Chapter 14: Good cop/Bad cop

Juliet: Gnomeo, The girls and myself marched over to Shelby's house in suppressed rage, They knew wehere my daughter is and i'm not leaving until i find My poor baby girl! As we were right by the door we stopped.

'okay, now listen before we go in we must be civil and calm...' Jasmine said but before she could finish Mickey and I banged on the door with such force we could've broken the door down.

'SHELBY OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW YOU SHE-DEVIL! I screamed

'or we could just skip to that' Jasmine sighed, Shelby opened the door and i pushed her in and held her against the wall

'WHERE IS SHE?!' I Yelled

'what are you talking about?!' she snapped

'What have you done to my baby?!'

'I don't know what your talking about!'

'Don't make up Shit! Where is she?!' i screamed choking her a little

'Will someone get this lunatic off me?!' she said through the pain

'I'd let her carry on' Breezy smiled

'Breezy' Carrie glared at he

'*sigh* fine' she sighed and pulled me back as Jasmine restrained Shelby

'Now if you don't mind, we're going to bring you in for questioning' Jasmine said

'He he he' Shelby laughed nervously and suddenly ran out the door

'STOP HER! SHE KNOWS SOMETHING!' Gnomeo yelled

'Relax Blondie I got this' Mickey moved him aside and picked up a big sharp rock, she threw it in her hand before chucking it towards Shelby, she then fell to the floor unconscious as Jasmine glared at Her

'Mickey! WTF?!' She snapped

'what?' she asked

'a simple chase didn't spring to mind?' Carries snapped

'oh you guys are so ungrateful' she huffed, we all ran up to Shelby who was still unconscious

'Let's get her back to base' Breezy said as we jumped in the van and headed back to base

2 hours later

We put Shelby in a little room where as we were on the other side, she just couldn't see us but we can see her.

'so what now?' Gnomeo asked

'I'm going in there to punch her face off!' i snapped

'NO! Jules I'm sorry but you must leave this to us' Jasmine said

'Jaz! that woman knows where my daughter is and i intend to...'

'Jules, i know you want to but she's with the professionals now'

'But...'

'Jules, I'll get the information we need to find Violetta, I promise' she said holding my hand I just sighed and nodded my head

'okay, do your worst' I smirked

'All right ladies, we're going to play a little game called good cop/bad cop' Jasmine smiled as the girls cheered

'Dibs Bad cop!' Mickey and Breezy yelled at the same time 'awww' the both sighed

'Tell you what, how bout you both be bad cops and me and Carrie be good cops' Jasmine suggested as the nodded

'Sounds good to me but who's going in first?' Carrie asked

'Flip a coin?' i pulled out a coin for them and flipped it 'Your call Chica' i looked at Mickey

'cabezas' she said as i revealed it she was correct

'Okay, Mickey and Breezy your first' Jasmine said as they both walked in the other room with satisfied smirks

'how long should we give em?' Gnomeo asked

'I'd say 5 minuets before us' Carrie replied

Meanwhile with Mickey and Breezy the where walking in circles around the suspect, Shelby was hand tied behind a chair and had a scared look on her face.

'well well well Breezy, look what the cat dragged in' Mickey smirked

'I'm amusing your talking about yourselves since your the ones who dragged me here!' Shelby snapped

'oooo strong talk...I don't like it' Breezy growled

'Patience Bri, i know my way around this' Mickey smirked

'What are you going to do to me?' Shelby asked

'We're just gonna ask you a couple of questions about a certain young lady called...Violetta Blueberry.' Breezy said

'Why should i care about a little posh totty that she is! and don't get me started on her mother, the whore that she is, i don't care about anybody on that family! and i never will!' she growled

'be careful, because you next word could decide your fate' Mickey threatened

'Sticks and stones may break my bones' she snickered

'Now there's an idea' Breezy and Mickey both gave her a punch in the face as she fell backwards

'Well i did warn you' Mickey smirked

'YOUR CRAZY! YOUR BOTH SO CRAZY!' She screamed

'Wanna go again?' Breezy said cracking her knuckles

'Hold it!' Jasmine and Carrie walked in 'our turn' Carrie said

'Awww i was just getting started' Breezy huffed

'shift!' Jasmine ordered

'*sigh* fine' Mickey sighed and looked back at Shelby and then put a finger under her and made that pretend knife to the neck threat before moving into the other room, Then it was Jasmine's and Carrie's turn

'oh No not more spies!' Shelby whimpered

'oh don't worry, we just want to talk' they both sat down next to her smiling

'can i get you anything, tea? coffee?' Carrie asked

'uhhh...i suppose tea would be nice' She said

'Carrie, get her a tea' Jasmine said as Carrie made her one

'what do you want?' Shelby asked

'listen, our friend is very worried about her daughter, I'm sure if you were in the same situation as her you'd want your daughter to be safe and sound' Jasmine smiled as she nodded

'We're gonna ask you a few questions and you just answer them as best as you can' Carrie said and took out a pen and paper

'I'll try' Shelby said

'Good now question 1, where were you on the 9th of April? The night Violetta was last seen' Jasmine

'I must have been at home, with my husband watching tv' she said

'And what time was that?' Carries asked

'About 9:30 onwards'

'Well, violetta was last seen at 11:00 that night, are you telling me you had no idea?' Carrie asked

'That's right'

'Any children Shelby?' Jasmine asked

'2 daughters, Ludmilla and Natalie' she answered

'Cute names, where were they?' But before she could answer, Mickey and Breezy walked In

'Oh no! Not Them!' Shelby shivered

'Fraid so baby' Breezy smirked

'It can't be your turn already' Carrie argued

'Belive it or not it is seniora' Mickey smirked

'But we were getting somewhere' Jasmine said

'And we'll continue where you left off' Breezy said

'Ok Jas, let's go' Carrie walked to the door, before Jasmine did though she looked back at Shelby, then at Mickey'

'Go easy on her' she said

'*scoff* please, how bad can I be?' Mickey smiled her 'Innocent' smile but everyone knew how ruthless she can be if you get on her bad side.

'Now where we're we?' Breezy eyed her suspect

'Please I'll answer any ques...'

'SPEAK...when your spoken to' Mickey ordered

'No need to shout' Shelby mumbled

'I'm sorry what was that?' Mickey asked

'Nothing' she answered quickly

'Be careful on how you treat my fellow colleague here, she tends to have a very bad temper and throws a big hissy fit. And I don't want this turning into something ugly. Or do I?' Breezy wondered

'My temper's not that bad' Mickey snapped

' Oh really? Remember when Carrie borrowed your curling iron without asking and the one thing you could think of was bash her head into a door' Breezy eyed her

'She was fine in the end' Mickey whined

'She was unconscious for 48 hours because of you!'

'Well she should have asked!'

'You need anger management'

'Shut up!' she yelled

'I rest my case' she smirked, Mickey then slapped her across the head as they both once again went into a puppy dog fight, at this point all hope seemed lost

Meanwhile, Gnomeo and Juliet who were watching the conference watched two spies fighting like toddlers.

'This is ridiculous!' Carrie huffed

'Are you going to do something?' Juliet asked Jasmine

'Yeah, give em a minute' she said watching Mickey and Breezy at each others throats

'Excuse me a minute' Gnomeo walked out of the room with a sad look on his face, Juliet who noticed went after him and saw him break down crying on the floor, she ran up to him and held him close to her.

'Baby what's wrong?' she asked concerned

'Juliet, our daughter is probably in danger right now and I'm in there watching and interview that's not getting anywhere! I just feel useless not knowing our little girl is all right' he said with a broken voice and heart, Juliet held him close to her as she began singing a song that she'd hope would calm him down.

After I finished he looked up at me and pressed his lips against mine, I wrapped my arms around him as he did the same to me, I hated to see him so upset I think he needed that.

'Better?' I asked smiling

'Loads' he smiled

'We will find her, those girls may appear daft but they are the best field agents I have ever known' I assured him

'I know they are, you were one of them' he flirted

'You bet I was' I giggled

'Hey, by any chance you still have a spy outfit that those girls wear, I love a girl covered in leather' he whispered kissing my neck and pushing me against the wall as I moaned for his touch

'I might have...you'll just have to find out won't you' I flirted 'But right now let's focus on what we're here for' she said sternly

' Good call' he said as we headed back to girls

Meanwhile, Mickey and Breezy were still having their pointless argument when Shelby just lost it

'NOW LISTEN TO ME YOU PAIR OF IDIOTS! I DON'T WHO YOU ARE OR WHAT YOU'RE GAME IS BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU IF YOU DON'T LET ME LEAVE RIGHT NOW, ILL CHEW THROUGH THESE ROPES AND KICK YOU BOTH ALL THE WAY TO VENUS!' she had deffinatly lost her cool with these two

'Temper temper' Mickey laughed

'I think she didn't understand your order Mickey' breezy began cracking her knuckles

'Me neither bri, let's get her to understand...shall we?' she asked but just when they were gonna punch, The good cops walked in

'Oh thank God your here' Shelby sighed in relief

'Our turn again' Carrie said

'But we were getting somewhere' breezy huffed

'The only thing you were getting into was another stupid fight!' Jasmine snapped

'It's not my fault Mickey has anger issues' breezy moaned

'Oh, go Empuja tu cabeza, donde el sol no brilla' Mickey smirked

'Why you...!'

'ENOUGH, the pair of you are like a pair of babies' Carrie snapped

'Leave!' Jasmine pointed to the door, but Mickey and Breezy were still annoying each other

'Crybaby' Mickey mumbled

'Whiner' breezy huffed

'Wimp'

'Muscle head'

'SHUT UP!' Carrie And Jasmine yelled as they walked out, they turned to Shelby

'Again, so sorry about that' Jasmine smiled

'That's fine' Shelby said slowly

'Now, getting back to the matter at hand, You were saying about where you were the night Violetta was last seen' Carrie said

'Look, I've told your bad cops I don't know anything...because I don't care! Juliet Redbrick's family means nothing to me so her daughter could be rotting in hell right now and I wouldn't care!' Shelby announced, Suddenly something began to boil in Jasmine that seemed to have put her over the edge

'Speak about My friend and her family like that again and I'll' she rose her hand but Carrie stopped her

'Remeber Jaz, your the good one' she said, Jasmine sighed deeply and put on a smile

'I'm sorry, I got a bit carried away' she said with a fake smile

'Continue to keep me here if you will, but I won't tell you anything!' That's when Carrie realised something

'What would be there to tell?' she asked

'Uhh...Uhh...nothing' Shelby mumbled

'Your hiding something' Carrie pointed

'Come on Shelby, tell us, we're the good girls' Jasmine smirked

'Good?! You two are just as bad as tweedle dee and tweedle dum out there!' she yelled, that's when Mickey came throwing a big tantrum and yelling in Spanish, which was a good thing because I don't Shelby would want to know what she was saying but we all understood her, she Kept trying to get out of breezy's grip breezy held her back tight!

Oh come on!' Carrie whined

'ESO ES TODO! NI VOY A la función de tara sus intestinos y los utilizan como BUNTING O VOY A Desgarra CADA UNO DE SUS ORGANOS VITALES Y LUEGO FLATTEN y luego reproducirlos VOLADOR CON ELLOS!' She screamed

'Mickey calm down!' Jasmine ordered

'Déjame decirte ahora la miel, sabes lo que pasa a la gente que ensucia conmigo?! COSAS MUY HORRIBLE!' She kept yelling

'See this is why I suggested put her on a leash!' Breezy yelled

'It's not my fault she's ticking me off' Mickey snapped but more calmly

'I have told you to keep your anger in but noo you never listen to me do you?!' All four girls went into a big argument amongst themselves forgetting about Shelby who was still tied up and scared

Gnomeo and Juliet who were watching, looked at each other with pissed off expressions

'Still think there good?' Gnomeo asked

'The best' she sighed

'You know...as much as I want to find our daughter right now...this act Is probably the best thing I've ever seen!' he laughed as Juliet laughed too

'They've always been like that, I was usually the one to get them to chill, but since I left things took a turn' she said

'They are good, I just wish there was an exceptional spy who could actually get some useful information right now' he sighed

'Your right! They are good...but not as great as me!' Juliet then walked into that room, looking at the girls and glared hard

'HEY!' she yelled as they stopped 'I called you four girls for a reason! It wasn't to watch you act like a bunch of kids, it was for you to find my kid! But since arguing is the one thing you can find to do right now, I'll do this myself!' She huffed

'Jules I don't think...' Carrie said

'No! Leave her, she's right. My apologies Jules, I acted like a fool instead of doing my job, I'm sure you'll do a better job than I, you always do' Jasmine smiled

'It's ok Jazzy' Juliet laughed and hugged her

'Yeah, I'm sorry too Juliet, I should have been a bit more carrying in this investigation, but I will from now on' Breezy smiled

'I know you will' Juliet smiled and hugged her too

'I know I got a bit carried away' Mickey started

'A BIT?!' We all asked

'Ok! A lot, it's just I don't like the look of Shelby and especially when she criticises you, I did it for you Jules. Your like my sister so that makes me feel like violetta is my niece. 'I'm sorry if I upset you, I'll be more calm and no more pointless arguments from now on, especially with you' she pointed at breezy 'Me perdonas?' she asked

'Of course I do' she smiled hugging her

'Even though I don't like hugs from people, I make an exception on you' she smiled

'I know you like warm hugs' Juliet laughed (that's true she does ;D)

'Still not fond of your man though' she said sternly

'Oh Mickey' I laughed and nudged her

'We'll let you interrogate with her' Jasmine smiled

'But we're standing here to watch, just in case' Carrie said

'Knock her dead Jules! Not literally but you know what I mean' breezy said stupidly, Juliet then grabbed a chair in front of Shelby'

'You know something about My child's disappearance, and I am not letting you go until you tell me something about it!' she said looking angry

'It's like I've told your fools of spies, I won't tell you anything!'

'So you admit to hiding something?'

'I'm not admitting anything!'

'Don't use that on me, tell me where my daughter Is' she said getting up and looking super annoyed

'I don't know!' Shelby said, Juliet then grabbed her by her shirt collar and held her off the ground

'Jules...' Gnomeo ran in to stop her but Mickey held him back

'Just wait, she knows what she's doing' Mickey whispered

'TELL ME RIGHT NOW!' she screamed

'Look there's nothing to tell! I was at home watching tv with my husband, my youngest daughter Natalie was in bed fast asleep and Ludmilla was...' she stopped suddenly!

'Ludmilla was what?' Juliet asked

'I don't know' she answered softly

'What do you mean you don't know?' Juliet asked

'We had an argument about something and the last I saw her she stormed out of the house' she remembered

'Why didn't you say this before?!' Carrie asked

'Nobody asked about My daughter'

'What was your argument about?' Jasmine asked

'It was about...Violetta' she said

'What?!' Gnomeo looked confused

'Ludmilla was once again complaint on how much she hated her, and because I was tired and frustrated for some reason, I lashed out at her,had a little row and she stormed out' she said

'And your telling us you hadn't seen Ludmilla ever since?' Breezy said

'No I haven't, when she didn't come home tried calling her but she never answered'

'We found this by a few trash cans, not far away from where violetta's bag was found' Mickey lobbed the pink purse next to Shelby as her eyes grew wide with fright

'Do you recognise it?' Gnomeo asked

She sighed deeply and looked disappointed 'It's my daughter's purse' she said

'Where is she Shelby?' Juliet asked getting closer

'That's the thing, like you I don't know where my daughter is right now' she said sadly

'We need to find her!' Juliet looked at the girls

'Roger that, ok I want breezy and Carrie to check out the places she would go, so stay here with Shelby and get the information we need' Jasmine ordered as the two saluted 'Gnomeo, Juliet, Mickey come with me' she said as we followed

'What is it?' I asked

'As much as I am happy with the progress, I feel something's not right, I mean two teenagers disappear in one night and all we have is one teenage girl as a suspect' she said

'What's your point?' Mickey asked

'She must have had help from someone, I doubt she could knock out two gnomes and drag them somewhere'

'You think she may have had help?' Juliet asked

'Yes but from who?' We all tried to think, just then Carrie And breezy came back

'Boss we put her in the cells for now. And she gave some places we could check out, the park, the school, Tina's house, Leon's house, Maddy's house...' Carrie went on

'Wait what did you say?' Gnomeo asked

'Maddy's house?' she said

'Before that' he said

'Tina's house?'

'After that!'

'Leon's house' she said, that's when his eyes went wide

'Gnomeo what is it?' Juliet asked

'ITS LEON! How could I have been so stupid!?' he said

'I dunno but I think we're about to find out' breezy smirked

'What are you talking about?' Juliet asked

'Ok it's true, Ludmilla could be responsible for this but she has no argument with Thomas who has also gone missing. But...'

'Leon has more of an argument with both of them!' she said

'Exactly!' he smiled proudly

'Oh gnomes your a genius!' she kissed him

'Awwwww' Jasmine and Carrie sighed

'Ewwwww' Mickey and Breezy huffed

'Anyway who's Leon?' Breezy asked

'Our daughter's ex boyfriend, he's been wanting to get back together with violetta but she's now with Thomas' Juliet explained

'Has he ever done anything to hurt them?' Jasmine asked

'He and Thomas once had a fight, and since Thomas lost violetta broke up with him because she didn't want him to get hurt again' Gnomeo said

'But they got back together right?' Carrie asked

'Of course they did, but Leon would do anything to keep them apart' Juliet shivered with fear

'What an Gilipollas' Mickey said

'What does that me...?' Gnomeo asked

'Don't ask' Juliet answered quickly

'Ok,so This Leon is another suspect, do you know where he lives?' Jasmine asked

'No' Gnomeo and Juliet answered

'But I bet who does know' Mickey smirked

'Ludmilla?' Breezy asked as she nodded

'Ok then, let's go find her, Gnomeo, you Mickey and Breezy will check the park and the school whereas Juliet, Carrie And I will check houses, sadly Shelby only gave us two addresses for a Maddy and Tina, no Leon. Meet back in the Lawrence garden in an hour' Jasmine ordered

'Oh this is gonna be fun' Mickey smirked at Gnomeo and cracked her knuckles as he swallowed hard in fear

'Just a warning, keep your mouth shut for the next hour if you want to live' Breezy warned him as he looked back at Juliet mouthing 'help me' to her as she giggled.

Soon they were off in their different ways on a mission to find either a suspect, or an alilby.
