Hey there my friends! So here we are with the final chapter of Halloween Town! I still own nothing other than the plot and my OCs. On a side note I actually got the game Oogie's revenge as a Christmas gift for my sister and she's loving it so far!
Chapter 63: Oogie's Revenge
By the time Jack, Sora and Kairi arrived at the Hinterlands, they were pleasantly surprised to find all the Holliday doors had been returned and Riku, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Max, West and Lea were all already there.
"Hey!" Sora waved to his friends. "Looks like you guys did great on your end!"
"Wasn't easy, believe me!" Said Donald. "Those kids are bigger brats than I remember!"
Lea glared down at him. "Oh yeah?! I bet your little troublemaker didn't pull the brain out of someone and replace it with a heartless, leaving you to touch it and put it back!" He squirmed in disgust.
The rest of the group all looked at him with confused expressions. Sora then released a sigh.
"Anyway, we really should get going." Sora said.
Jack nodded in agreement. "Right, Sandy Claws needs our help!" Without wasting another second, Jack opened the Christmas tree shaped door and jumped in. One after the other, everyone jumped through the door as they began their journey to Christmas Town.

The next thing Sora knew, he was falling out of the pumkin-shaped portal and landing in a thick blanket of snow. Sora pushed himself back up to his feet and looked down at himself. Just as he expected, his form had changed again. He was now dressed in a black Santa suit with white fur. He had a Santa hat atop his head, red ribbons wrapped around his lower legs and crown-shaped buttons on his chest.
Sora looked around the Yultide Hill, finding that Jack and the rest of his team had arrived as well. Jack's form hadn't changed at all, but everyone else's had.
Goofy had transformed into a reindeer with a red light-up nose and a Christmas wreath around his neck and Donald had changed into a duck-snowman with a blue bucket on his head. Max had turned into a smaller reindeer similar to his dad, only he had spots on his reindeer legs, he had smaller antlers and a string of jingle bells around his neck. Mickey was dressed as a red, blue and gold Nutcracker with a toy sword attached to his hip.
Kairi's dress had turned black with white fur at the hem, she had gained knee-high black boots with white fur, a black shawl with white fur and a red bow, she had on a pair of black gloves with white fur and their was a piece of holly in her hair. West was now dressed in a black hooded t-shirt and black knee-length shorts with white fur trim, at the end of her shorts were green bows, she had black ankle boots with white fur, black mittens with white fur and jingle bells on her pigtails.
Riku was dressed in a black sleeveless turtleneck, black pants and shoes. Overtop his turtleneck was a black vest with a white fur trim, he also had black gloves with a white trim and green ribbons wrapped around his biceps. Atop his head was a black top hat with a green ribbon and a snowflake charm. Lea was dressed in a long black coat similar to his old organization coat with a white fur trim, black pants, boots and gloves. He also had a long red scarf and black and white earmuffs on his head.
"Woah!" Exclaimed West as she and the rest of the teammates examined their new forms. "Sweet! I officially love this world!"
"Same here." Agreed Kairi. "I love these new outfits!"
"Can you two fangirl later?!" Lea said as he stepped in between the two girls. "Don't we have to go save Santa?"
Jack nodded. "That's right! Sandy Claws needs our help!"
"Well what are we waiting for?! Come on, let's hurry!" Exclaimed Sora as he started running down the hill towards Santa's workshop. The rest of his team followed closely behind as they hurried to the workshop. The moment they reached the Candy Cane Lane, the team of ten heard a scream.
"That's Sandy Claws's voice!" Exclaimed Jack worriedly. "Where did that come from?!"
"There!" Donald said as he pointed to the path that lead to the Christmas Tree Plaza. "That's where the scream came from!" Without a moment to loose, they rushed inside the Plaza and found a tied up Santa Claus surrounded by heartless and Oogie Boogie. The heartless surrounding Sanda were Toy Soldiers, Graveyard and Neoshadows.
Santa struggled against his bonds as he glared up at Oogie. "I am going to give you one last chance, Oogie!" He said. "Release me now and stop this madness and-"
"-And what, old man?" Laughed Oogie. "No one's gonna save you now. That bonehead Jack and those stupid little kids and animals ain't gonna be able to get here if they can't find the doors!"
"Wanna bet, Oogie?!" Sora shouted as he and the rest of his team stepped into the plaza. Oogie stopped his tracks and raised his eyebrows in surprise.
Slowly, he turned around and glared at the heroes. "What?!" He snarled. "How did you get here?!"
"Let's just say you're not the best at finding hiding places." Said West as she and the others drew their weapons, ready for battle.
Riku, on the other hand had his jaw dropped and was staring at Santa. "...You've got to be kidding me."
Sora couldn't help but snicker at Riku's reaction. "Told you he was real. Believe me now?"
"Just give him a second to process the fact that he was wrong." Snickered Kairi.
"Hey!" Exclaimed Oogie. "Are you clowns going to just keep flappin' your gums and ignorin' me?! Why don't you all just go and let the heartless beat you!" At that moment, the heartless surrounded them all. "Have fun with the heartless! Now if you'll excuse me I'll see myself out." Oogie laughed evily as he ran out of the Christmas Tree Plaza.
"Well, it's official; Oogie Boogie is my least favourite person across all the worlds." Groaned West.
"Let's deal with the heartless first; then we can go kick his butt!" Donald said as he raised his staff.
West grinned. "Alright! Let's do it!" With that, the group of heroes all raised towards the heartless, ready to fight.
A Neoshadow fixed its eyes on the tied-up Santa and rushed towards him with its claws raised. But before it could attack him, it was destroyed by a strike from Kairi's Keyblade. She smiled at him but she didn't realize that a Toy Soldier was about to attack her from behind. But, before it could hit her, Sora and Riku destroyed it with their Keyblades.
Mickey and Jack were fighting side by side against one of the Graveyard heartless and unfortunately were having a hard time against it. The Graveyard was just about to attack Jack again but it was soon destroyed by a fire spell from Mickey's keyblade. Another Graveyard moved to attack them, but Max attacked it first with his skateboard, causing it to attack him next. West, Donald and Goofy soon found themselves surrounded by Neoshoadowsm but were ready to fight. West jumped in with her knife but was attacked shortly after. Donald healed her with a cure spell while Goofy rammed into a few of the Neoshadows with his shield.
After awhile, all the heartless have been defeated. Once they were all gone, Riku tuned to look over at Santa as Sora started to untie him.
"Are you okay, Santa?" Sora asked worriedly.
Santa nodded. "Yes, thank you, Sora."
Jack sighed guiltily. "I'm so sorry, Mr. Claws. It seems I cause an awful mess again."
Santa shook his head. "Do not blame yourself Jack. It's that no good Oogie Boogie's fault not yours. You came to save me and Cristmas again and for that I thank you." After listening to Santa's words, Jack smiled.
"I still don't believe this." Riku said in awe as Santa started to approach him. "You're real?"
Santa chuckled. "As real as you are. It's nice to finally meet you, Riku. Doing your best to redeem yourself are you?" He said. "Well, I can tell you that new attitude of yours finally got you off the naughty list, congratulations."
Riku could do nothing but stand there in a mixture of shock and awe, not really knowing what to say.
Then, West shoved past Riku and stopped in front of Santa.
"Omigosh!" West exclaimed. "It's really you! Am I on the nice list?! Please tell me I'm on the nice list!"
Lea shook his head as he pushed West out of the way. "Okay, West now is really not the time." Lea said as he leaned in towards Santa. "By the way, am I on the nice list?"
"Hey! What about me?!" Exclaimed Donald. "What am I getting for Christmas this year?!"
"Am I on the nice list too, Santa?" Max asked. "I'd really like a new skateboard."
"Um, hi. Nice to meet you." Said Kairi shyly. "Am I on the nice list?"
"Guys, please I'm sure Santa will be happy to talk to you all later." Mickey interrupted. "But right now we have an important job to do."
"Right." Agreed Jack. "We need to head back to Halloween Town and stop Oogie!"
Sora nodded. "Okay! Come on, guys, let's go!" He said as he started running back towards the Yultide Hill. The others followed him, but West, Lea and Donald had disappointed looks on their faces for not being able to talk to Santa more.

The team returned to Halloween Town to find the heartless population had increased tremendously. They were having a really hard time getting through them and it seemed that no matter where they went, the heartless would pop up and attack them. They knew they had to find and defeat Oogie soon otherwise all of Halloween Town would be doomed.
Finally, after what seemed like ages, they came across the pit where the evil playroom and Oogie's manor once stood. The group looked down into the pit and saw Oogie Boogie standing there with an angry look on his face.
"Oh that no good Jack and his goody-two-shoes friends! They ruined all my plans! They really make my bugs boil!" Complained Oogie. "The next time I see them, I'll turn them all into mush!"
"Care to back up that claim, Oogie?" Sora asked as he and the rest of his team jumped down into the pit and drew their weapons, ready for battle.
Oogie looked shocked at the appearance of the heroes but then his expression shifted to one of annoyance. "You freaks again?! Why don't you all just Oogie on out of here?! You're all crampin' my style!"
"You need to let the other Holliday leaders go, Oogie!" Jack said. "If you surrender now, we'll be lenient with you."
Oogie only laughed at Jack's words as he pulled a pair of red dice from behind his back. "Sorry, but I'd rather see you all go up in smoke!" Oogie laughed as he threw the dice to the ground, the dice landing on snake eyes. All of a sudden, the earth started shaking violently as dark mist swirled all around Oogie Boogie.
The next moment Sora looked up, he gasped in a mixture of shock and horror at what he saw; Oogie Boogie had grown into a giant that had fused with the earth and was stitched up with different kinds of garbage. Atop his head was a crown made of garbage.
Oogie boogie looked down at them with an evil grin as he laughed evilly. "Now it's time for my revenge! I'm the Seven Holidays King now so you all bow down to me!"
"You're the king of nothing!" Jack exclaimed.
Oogie Boogie just laughed. "We'll see about that!" With that, he started attacking the group of heroes with an intent to kill. Oogie threw a pile of garbage towards Jack but he deflected it by whipping out Soul Robber. West and Max jumped towards Oogie simulateously and attacked his arms with quick attacks from knife and skateboard respectively.
Riku and Mickey rushed towards Oogie next with their Keyblades raised but before they could attack, Oogie knocked them back with a powerful blast of fire. Kairi responded quickly by casting cure on the two of them. Lea stood off to the side and threw his flame-coated chackrams at him but unfortunately, his fire magic unfortunately wasn't doing much damage. So, Donald jumped in with blizzard magic, which caused considerable damage to Oogie.
Goofy raised his shield and rammed into Oogie's chest, but wasn't able to cause enough damage. Then, Sora raised his own keyblade and threw it directly into Oogie's face, sending him into a state of dizziness. That gave Jack the opening he needed.
"Prepare to scream!" Jack exclaimed as he started spinning and dancing in front of Oogie, with each spin he summoned more and more ghosts appeared and attacked Oogie, "I'm the only Pumpkin King!" Jack exclaimed again as he raised his bony hand into the air and tossed Soul Robber all around him and then dealt one powerful blow to Oogie's chest.(1)
With that final blow, Oogie Boogie was defeated. He released a scream as he became surrounded by dark energey and slowly crumbled away.
"All right!" Max exclaimed. "We did it!"
"Excellent work, everyone." Said Jack. "I don't think we need to worry about Oogie Boogie causing us any more trouble."
"As long as you keep these three miscrients out of trouble." A familiar voice said. The group turned around to find Santa, The Mayor, Dr. Finklestein, Sally and Zero walking towards them with Lock, Shock and Barrell. The three troublemakers had their masks off and guilty looks on their faces.
Jack crossed his arms and glared down at the three of them. "Well, what do you three have to say for yourselves?"
"We're sorry." Mumbled Barrell guiltily.
"Really sorry." Mumbled Shock. "We just thought the town was too quiet
"We were just bored." Said Lock. "Oogie made the town exciting but when we brought him back, all he wanted was revenge."
Shock pointed at Barrell. "It was all Barrell's idea!"
Barrell looked at her in confusion. "What? But you guys said-"
"That's no excuse to put innocent people in harm's way." Interrupted Santa as he glared down at them. "Now then, I think memorizing every single Christmas carol in existence should be a suitable punishment for little troublemakers."
"Or maybe cleaning my entire lab." Suggested Dr. Finklestein.
The Mayor shook his head. "Maybe thirty hours of community service."
"How about all three?" West suggested with a laugh. Lock, Shock and Barrell blinked a few times, then held earch other and started crying.
"We're sorry!" Cried Lock.
"Really really sorry!" Barrell cried.
"We'll never do anything bad again!" Cried Shock. At that, everyone else just started laughing, knowing that promise wouldn't last long.
Then, at that moment, Soul Robber began to glow. Knowing what that meant, Riku summoned Way to Dawn and pointed it at Soul Robber as a crown emblem appeared underneath his feet. A beam of light shot out from Soul Robber and formed a keyhole in the sky. Riku shot a beam into the keyhole from his blade, unlocking the gate.
"I suppose this means it's time for you to go now." Jack turned to Sora sadly.
Sora nodded. "Yeah. We have other places we need to be."
Jack smiled. "Well, thank you for all your help, Sora. It was great to see you again." He said as he held out his hand, revealing a small dark purple orb with a bat wing on it; a new drive form known as Chaos form. "I found this after we defeated Oogie, I think it'll help you on your journey." The orb flew into the air, then straight into Sora's heart.
"Thanks, Jack." Smiled Sora.
"A piece of advice, Sora." Jack said as he tilted his head towards Kairi, who was talking with West and Sally. "Tell her how you really feel. You never know when something may threaten to take that happiness away from you."
Sora released a sigh. "I want to, more than anything. But... I'm worried... About what she'd say. And, we've got so much going on, is now really the time."
"That doesn't sound like the Sora I know." Laughed Jack as he ruffled his hair. "You've got to live in the moment; I see the way she looks at you, it's the same way I look at Sally. At least consider it."
"Thanks Jack. I'll see you around." Smiled Sora as he and the rest of his team started walking away, back towards their ship. Most of the group had dissapointed looks on their faces for not being able to talk to Santa more. Riku was the last one to start walking away, but a voice stopped him before he could leave.
"Riku, just a moment." Santa said. Riku spun around to find him walking towards him.
Riku took a deep breath. "Look, I'm really sorry I kept telling people you didn't exist, I admit I was wrong. And I was wrong about about all the bad things I did."
Santa shook his head. "I've already forgiven you, Riku. Just as I'm sure everyone else has. I only wanted to give you something to help you on your journey." Santa the took his hand and dropped something in his hand. Riku looked down to see it was a blue summon charm with a picture of a golden crown and snowflake on it; the Snow Queen charm.
"Thank you." Riku smiled.
"Best of luck." Said Santa. "Remember to believe in yourself."
Riku nodded. "I will, thank you." He said as he put the summon charm in his pocket and left to join his friends. No one noticed Maleficent watching from the shadows with a dark look on her face as she vanished in a burst of her green flames.

Also, Mickey's Christmas outfit is supposed to be his outfit from the House of Mouse version of the nutcracker.
