Reznov's POV
So, who are these people, and where am I? I swear I was dead back in Vorkuta, no? They seem like an odd team, some girl with red hair, holding a piece of weaponry I have never seen. Some boy with red hair, holding a woman in his arms, wearing a red shirt, and a dark skirt. They look like mother and son.
"Lee, where am I?" The woman asked the boy.
She then stared at me, with somewhat curiosity, and discomfort. I saved their lives, what more could they want from me. The girl looked at me with slight fear, and pointed her weapon at me, I drew my weapon at her, but, it was instinct. I have no idea where I am…plus, this is an fairly odd room, filled with prisoners. Is that how they treat prisoners? Freezing them? Trapping them here, to be eternally damned? Never to see the light of day, ever again.
Nora's POV
Richtofen had shown me everything I needed to know about…shooting…He was just in the corner, looking at a weapons crate, which Finnwich had kept for a LOOOOOOOOOONG time. I keep hearing something from him.
"Gun, gun , ON THE FLOOR! Who's the best of them all? THE MP40!"
I'd rather use my staff, but whatever. The only thing I fired today was the Kar98k(with its, which I put down. I hope Dad doesn't flip.
"GENZOOKS!"
Finnwich seemed to have suddenly gotten excited.
"What is it?"
I ran over to his desk, he was showing something on his monitor. There was Lee. HEY LOOK! He got his MOM BACK! There's Jenny, pointing a crystallizer, at this man, wearing a leather jacket and- WAIT A MINUTE! Is that the USSR symbol on the shoulders of his jacket? IS THAT AN AK47?!
"Good ol' Trick Vik!"
"Who?" I asked.
"Oh, I never told you Nora, but this man, he is just like you!"
"Really? How?"
"Let me explain Nora, come closer."
So, I get a little closer, face-to-face with him. He started to go on and on about a Sergeant Viktor Reznov. 'The Hero of Berlin' is the title he was given after the fall of Nazi Germany. He was also promoted to Captain after, however, on his last mission to the arctic to retrieve something for his 'Mother land', he was betrayed, and was forced to be tested on for the weapon. It was this weapon called Nova 6. He watched his 'Comrades' die, but was saved by the British, also looking for the weapon.
It wasn't over however. He had to fight not only through the British, but his former soldiers who weren't used for testing. Even after that it wasn't over, he was sent to a labour camp, where he was to rot for over twenty years.
"Finnwich, I…I don't know what to say."
The man's story almost sounded like mine, only it didn't involve Nazis and corrupt communists.
"Yes, it was painful for him…But it appears you have yet someone else to share the pain with. And yes, I know it sounds absolutely ridonculous! But, he will co-operate with you, but however…"
We looked back at Richtofen, still looking over his weapons. Giving them some sparkle.
"Reznov will try to kill him, if he sees him. He is not so easily convinced that he is part of us." Finnwich said.
"But, we can at least try, right Grampa?" I asked.
"Mmm, quite possibly." Finnwich said.
Something else came on the screen. Cassandra, and someone fighting some robots in the background. So, we meet again, SERPENT! And, is that Kimmie wearing a pair of headphones, at a music player? So, Cassandra is standing in front of the camera, looking all…tough.
"Attention, there's been a hostile takeover in management, but I'm here to set the record straight!"
Kimmie pushed a button, it was a techno song. The Prank Song?!
"I am the CEO of this operation! His Eminence and his vile robots must be stopped at all costs!"
She took out a crystallizer gun.
"Oh, and bring me Lee Ping."
She turned around and froze The Serpent. I know he's supposedly on our side now, but I still need to confront him personally. The question is, does he know I'm here?
"MOM! You totally betrayed him!" Kimmie said.
"I totally do a lot of things, now quit whining and-"
The screen cut out, when Cassandra pushed a button on a remote.
"Let's just hope Viktor can get him here…" Finnwich said.
I took out the matroyshka doll I got before, and started to think about Takeo, once again.
"I hope so…"
Meanwhile…
At A. Nigma, the battle was still progressing at the pyramid. The students joined the fight against the clones and robots. Dempsey was doing his thing, he basically shot, but didn't kill the enemy. He didn't to look bad in front of everyone.
"HE'S JUST AN MARINE, HALF-ROBOT GUY AND TWO KIDS! GET THEM ALREADY!" One of the clones said.
That clone was then shot by Brandy, and was crystallized. Then Brandy got crystallized by one of the other clones. Cam noticed this, and went to confront the clone. The clone was hiding, and was using some hovering eye-robots to keep Cam at bay. Cam was able to drop and shoot them down. Dempsey came and helped him back on his feet.
"HOORAH! Not bad!" He complimented.
"Thanks Tank!" Cam said.
Barrage was about to shoot the clone that Cam was dealing with, but, the clone called for help from Cassandra, and shut Barrage down.
"HA!" The clone said.
Lee's POV
So, this Russian man came out of the pod, at the same time as my mom. But he's trying to help us. We did introduce ourselves though. He's trying to lead us away from the brainwashed men, in hazmat suits.
"You know Lee, a good mom gets worried when her son is so good at sneaking!" Sue said.
"That should be something that you can admire, but. Ssh…" Reznov said.
"TOO LATE!"
The men noticed us. Reznov raised his gun, and pulled the trigger.
CLICK! No ammo.
"Chyort!(Damn in Russian)" Reznov cursed.
He threw his AK on the ground. That was the first time I noticed that he had a missing finger: His right index finger. I think luck was on our side however. We suddenly saw a wall being blown through. There was Holger, inside Cassandra's mech suit, and Biffy with a mini gun, that was a crystallizer, and Takeo, with a crystallizer.
"HELLO CITIZENS!"
Holger waved to us.
"It is time to disco party!" He said performing a short disco dance.
"This is for my master!" Takeo yelled.
"DUCK!" Biffy said.
We all ducked. The shots froze all of the robots and men.
"HOLG YOU ROCK!" I shouted.
"Keep moving weirdo!"
TINA! She still had Lynch, and she came through one of the doors.
"We heard an explosion! Is everyone-? Mrs. Ping? You're ok!"
Tina seemed to be relieved. But, now they were all staring at Reznov.
"Who is this guy?" Lynch asked.
"I am Viktor Reznov, and you seem to be against us my friend."
Reznov went over to Lynch and gave him a punch.
"Tell me where I am!" He demanded.
"What, Ping didn't have the decency to tell you that you're in Coral Grove?"
"Coral Grove?" Reznov asked.
"Well in case you didn't notice, padre, that's the place we are in right now!"
Um, not a good idea to get 'HIM' mad. Reznov walked over to my mom.
"Your son is very capable. You must be proud."
Mom gave him a slight smile.
"Yes… I am proud of him."
Mom gave me a smile. Then Reznov looked at me.
"And your friends are very capable, you have chosen your allies well Ping."
"Thank you…?" I said, blushing.
He then looked at Takeo.
"As for you, I am glad that you are on our side!"
"Takeo likes you too!" Takeo responded.
"So anyway, what now?" Biffy asked.
I turned to Lynch.
"Where's Finnwich?!" I asked.
"At the very bottom! But, it's guarded, so we gotta sneak down!" Lynch said.
"FORGET THE SNEAKING! I'M DONE! We're taking the express elevator!"
I pushed the elevator button for Finnwich's floor.
"Oh, so we want to take them head on! SO BE IT!" Takeo said.
"Are you afraid comrade?" Reznov asked.
"Never! Takeo will persist!" Takeo said boldly.
He handed Reznov a gun. A pistol crystallizer.
"Thank you." Reznov said.
Takeo gave him a nod. Next thing I knew, I found Tina right behind me.
"Lee, in case we don't make it back, I uh…"
"YOU LIKE EACH OTHER! KISS ALREADY!" Lynch said.
We were about to, but the elevator had just arrived. Plus, I saw Mom, like she wasn't going to approve of me in a relationship. Everyone went in, but Reznov.
"Let us end this! And I want to meet this man!"
Reznov went in, then me and Tina just shrugged our shoulders, and went in.
