Meanwhile…
In Coral Grove, Tina, Jenny, Takeo, were all being interrogated in separate rooms, with separate clones of Mr. Wurst. They've been answering questions for them, with lie detectors. Tina and Jenny have already answered questions regarding the book, the ancient key, and the cipher. Nikolai was placed in a cell, in P1 because he was already proven to be dangerous. The defective clone of Mr. Wurst was also placed in P1. Takeo's interrogation wasn't going well for the clone.
"MY HONOR IS BIGGER THAN YOURS! Takeo does not take kindly to one who had an ego to clone himself."
"Have it your way captain, but we-"
"No you listen to me, you try to take down Takeo, you go to."
"ARRGH! Ok, you win, but…"
Two blue grim-reaper hazmats entered and took off the lie detector.
"We don't need you to answer our questions, we can already know what's happening."
"You worthless duplicate of a dead man, I will kill you again, and again, and AGAIN! Thus Takeo is sup-"
One of the hazmats knocked him out with the psychic beam.
"Take him away…" The clone ordered.
Cam's POV
Un-K, so Dempsey showed off his gun's power. I guess it's true what they say about the M16, it seemed to have packed a super punch! I never thought I'd see it outside of my shooting games. Pachew, pachew! It's always fun! But if he's carrying that around, then won't like, the police or modern day army get to him, in our school. Oh well, he's gonna lay low, plus I think it was mucho bad enough to be shot at before, and crystallized. But, it's worse getting bullets into your body, or I can imagine.
So, where is he, and most of all, where's the handsome me? I'm currently on the bus right now, and HOLY FRITANGA! The dude I'm sitting next to smells! And it's getting close to 1:00 PM. Man, this bus ride totally sucks! I hope Brandy hasn't been caught yet, I'm gonna be mucho sad! But hey, at least we got Nora, which feels weird, but somehow, I remember when she came to our school. Why is this whole conspiracy so weird? Who's responsible for this anyway?
Meanwhile…
Dempsey was taking the other way through. He found his way into the tunnels, to get back to the pyramid room. He was immediately taking cover from the Wurst clones, who were trying to figure out how to put the pyramid blocks back together. Dempsey however, had to think how get in and stop them. He just stood there, watching, and waited.
Takeo's POV
The honourable needs no army to do their job, but, with these pathetic clones, it's safe to say, the death of a thousand fools, makes but one smart man!
I step up, from my sleep, and find that Takeo is confined within the walls of the dishonourable. A cell, that the door allows me to look outside, but, if I touch the barrier, I am shocked by the electricity of the door. Plus the bed is a bed for, no one! Just a bench to sit down. How can I be expected to get out of here, without money. But no point-money system, means no door opening. So, Takeo must find key, if he can get out. The plus side is, that I still have my katana, but the rest of my weapons, gone.
"Hey over here!"
Who said that? It sounded like it was coming from the other side of the room. I do look to the other side. A woman confined within a cell. Big red hair, and green outfit. Her green shirt had a purple tie, and a dark green skirt.
"Who are you?" I demand.
"Takeo Masaki, we meet at last. I see you have already met Lee Ping, and my old prison mate, Nora Prowler."
So, that's the name that the man told me about? Hmm…
"Tell Takeo what you know, and I may save you the wrath of the emperor."
I'm being harsh, because this woman has voice of angel, and looks like cherry blossom blowing in the wind, but, I can sense the true evil that lies within her. When I look into her eyes, I can smell the evil of Richtofen. Dempsey is going to be distracted by her.
"Alright, this literally hit me in the head earlier, I've never had something like this but…"
She went on about, how she suddenly remembers this Nora child, how she escaped this place, the conversations they had. Such an interesting young honourable girl.
"Woman, you saved Takeo his energy from enragement."
"Oh please, will you stop calling me that! My name's Veronica Victoria."
"Hmm, fine, Veronica. Let us cleanse our spirits, and release our sorrow."
I sat down, in cross-legged position.
"This is how warriors revitalize their strength. These dishonourable enemies, will fall under the might of TAKEO!"
"Right…you do that, I'm just going to uh…watch, if you don't mind."
Hmph, such insolence and persistence in her voice! I close my eyes, there Takeo goes, into this world again to see if I can contact this man, who told me to look after this Nora child.
The dream looks the same, it's all great fog around me. Then it all comes into picture. A pathway, surrounded by cherry blossom trees. I am down the pathway, calmly, and alertly. Finally, there's a set of stairs. It was a long climb, but I finally see the man that I had encountered before, in ancient warrior robes. I stand beside him, looking at a beautiful mountain valley.
"Did you like the climb my friend?" The man asks.
"Worth it. So, I come again to speak about you're apprentice. Would the master training some girl, like to introduce himself?"
"Yes Takeo Masaki. I am Sensei Hong, my real name is Yasu Hong. I have…some things you need to know about her. One very important thing."
"Bai, give me one good reason why Takeo should do your job."
He let out a sigh of slight annoyance, then waved his hands. He showed me through a window of smoke, a dark side of Nora. She was fighting through an army of those mechanical abominations, like they were mere dummy's.
"So, she has a beast to tame. Takeo accepts."
"She gave into it, it was partially my fault, however, I feel you can correct it, better than I could."
"So, I like this view. Reminds me of Shangri-La." I said.
"Yes, this is one of my favourite places to be, when I feel down."
This man is wise, and he likes the settings that Takeo likes.
"You need to keep up to date, even in deep meditation." Hong stated.
"What is it?" I ask.
He shows me something, it's Lee, Holger, Biffy, RICHTOFEN, and lastly, Nora…All cramped in a box.
"They're on their way, I see. Takeo owes you one." I said.
"That's not all!" Hong said.
"Really, and I thought that this was over! Fine, one more!"
He shows me, Camilio and his friend, Brandy, in one of the ventilation shafts of the school. There's the girl, looking through one of the openings, into a classroom, with students trying to connect rocks that just repulse, which scared Brandy.
"Let me guess, this whole brick thing is somehow related to this whole conspiracy?" Brandy asks Cam.
"Yeah, but quick changing the subject like that, was that a real kiss, do you like me-like me?" He asks.
I thought this was very irrelevant, but I continued to watch anyway.
"I'm pressing ignore on this convo until you get us out of here! Where are we going?" Brandy said.
Cam shows her one of the keys, that was used to open that pyramid.
"We get to the library, we use the tunnels to get to your apartment, so, about that kiss."
Clever plan, but that was all he had to show me.
"Remember what I told you, Captain Masaki."
He just disappears, then I am launched back to reality. There she is, the woman calling herself Veronica, staring at me with quite amazement.
"You look just like Nora when she did that…"
"Right…Do Takeo a favor, and be silent. I need my meditation, undisturbed."
"Oh fine, have it your way."
