Chapter 7

Once Eric and Adalind landed in Portland Adalind had them stop at a storage unit so she could get some equipment . After getting the equipment they went to the hotel. "Mind telling me why you needed to get some old witch stuff?" asked Eric

"Because I'm going to use all this old witch stuff to help us get rid of the Grimm once and for all. We just need to make sure his girlfriend is out of the way." said Adalind

"My men can handle a simple kidnapping are you going to threaten her life?" asked Eric

"No, his." said Adalind "The Greeks believed women were created to punish men. Well I'm going to prove them right."

"Sounds exciting. I'll get right on that kidnapping." claps his hands and his men leave. After 20 minutes or so they grab Juliette while she was on the street and take her back to the hotel.

"Who are the hell are you?" asked Juliette

"I'm Prince Eric Renard. Please sit down and make yourself comfortable. I hope my men didn't hurt you as they brought you here." said Eric

"I'm not going to make myself comfortable! I'm getting out of here!" yelled Juliette running towards the door. The men block her way and the men get in the way but she kicks them.

"I got this." said Adalind

"O yea!" yelled Juliette kicking Adalind who uses her magic and pins her to the wall.

"I'm going to need the dress you're wearing." said Adalind

"I'm not giving you my dress." said Juliette.

"You could take it off or I could rip it off like in a Benny Hill sketch." said Adalind

"Bite me you sadistic bitch!" hissed Juliette

Adalind rips the dress off of Juliette and magically puts it on herself.

"Whatever you are up to Nick won't fall for it." said Juliette "He won't fall you the way Hank did he knows your tricks."

"O I think he will and he doesn't know all my tricks because I've just acquired a new one." said Adalind

Adalind snaps her fingers and Juliette is suddenly tied up and on the bed. "Make yourself comfortable." said Adalind who slices herself to open the spell book then mixes the transformation potion and breaths it in changing into Juliette. Adaling looked up where Nick lived on her phone and took a taxi there. She used the key she found hidden under the mat and unlocked the door and then went stairs and dialed nick's number.

"Burkhardt." said Nick

"Hey Nick it's Juliette. I was thinking about you and I thought maybe you'd like to take the rest of the night off and perhaps enjoy each other's company." said Adalind.

" I'd love to but I'm actually in the middle of a very important case. I'm heading to the airport now. I might not be back for a few days." said Nick

" Well how about I meet you at the airport." said Adalind "We could have a quickie before you go or I could go to wherever you're going."

"I don't think that will be a good idea." said Nick

"O so suddenly your job has become more important than me! You are pushing me away and I don't know how much longer I can deal with it!" yelled Adalind

"OK, I suppose I could make a quick stop at the house." said Nick.

Nick drives to the house and goes to the bedroom where Adalind as Juliette is laying on the bed. "Come on." said Adalind

They make love however when they are done Adalind changes back to herself.

"What the… Adalind! What happened to Juliette! What did you do to her! If you have done anything to harm her again so help me!" yelled Nick

"She is fine. She's at a hotel here in Portland with Eric. No harm had come to her we just needed her out of the way." said Adalind

"Take me to her now!" yelled Eric.

"All right. Just let me get dressed." said Adalind

Nick leaves the room as Adalind changes back into Juliette's dress. "Let's go." said Adalind.

They walk out to the car and Adalind gets in "What is she doing here?!" demanded Hank

"Nice to see you too, Hank." said Adalind

" The Prince is back in Portland and he has Juliette." said Nick

"Wait, Adalind what were you doing in Nick's house?" asked Hank

"Adalind was pretending to be Juliette so she could sleep with me." said Nick

"What?! Wait, he was good enough to sleep with but I wasn't?!" yelled Hank

"Hank she poisoned and nearly killed you…what did you do to me!" yelled Nick

"You believe if I did something to you I'd be stupid enough to tell you what I did." said Adalind "Now, the hotel is up here on your left."

They drive up the hotel and get out. They go to the hotel room where Eric's men let's them in "Gentlemen, please come in. Sit down and enjoy yourselves. After all we have no reason to fight anymore since you are no longer a threat. Soon we'll have your key and you can go back to whatever normal American life you had before this." said Eric

"Excuse me? You aren't getting a key and I'm not turning on my family heritage. " said Nick

"Well have it your way. I was trying to be gentleman about this but I suppose we could do this the hard way." said Eric taking out a gold cane and going to hit Nick with it. Nick tries to dodge and gets hit with it. Eric goes to hit him again and Nick successfully dodges him this time. Eric keeps trying to fight him. Hank is about to join in when Adaind stopped him and they started to find each other then Juliette joins in. She fails the phone to call the police and Monroe to come over. Adalind uses her magic to lock the door so the police couldn't come in. Eric and Nick keep struggling with each other "Adalind, I don't think your spell worked the grimm seems to be as strong as he ever was." said Eric

"It worked just give it time." said Adalind

"We don't have time." said Eric

Nick suddenly collapses. Just as Monroe and Rosalee show up and break down the door with the police behind them. "Nick!" yelled Monroe.

Eric starts to beat the unconscious Nick with his cane the police point a gun at Eric. "One more move Eric and I'll let Wu and Hank blow your brains out! Now come on and all of you too come on."

Eric gets up and his men turn and point weapons at the cops. "You were saying, brother?"

Nick slowly gets up. "He was saying you're a dead man walking, your highness." said Nick

"You are no longer a threat to me, Mr. Burkhardt because as of five minutes ago you are no longer a grimm the lovely Adalind made sure of that." said Eric

"Is that so?" asked Nick

"You asked what I did when I slept with you? That's what I did." said Adalind

"You slept with Adalind!" yelled Juliette

"She disguised herself as you." said Nick

" You slept with my fiance. You're dead, bitch!" yelled Juliette running at Adalind

Juliette runs at Adalind and knocks her down. The two of them struggle as Nick gets up and goes after Eric and they continue to fight the police looking confused at the captain. Eric's men starts to surround them and the fighting and shoots starts up. Finally Nick takes a weapon from his bag and kills Eric with it. Adalind gets thrown off guard by the fact that Nick could still defeat Eric and kill him giving Juliette a chance to knock her unconscious " Next time stay from from Nick." Everyone else gets arrested and put in jail.

Renard looks at Nick "Your job is going to be much more difficult now that you aren't a grimm."

"It's still worth fighting for the people I care about and the man who destroyed the Lawrence family is finally gone." said Nick

"There will be more out there." said Renard

"And I'll be waiting." said Nick.
