AN: I don't own Bones. If I did, David Boreanaz would be shirtless. A lot. As would TJ Thyne.

Moving on. Who's ready to go do stuff in Boston? Well, thanks to all your wonderful recommendations, Booth and Bones are. If you have any ideas, keep sending me PMs and I'll see where they end up.

Enjoy!

Booth stood in the doorway for what seemed like forever just watching Bones. Well, maybe only a few minutes, but still. He had fantasies like this, only different. Instead of Boston, they'd be on a tropical island somewhere. No phones. No computers. Bones. A tiny little bikini, maybe blue in color. Long walks on the beach. Romantic dinners by tiki torches. Making love in the moonlight.

"Perfect." he whispered.

"How long do you plan on watching me, Booth?" Bones asked in a sleepy voice.

"Uh..hey ya, Bones. I was..trying to decide whether or not to wake you." Booth stammered.

Bones turned her head to look at him. She knew he was lying. Booth was stammering, which he never did. Of course, Bones wasn't completly blind. She knew that seeing her in a bikini was affecting him, and she had to bite her cheek to stop smiling.

"Sure, Booth. Did you want something?" she asked.

Booth blinked at her for a second before shaking his head. "Uh..yeah, actually. I was thinking that since we're here on vacation, how's about we go do some touristy things?" he asked.

"'Touristy' things? Booth, I'm not sure 'touristy' is even a word." Bones said with a little laugh.

"You know what I mean, Bones." Booth said. "So, yes?"

"Yes, alright. Give me a few minutes to change." Bones said, standing up and walking into her room.

"Yeah, okay." Booth said, staring at her again.

"Umm..Booth?"

"Huh?" he asked.

"If you would.." she trailed off, pointing at the door.

"Right. Change. Alone. I'll just.." Booth said, walking quickly out the door.

Once he was gone, Bones allowed herself to laugh. 'Poor Booth.' she thought. She quickly changed into a pair of jeans with a red blouse and a pair of walking shoes. She pulled her hair into a high ponytail, and applied a light layer of makeup. She didn't want to look too casual, but not too dressy, either. Grabbing her purse, she walked down to the kitchen.

"You ready, Bones?" Booth asked from beside the front door. He had his keys in one hand and his wallet and camera in the other.

"Yes. I was just getting a bottle of water." she said as she walked out to join him. "If you'd like, I can carry your wallet in my purse, Booth."

"Thanks, Bones. Could you also hold my camera?" he asked. "Just until we get there?"

"Sure, Booth." Bones said, putting his things in her purse as she got her sunglasses out. "Do you know where we're going?"

"Yes, yes I do, Bones. I'm sure you'll enjoy where we're going." Booth said, putting his hand on her lower back to guide her outside.

"Oh? Whe..?" she started.

"Nope. Not tellin, Bones." he said as they got into the elevator.

All through the trip, Bones tried to get it out of Booth where they were headed. Each time, he would just smile, laugh a little bit, and say "Patience is a virtue, Bones." She would then be quiet for about a block, then ask again. In a way, she reminded him of Parker when they would go places. A while later, after they were parked, Booth was glad to see she was pleasantly surprised.

"Paul Revere's House, Booth?" Bones asked happily.

"Yes. You can't visit Boston without stopping here, Bones." he said.

Once they were insde, they saw things as though it was 200 years before. The beds, chairs, other various furniture. For Booth, this was very exciting. He was getting to step back in time to how things were in the days of the Founding Fathers, something he had always wanted to do. As a military man, the early days of his country were something that had always fascinated him. For Bones, however, it was a learning experience. For both herself and Booth. While they were walking through, she started telling him random facts she didn't think he knew.

"Did you know, Booth, that Paul Revere and his wife had eight children?" she asked.

"Wha..really?"

"Yes. And after she died, he re-married and had another eight children." Bones said matter-of-factly.

"Sixteen? Paul Revere had sixteen children?" Booth asked. Even by today's standard, that was a lot of kids to have.

"Yes, Booth. I just said that." she said, looking at him. "Did you also know that Paul Revere was one of the people who threw the tea into Boston Harbor?"

"No, Bones. I didn't. You seem to know a bit about Paul Revere."

"Well, I know quite a bit about a lot of things, Booth. Especially the early days of our country."

"Yeah? Tell me something else." Booth said.

"Okay. Paul Revere did not actually say 'The British are coming.' What he really said was 'The regulars are coming.'" she added.

"Huh." Booth said, but Bones was on a roll, not hearing him.

"Paul Revere's daughter Deborah married a man named Amos Lincoln. After she died, her younger sister, Elizabeth, married Amos. Also, two of Revere's grandsons died during the Civil War. Grandson Colonel Paul J. Revere died during Gettysburg, and another, Edward H.R Revere died during the Battle at Antietam. Also, his home is the oldest structure still standing in Boston. Before he lived here, this was the site of a home belonging to the Mather family, whose son, Cotton, was a lead player in the Salem Witch Trials. The Mather family only lived here for six years, and after the Revere family moved in, in 1770, they lived here for 30 years. So, in a way, the Revere's counteracted what you believe as karma on this site by living here."

"Bones.."

"And, did you know that this home was opened to the public in 1908 by his great-grandson John P. Reynolds, Jr. Paul Revere was 40 when he made his Midnight Ride. His horse was reportedly named Brown Beauty."

"Bones.."

"And, did you know that Revere was on the 'Enemies of London' list in 1775? He was such a threat during the early days of the Revolutionary War that he was on the British's radar. And.."

"Bones!" Booth said loudly, getting her attention. "Thank you for telling me all that." he said smiling.

"Oh! I'm sorry. I was kind of blabbering, I believe you call it." she said, ducking her head.

"It's alright, Bones. But, you were so caught up in telling me little known facts that you missed most of the tour."

"Well, yes. But, I've been here before, Booth. About ten years ago. I would, however, like to stop by the gift shop and pick up a few things for Parker." Bones said. "Not a lot, but just a couple small things." she quickly added, seeing the look on his face.

"Alright, Bones." Booth said.

"Oh, I forgot to give you your camera!" she said, digging in her bag for it.

"Bones, I got it out right before you started lecturing me and the nice couple by us about Paul Revere." he said, showing her his camera. "I got plenty of pictures."

"Okay." Bones said. "Again, I'm sorry for going on and on like that."

"Bones. Don't you don't by now that that is one of the things I like most about you?" he asked gently, pulling her into a side hug.

"Alright. Let's go." she said, smiling.

"Great. I was thinking after the gift shop, how about an early lunch? I'm starving." Booth said.

"Shock." Bones said, making him laugh. "Deal."

One of the things Bones hadn't noticed? Booth took several photos of her, as well. It was shaping up to be a good day.

Review please.

I tried to find some of the lesser known Paul Revere facts. Hope I did okay.

I am told that if you visit Boston, the Paul Revere House is a must see. I dunno, though. I've never been to Boston. Hope to someday, though.

Alright. I will see you on Sunday.
