Hello there friends! Prism here back with another chapter! Great job to everyone who guessed Halloween Town was the next world :) I hope you guys enjoy what I have planned here. We're basing this area off the video game Oogie's Revenge so even if you haven't played/watched it I hope you can still enjoy this section. I still own nothing other than the plot any my OCs.

Chapter 61: Return to Halloween Town

Just as Roxas's group left the Islands of Paradise, the Highwind descended upon a familiar world to most members of the team. Nine beams of light rained down in the middle of a spooky forest revealing Sora and his team with their forms completely changed.

Sora had transformed into a vampire dressed in black and white with red ribbons on his legs, a pumpkin eyepatch and black bat wings coming out of his back. Donald was dressed as a mummy wrapped up in ratty white bandages with his middle missing. Goofy was a Frankeinstein monster dressed in ratty, patched up clothes with a large screw on his head and a small pumpkin replacing his nose.

Kairi was a witch dressed in a short, ripped black dress with white lines and held up with dark red ribbon. That same red ribbon was wrapped around both arms and both legs. She had black shoes and a grey belt. Atop her head was a black witch's hat with a swirl at the end and a red ribbon around it. Lastly, she had a black cat eyepatch.

Riku had turned into a ghost; he entire body had become translucent. His clothes had become ripped and changed to white and grey and he was wrapped in silver chains. Mickey had become some kind of were-rat with dirty, messed up black fur. He had white gloves with claws and red bandages, a long, grey cape, ripped red shorts with loose buttons. His feet were bare, he had gained fangs and his tail had transformed into a rat's tail with a white bandage.

West was an executed theif. Her entire body was covered in stitches including one all the way around her neck. There was a black thief's mask around her eyes, her yellow bandanna had appeared around her neck and was ripped. Her shirt was still green, but had short, darker ripped sleeves sewn to it. Her pants were now black and ripped, there was a grey piece of fabric around her waist and a noose.

Lea had become a devil with a red fire monster eyepatch. He was dressed in ripped clothes; a sleeveless black shirt, sleeveless red jacket, grey pants and red gloves. He had red ribbons on one leg and on his chest. He had also gained devil horns and a red tail. Max had changed into a haunted scarecrow. He was wearing a stitched up red t-shirt with blue patched-up overalls overtop. His head, feet and hands had pieces of straw sticking out and looked like yellow bags. He also had a few sticks of wheat sticking out of his head.

Halloween Town

"Looks like we're back in Halloween Town." Commented Sora as he looked at the new costumes. "I sure miss being a vampire."

"Oh yeah!" Max exclaimed excitedly. "I can tell already I'm going to like this world."

Kairi nodded in agreement as she looked up at her new hat. "Same here! I always wanted to come here since I heard about it."

"I just hope those three pranksters who threw exploding pumpkins at Roxas aren't around." Said Lea.

"You mean Lock, Shock and Barrell?" Riku asked. "Yeah, I could go without seeing them again."

While his teammatea were talking, Donald was looking around the woods and noticed something seemed to be off. There were odd shapes carved into some of the trees surrounding them but Donald knew there were supposed to be doors atop the carvings.

"Hey! What's the big idea?!" Donald exclaimed. "Where are all the holiday doors?!"

Goofy looked at his friend in confusion. "Whatchu talkin' about, Donald? There right there like they always-" Goofy started to say but then stopped as he looked in Donald's direction and noticed the doors were in fact missing. "Hey, where'd all the holiday doors go?" Donald face palmed.

"Holiday doors?" Mickey asked. "What are those?"

"Yeah, I don't remember hearing about them the last time I was here." Said West.

"These woods are supposed to have a bunch of different doors that take you to different holiday towns." Sora explained. "You know, like Christmas Town. That's where we met Santa!"

Riku raised an eyebrow. "Santa Claus? I still find that story hard to believe how many times you tell me and Kairi."

"Wow! You really met Santa?!" West questioned excitedly as she got right into Sora's face. She was followed by Kairi and Lea.

"I know, right?! That's so cool!" Kairi exclaimed.

"The big guy's really here?! Oh man if I knew that I would have asked for more missions here back at the organization." Lea exclaimed.

Riku released an annoyed sigh. "Guys, please don't encourage him."

"Still, if these holiday doors are missing, this can't be good." Said Mickey. The others quickly realized the king was right; if anything really important goes missing in a world it's always a bad sign."

"I wonder if Jack's around, we'll have to tell him about this." Sora remarked.

Then, at that moment, the team of nine world travellers heard a series of barks traveling closer and closer. They turned to the sound of the barking, finding a ghost dog with a pumpkin nose flying towards them. Sora, Donald and Goofy recognized him immediately.

"Hey! Zero!" Goofy exclaimed. "How are ya boy?!"

Zero then started barking more and more, flying all around them with a worried expression on his face. Immediately, Sora could tell something was wrong.

"Zero? What's wrong?" Sora asked worriedly. "Is it heartless? Nobodies? Is Jack okay?" Zero released another bark as he started flying out of the woods.

"I think he wants us to follow him." Said Kairi.

Donald nodded in agreement. "Yeah! Something must be really wrong!" Without anyone protesting, the team followed Zero through the graveyard and pumpkin patch until they reached the town square.

Before them was a sight they were all too familiar with; Halloween Town's square was completely overrun with gargoyle, wight knight, search ghost and darkball heartless. And the one fighting them all was none other than Jack Skellington. The skeleton hadn't changed at all since they've seen him but he had gained a new weapon. It was a green gooey, rubbery substance that behaved like a whip and occasionally had the end transform into a mace. It was known as the Soul Robber.

A wight night was about to attack Jack from behind but before it could, Sora jumped in and destroyed it with one hit from his keyblade. Jack spun around and smiled happily at the sight of his rescuer.

"Sora! You've returned!" Jack exclaimed happily. "Welcome back! How have you been?"

Just then, Donald and Goofy jumped in and slayed a gargoyle before it could attack Jack or Sora.

"Great to see you too Jack, but can we save the reunion for later?" Donald quacked.

Jack nodded. "Agreed. Let us take these fiends down my friends!" With that, the group charged into battle.

Jack swung Soul Robber towards a small group of wight knights, taking them all out with a powerful strike as it transformed into a mace. Donald and Goofy teamed up against a group of gargoyles. Donald first raised his staff, casting thunder on the heartless, then Goofy finished them off by throwing his shield at them.

Kairi swung her keyblade into a darkball, sending it flying towards Mickey who destroyed it in one hit. Max and West used their weapons to take out the search ghosts, moving quickly before they dissapeared. Riku threw Way to Dawn into one of the darkballs, destroying it instantly. Lea followed his lead by destroying two more by throwing his flame-covered chackrams.

Still, no matter how many heartless they destroyed, it just felt like more kept coming. So, Sora felt like it was time to call a friend. He reached into one on his many pockets and pulled out the lamp charm.

"Genie!" Sora exclaimed as he raised the lamp charm. A large cloud of blue smoke and sparkles rained down from the sky and circled around Sora. Then, Genie appeared in a puff of smoke beside the young keyblade master.

"Sora! Let's do this!" Genie exclaimed. With that, Genie raised his hands and cast a series of magic spells down on the heartless. Sora followed his lead by casting the same spells as Genie with his keyblade including fire, blizzard, thunder and gravity. Together, they caused more damage the more spells they cast on the heartless.

Once the two of them had cast enough spells, Genie and Sora stood back to back. "This may leave a mark!" Genie exclaimed as Sora raised his keyblade into the air while Genie raised his hands again. Those ther they shot out two powerful beans of blue and pink smoke and shooting stars towards the last of the heartless, destroying them in an instant. (1)

With that, the town square was cleared of heartless. And in the next moment, a wooden door appeared in a flash of light and descended upon them. The door was shaped just like a pumpkin with a scary face carving on it. Jack, Sora, Donald and Goofy recognized it immediately.

"The Halloween town door?" Jack asked curiously. "What's it doing here?"

"Actually, we were going to ask you that, Jack." Said Sora. "All the holiday doors are gone."

Jack's eye sockets widened in shock. "What?! Are you serious?"

"Yes." Mickey nodded. "But, I don't understand how the Halloween Town door ended up here."

Jack reached out to touch the door and the second his bony fingers touched it, the door flew off back to its rightful place in the woods.

However, the group barely had a second to contemplate why the door was there before familiar laughter reached their ears. "I think I might be able to awnser that."

The group of ten heroes all turned their heads to the sound of the voice and gasped at what they saw; a giant shadow of none other than Oogie Boogie.

"Oogie!" Jack exclaimed. "What are you doing back?! And why is it only your shadow?!"

"We defeated you! How is this possible?!" Questioned Sora.

Oogie released a dark chuckle. "You can thank Lock, Shock and Barrell for that; they gathered up all my bugs and sewed me back together." He replied. "Without me, they thought this town was way too boring for them."

"I should have known." Growled Riku. "Those little pranksters are way too loyal to you."

"What do you want this time, Oogie?!" Questioned West. "Why'd you take the Holliday doors?!"

Oogie Boogie laughed evilly. "Of course you'd all want to know about my greatest newest plan to get my revenge on Jack and Sandy Claws and to steal all the holiday doors so I can take over and become the seven holidays King. But nope! I won't tell you anything about my plan!"

"Uhh, you just told us your plan." Kairi pointed out.

Oogie blinked a few times, letting what she said sink in. "Oh darn it!" He cursed himself. "Well, it doesn't matter! You'll never find me now! Now, I better get going, my new body still needs time to rest." With that, a corridor of darkness appeared around Oogie's shadow.

"Wait!" West and Donald exclaimed simultaneously as they rushed towards him but Oogie dissapeared before they could, causing the two of them to fall to the ground in a heap.

"Aww, he got away." Pouted West.

Donald released a pout of his own. "And I really thought we'd catch him this time."

"This is so weird. Lock, Shock and Barrel put Oogie Boogie back together?" Sora said. "How were they able to do that?"

Goofy nodded in agreement. "And how'd Oogie manage to steal the holiday doors without anyone noticing?" He then turned to Jack. "You would have noticed something, right Jack?"

Jack released a sigh. "I suppose I should explain some things."

Sora raised his eyebrow in confusion. "Explain what?"

"You see... I've been away from Halloween Town for awhile..."
