"Haruhi! My little angel! Time for dinner!" Tamaki yelled, making a fool out of himself as usual; Kyoya thought.
Haruhi finally walked downstairs in a beautiful, light blue ballgown that appeared to be made of silk, and Kyoya's breath caught in his throat.
"What are you wearing?" Tamaki wailed at deafening volumes.
"Our little girl's finally growing up." Kyoya answered his boyfriend's question, but it did concern him.
Haruhi had grown in to a beautiful, young lady that Kyoya couldn't have.
He decided that he shouldn't look at her; why tempt fate?
"So, how was school?" Kyoya asked his adopted daughter as he ate his steak; things would be fine if he just acted like it was a normal family dinner.
"Uh, it was good. School, I mean." Haruhi answered her adoptive mother, nervously.
"That's splendid!" Kyoya tried to be a respectable parent, and definately not one that had fallen for his daughter.
"Do you have homework?" Kyoya eventually asked.
"No, not really." Was Haruhi's answer.
Kyoya was irritated at himself, because he couldn't get the image of his daughter in the beautiful, blue gown out of his head.
He tried yet again to fall asleep in his boyfriend's arms.
Kyoya didn't get much sleep that night.
