Hello everyone! Looks like we're ready for another chapter! Thanks so much for all the kind words last chapter and I hope you guys enjoy the new chapter! On another note, I got KH 2.8! It looks so freaking good! I love it!

Chapter 65: Supers

Syndrome had taken his new prisoners, Roxas, Myde, Rusty, Naminé and Lydia deep into his lair. They had quickly learned that the island itself was actually one giant villain's lair. The inside of the lair looked completely different from the island landscape they had previously known. The walls were smooth and metallic with technological instruments everywhere including doors that could only be opened with key cards and high-tech tv monitors.

Syndrome had led the five of them into a cell that when they all entered, they were sealed in by a glass screen. Once Syndrome pressed a few buttons on a nearby pinpad, the screen turned light blue and had immediately become reinforced with electricity.

Once he was convinced his prisoners were secure, Syndrome shot the heroes an evil smirk. "Enjoy your new living space. Now all that's left to do is hunt down the rest of your team." With that, Syndrome walked away, leaving the group in their cell.

After they were sure Syndrome was gone, Roxas turned to his team. "Well we can't stay here."

"That's right. We have to get our and look for the others." Agreed Naminé.

"Yeah, but did you forget we're stuck?" Said Myde. "How exactly did you guys plan on getting out of here?"

Roxas and Naminé blinked a few times at Myde before they held out their hands and summoned their keyblades.

"Oh, duh!" Myde groaned as Lydia face palmed and Rusty shook his head.

Roxas and Naminé nodded to each other and pointed their blades at the gate. Beams of light shot out from their weapons and hit the gate, opening it instantly.

"Nice work, guys." Smiled Lydia. "Let's get out of here."

With that, the team emerged from their cell and started running down the winding hallways of the lair. As they ran further and further into the lair, they soon found that it was easy to get lost in this place since pretty much every hallway looked the same. No matter where they went, they kept getting attacked by heartless.

Until they reached something that handnt been in any of the other halls; a set of giant metal sliding doors with a giant lock on it. The rest of the team was ready to move on, but Roxas stayed behind to gaze at the door.

"Roxas?" Naminé asked. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah." Replied Roxas. "It's just that, do you think that Syndrome's hiding something here?"

"What, the big obvious door with the giant lock that obviously screams, 'don't enter'?" Lydia questioned sarcastically. "No, he couldn't be."

Rusty moved up to the door and sniffed it a few times before barking at his companions.

"Looks like Rusty thinks we should go in." Myde said.

Roxas nodded in agreement. "I think we should too, Syndrome obviously wants something to stay hidden."

"Okay, let's do it." Said Naminé. "Let's open it up."

"Got it." Roxas nodded as he pointed Two Become One at the keyhole and shot a beam of light. With that the keyhole vanished and the doors swung open, the group of five gasped in shock at what they saw. A blond man in a red and black suit was held captive in somekind of electric contraption with his hands and ankles bound. He had a black hero's mask over his eyes smilar to Syndrome and there was an "I" symbol on his chest.

Once the man heard the doors open, he released an annoyed growl. "Leave me alone, Syndrome. I'm not in the mood for your taunts."

"Uh, Syndrome's not with us." Said Roxas. At the sound of the unfamiliar voice, the man looked up and his eyes widened at the five strangers.

"Yeah." Agreed Naminé. "If anything he's our enemy; he locked us up and we just recently escaped."

"I see." The man said. "So you're his enemy too." Realizing that the man wasn't a threat, Lydia moved over to the nearby computer monitor and typed in a few thing, causing the man to be released.

Myde looked up at the man with admiration in his eyes as he rubbed his wrists. "So if you're the enemy of a super villain, does that mean you're a superhero?!" Myde gasped with a sparke appearing in his eyes.

"I am." The man nodded. "I'm Mr. Incredible. What are you five doing here? What did you do to get on Syndrome's bad side?"

Rusty shrugged and released a moan that sounded like "I dunno".

"We literally came to this island then Syndrome caught us, we really don't know what his deal is." Said Roxas.

"Actually, he's with Maleficent." Spoke up Myde. "I remember seeing him briefly at the castle."

Lydia glared darkly at him. "Why didn't you say so earlier?!"

"Sorry, I just remembered." Myde cringed in fear at how loud her voice was.

Roxas shook his head, released a sigh and turned to Mr. Incredible. "Anyway, how do you know Syndrome, Mr. Incredible?"

"Fifteen years ago he used to be my fan." Replied Mr. Incredible. "But I was mean to him so he turned his back on us supers and now he wants to be the only super in the world."

"Wow." Groaned Lydia. "Talk about petty."

Roxas shook his head. "Anyway, we need to get out of this place and find the others."

"There are more of you?" Mr. Incredible asked curiously.

Naminé nodded. "Yes. Our ship cashed and we got separated."

"That's why we have to get out of here, find the others and beat the heartless; they're those monsters that are running around."

"I understand." Mr. Incredible said. "Let me come with you and help you. I've gone through most of this lair already before Syndrome caught me."

"Sounds good to me." Said Lydia.

Roxas nodded in agreement. "Yeah, it looks like we need all the help we can get."

"Alright, then let's get out of here." Said Mr. Incredible. With that, Roxas, Naminé, Rusty, Lydia, Myde and Mr. Incredible bolted out of the room ready to escape, only to be surrounded by an entire army of heartless. The newly-formed team didn't hesitate in raising their weapons or baring their fists ready for the battle ahead of them.

After running for awhile, Xion, Dragon, Oswald and Kyra had finally lost the heartless. They had reached the cave despite Kyra's constant protests of being carried by Dragon. By the time they reached the inside of the cave, Xion, Dragon and Oswald were panting heavily while Kyra clutched her side and tried to hide the pain she was in.

"You didn't need to carry me here! I'm fine!" Kyra scoffed as Dragon set her down on the ground, causing her to wince again.

"Kyra, you're clearly not fine." Said Oswald.

Dragon nodded in agreement. "He's right. You need to learn not to be so reckless."

"Hey! Get out of our cave you bad guys!" An unfamiliar childish voice rang out through the cave. The group of four turned around, finding two kids dressed in red and black outfits sitting around a campfire. they both had a letter "I" symbol on her chest and masks over her eyes. The one who had spoken was a young boy around ten with blond windswept hair. Beside him was a girl around fourteen with long black hair held back with an orange headband.

"Bad guys?" Dragon questioned. "Who are you? What are you talking about?!"

"I don't have to answer you you stupid bad guys!" The boy exclaimed as he clenched his fists. "Just get out of our cave!"

Xion held up her hands up in defense. "We don't mean any harm. We just need a place to rest."

"Dash, stop it." The black-haired girl spoke up as she put a hand on the boy's shoulder. "Can't you see one of them's hurt? I really don't think they're with the bad guys."

Kyra released a groan. "For the last time; I'm okay."

Dragon shook his head as he put a hand on her shoulder. "Kyra, you're clearly not. You need to stop pushing yourself so hard."

"My magic just got refiled; here I can heal you now." Oswald said as he summoned his Keyblade and cast cure on Kyra. The moment the green leaves touched her wound, she felt so much relief. "Better?"

Kyra gave a small nod. "Yeah, thanks."

"Wow! That was so cool, Violet!" Dash exclaimed as he grabbed the black-haired girl's arm. "They really must be supers too! They're so cool!"

The girl, Violet face-palmed. "A second ago you were calling them bad guys. Little brothers..." She groaned in annoyance

"See? We don't want to hurt you guys." Said Xion. "We just got chased here by the heartless and couldn't fight them off with Kyra injured."

Violet and Dash tilted their heads in confusion. "Heartless?" Violet asked curiously.

"Those monsters that look to be wandering this island." Explained Kyra.

Dash nodded in understanding. "Oh yeah! We saw some of those when we got here!"

"Anyway," Continued Oswald. "We just needed a place to take a breather while my magic recovered."

"Oh, I guess that makes sense." Dash said boastfully. "We supers gotta stick together, you know. I'm Dash; the fastest kid on the whole planet! And, this is my sister, Violet."

Violet rolled her eyes. "I didn't mean to tell them everything..."

"Nice to meet you guys." Smiled Dragon. "I'm Dragon, this is Kyra, Xion and Oswald."

"So what are you guys doing hiding inside a cave?" Kyra asked curiously as she got back up to her feet and stretched her arms over her head.

Violet sighed. "I guess there's no point in hiding anything now; our mom told us to wait here while she went to look for our dad."

"Yeah." Dash said. "He left home to be a super again but I guess he got caught up in something bad so mom went to look for him."

Oswald looked at the two of them curiously. "And she thought dragging you guys along was a good idea?"

"Well, we kinda stowed away." Laughed Dash.

"Strangely I can see that." Oswald laughed.

Violet cracked a small smile. "So what are you guys doing here?"

"Our ship crashed and we got separated from the rest of our group." Explained Dragon. "I hope they're okay."

But then, right at that moment a heartless appeared at the end of the cave. It was giant and shaped like a volcano with skinny yellow legs, red eyes and the heartless symbol on its forehead and lava was dripping out of the top.

"Are you kidding me?!" Growled Kyra as she drew her bow and arrow. "Why can't you stupid heartless just leave us alone?!"

"We can't fight that thing in here; it's too cramped!" Xion realized.

Dragon gulped at the size and overwealming amount of power the heartless was eminating. "So we're retreating? I'm okay with that."

"Come on!" Exclaimed Oswald. "We gotta run!"

"Okay but where are we running to?" Dash questioned.

"How about anywhere but here?!" Violet exclaimed.

Without another word, the six of them ran out of the cave with the heartless hot on their heels and spitting lava at them. None of them noticed a robotic bird was litening in on them and scanning their voices. Once it recognized that the voices weren't in the system. A loud alarm rang through the entire island, letting Syndrome know there were more intruders on his island.

~*KHIII*~

Back inside the lair, Mr. Incredible, Roxas and the others were fighting with all the strength they had against the heartless that had surrounded them. Roxas used his keyblade to strike down a small group of Neoshadows. However, it wasn't long before he was tackled to the ground by another one. Mr. Incredible didn't hesitate to step in, pull the heartless off him and throw it into a nearby metal wall. He used his power of super strength to deal powerful blows to the heartless.

Myde was attacking a small army of Flamethrowerr with water attacks from his Sitar. Rusty stood close to him, firing blizzard magic at a Flamethrower that was about to attack Myde from behind. Nearby, Lydia threw her tambourine at a nearby Cannonbot that was about to attack Naminé but unfortunately Lydia was soon knocked down by another Cannonbot.

Naminé was soon surrounded by Neoshadows and Cannonbots and her teammates were quickly running out of energy and we're getting weaker by the second. Knowing she had to do something, Naminé held her Keyblade tightly and took a deep breath.

"It's my turn now!" Naminé said as her keyblade began to glow white and fly around her body, protecting her from harm. Translucent chains flew out of her blade and attacked the heartless that jumped to attack her. After the chains attacked, it caused the enemies to become After are moments, Naminé grabbed the handle of her weapon and raised it into the air. "Let me help you!" She exclaimed as she cast a powerful cure spell that touched everyone and restored them all to full health. (1)

However, the moment they defeated the heartless surrounding them, another group of Cannonbots surrounded them.

"Come on, enough already!" Growled Roxas.

Lydia growled as she gripped her tambourine tighter. "Ugh, why are these things so annoying?!"

"Go away you stupid heartless and leave us alone!" Exclaimed Myde.

Just when the heartless were about to attack them, a woman dressed exactly the same as Mr. Incredible with short brown hair jumped over the heartless and stood defensively in front of the group. She glared darkly at the heartless before her arms extended like elastic and punched the heartless into the metal walls leaving Roxas and Naminé to destroy them.

"Bob, thank goodness you're okay." The woman said, breathing heavily.

"Helen?" Mr. Incredible questioned. "What are you doing here?"

"Edna told me you went off to be a hero again after you told me you were going on a business conference." The woman snarled in anger as she got into Mr. Incredible's face angrily. "And you got fired two months ago?! Why didn't you tell me and the kids?!"

Mr. Incredible sighed and rubbed the back if his neck. "I should have told you I was fired, I admit it. But I didn't want you to worry."

"You didn't want me to worry?!" Helen shouted. "Now we're stuck on this stupid Villain's island?!"

At that moment, Naminé cleared her throat, causing the two supers to look at them in surprise, slightly embarrassed for arguing in front of the group of world travellers.

"So you're Mrs. Incredible, right?" Myde asked curiously. "And you have kids too? awesome! It's like a family of superheroes." Rusty shook his head and grumbled.

Roxas groaned in annoyance. "I really don't think now's the time for that."

"So, who are you guys?" Mrs. Incredible asked curiously.

"Oh, this is Roxas, Naminé, Rusty, Myde and Lydia. They got caught by Syndrome too but then helped me escape." Mr. Incredible explained.

Naminé gave a small wave. "It's nice to meet you."

"Thank you for saving my husband." Mrs. Incredible said. "It's good to know that there are still good people."

Mr. Incredible spoke up next. "You mentioned the kids before, where are they?"

At that moment, a loud alarm rang out loudly throughout the entire lair, red alarm lights flashed and the monitors clicked on. The group gasped at what was didplayed; Violet, Dash, Xion, Dragon, Osawld and Kyra running through the jungle from a Volcano-like heartless. The words "Intruder Alert" echoed out loudly throughout the entire lair.

"Uh oh, it looks like the others have gotten themselves into trouble." Lydia observed. "Wish I could say I didn't see that coming."

"How did they trigger that alarm?" Questioned Roxas. "This really doesn't look good."

Naminé had a worried expression on her face. "Now Syndrome's going to find them and catch them!"

As Rusty looked up at Kyra on the screen, he barked sadly and released a worried wine.

"Oh great!" Mrs. Incredible exclaimed sarcastically. "Now our kids are in danger!"

"Well, if you suspected danger then why'd you bring them?" Mr. Incredible asked his wife lightheartedly as an attempt to lighten the mood.

Mrs. Incredible simply glared at her husband. "I didn't bring them! They stowed away! And I don't think you're using the proper tone here!"

Myde nervously spoke up, slightly intimidated by Mrs. Incredible. "Uh, anyway, what now?" He asked.

"We get out of this lair and go help them obviously!" Retorted Roxas.

"Right." Said Mrs. Incredible. "I found an exit into the jungle not too far from here. Let's get going." With that, the group bolted into a run and followed Mrs. Incredible out of the lair, ready to help their friends.
