gave him a hug just as Mikey ran back into the room, "ready."

Pulling back she smiled at her son, "are you sure you have everything?"

Nodding his head Mikey was confident, "Gramma 'elped."

Following her Grandson into the room Linda took a seat, "I made sure he had everything he came with in his bag so you really don't need to worry and can leave whenever you like."

Stephanie laughed softly and stood up, "that will be now. Come on Mikey and let's get going."

Hugs were exchanged between the family before Stephanie made her way home with Mikey.

After the guys had been ribbing him about his date Hunter had spent a long time thinking about the date and wanted to do it all over again. Pulling his cell phone from his bag he sent a quick text:

I had a lot of fun last night. Can we do it again this week please? If you'd prefer to name the day and the actual date then I'm okay with that.

Sending the text he threw his phone back into his bag before he made his way to the ring to get a quick workout in before the show began.

Sat on the floor playing cars with Mikey Stephanie was really enjoying her afternoon just relaxing and focussing all of her attention on him. Hearing her cell phone beep she completely ignored it as it was a Saturday and she was not planning on doing any work whatsoever.

A few hours later and Mikey was sat eating his dinner so Stephanie took the time to look at her phone. Seeing a text from Hunter she reluctantly read it not sure if she wanted to or not but she couldn't find it in herself not to. After reading the text she closed her phone and tossed it back where she got it from and turned her attention back to her son.

It had been what felt like a long time to him since Hunter had sent the text and when he arrived back at the locker room after working out and getting some dinner so he could change into his wrestling gear. Opening his bag he pulled out his cell phone checking for any new texts but when he saw none he frowned, he was hoping she would be vaguely excited about their date last night and would at least reply. Dejectedly he tossed his phone back in his bag and grabbed his wrestling gear to change.

Noticing that Hunter seemed sad Jericho reluctantly attempted that thing that people called compassion and made his way over to Hunter and took a seat, "who pissed in your cheerios this evening? You were actually kind of happy when I saw you earlier."

"Life is amazing, I texted my date forever ago and she hasn't replied. I thought she liked me but her lack of reply makes me think she was full of shit. Can you tell I haven't dated in a while?"

Feeling bad for Hunter Jericho raised his eyebrow, "exactly how long has it been since you dated?"

Rolling his eyes at the question he tried to wave it off, "oh you know . . . since before I married Stephanie, she was kind of the last person I dated."

Jericho was shocked, "you didn't date anyone after you split up with Stephanie? No wonder you aren't sure exactly how to play it with this random woman. It's been so long since you dated that you don't know how long is normal when it comes to women replying to texts."

"Yes exactly. I know it has been a long time and the last time I dated someone cell phones weren't exactly a big thing. What is a normal time frame?"

Not really willing to tell him that the truth is if she didn't respond quickly then it wasn't looking good, "there is no such thing as a normal time frame for women when dating a man. Give her time and maybe if she doesn't reply after a day or so then maybe text again incase she didn't get it."

Frustrated Hunter got up from his seat, "great, thank you for filling me with joy."

Walking away from Jericho Hunter went to change, stretch and prepare himself for the match later in the evening.

Watching Hunter as he walked away Jericho felt bad, he wanted to go through his cell phone and find out the name of this random woman that Hunter was so hung up on but knowing if he did that he would get shit from someone. Resisting the urge to do it Jericho got up and walked away from Hunter's bag before he ended up in hospital.

Sighing as he stretched his quads out Hunter wanted so badly to just ring her and find out what was going on but maybe Jericho was right, maybe he just needed to relax and let Stephanie reply in her own time.

Deciding to just put her out of his brain he hit his head gently on the wall a few times and then decided he would take his frustration out on his opponent for the evening.

Mikey was in bed for the evening and Stephanie had time all to herself to think about things. As she opened her cell phone again and read Hunter's text through for a second time. After reading the text thoroughly and letting her mind drift to what her Dad said she came to a decision about what she was going to do with Hunter and how she was going to play it. Closing her phone without even bothering to reply she tossed it on the coffee table, "it was nice whilst it lasted Hunter."
