I jumped, slamming my head against the top of my coffin. Groaning, I pressed my hand against my forehead ad looked around. My music was still playing so I switched it off quickly and closed my eyes. My dream was insane this time. Everything around me was red and I realized that I was sinking down in a river of blood. I clawed and tore through the water trying to bring myself back to the top but every time I had felt my fingers hit cold air, another torrent of blood would bring me back down.

Shaking my head, I laid in my coffin quietly staring at the top of it. After a few minutes I groaned again. "Alucard!"

I felt a pair of hands grip my shoulders and pull me through the top of the coffin. Once he set me on my feet, I rubbed my eyes quietly. "Where are we now?"

"We just broke into the London airspace so we should be landing shortly."

"Then shouldn't you be phasing us back into our seats?" He grinned down at me then grabbed my wrist. I closed my eyes until I felt cushions pressing on my back and I smirked looking at the back of Integra's seat. A few seconds later the 'please fasten seatbelt' sign flashed on and we made our decent.

As soon as I stepped off the plane I lit a cigarette and smirked when I watched Integra do the same. She looked over at me and smirked right back then I followed her, Walter, and Alucard off of the tarmac and into the building. Integra told me that our stuff would be at the mansion by the time we got there. I had just nodded at her. London beautiful to me and I loved the smell of the air.

I watched as Alucard fell into step beside me and smirked looking up at him. "Would you like a tour of London?"

I looked up at him and smiled brightly. "Are you offering, Dracula?"

He grinned as he looked down at me. "Yes I am."

"What about my duffel bag?" He grabbed the back of it and the strap sipped through my body. I watched him disappear in the shadows and I rolled my eyes following Integra. He was back by my side a few seconds later.

"Now would you like a tour of London?"

I grinned as I looked up at him. "Sure, but change your outfit. Everyone is staring."

He smirked then I watched as the red duster, vest, and hat faded away. His shirt changed into a simple, red button up that was untucked and black slacks that were tucked into his boots.

"Is this better?" He inquired looking down at me, over his goggles. I nodded, smiling at him, then he took my wrist and pulled me down the sidewalk we just walked out of the building onto. I waved back at Integra sheepishly and grinned as she rolled her eyes back at us.

"Be back before sunrise, Alucard." Integra yelled after him. He nodded at her just before we rounded a corner then he slowed his pace.

I sighed, walking beside him quietly, and pulled out another cigarette. Alucard raised an eyebrow at me then smirked, patting the top of my head. I rolled my eyes as I leaned away so he could stop. He grinned wider and wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me against his side.

"Alucard. Why do you do that?" I mumbled ducking my head down. I could feel my cheeks begin to warm.

"What exactly am I doing, my dear?" I could hear his smirk in his voice so I lightly punched him in the side.

"Don't act so innocent! This! Wrapping your arm around my waist, kissing my knuckles or my cheeks at random times. I know you don't feel anything for me. So why are you doing it? Is it just to fuck with me? Do you think it's funny?" I looked up at him, glaring.

He sighed then pulled me into a nearby alley then spun me around so my back was pressed against the wall. He stood in front of me, his hand at pressing against the wall at either side of my head. I stared up at him quietly, my cheeks darkening. His goggles faded away as he looked me in the eyes. "I do not do this to 'fuck with you' as you so kindly put it. I feel drawn to you. Ever since the first time I heard your name. I cannot explain it because I do not understand it myself. You bring a side of me out that I have not seen in over 6 centuries. But I knew that as soon as I saw you for the first time that I had to keep you safe."

I stared up into the eyes of the Nosferatu, my cheeks feeling like they were on fire. He had never been this serious with me in this past month and it kind of shocked me. I closed my eyes, sighing softly and bowed my head. I didn't stay like that though because I felt Alucard's hand slide down onto my neck, his thumb hooking under my chin and turning my face up to his. I opened my eyes slowly and locked eyes with those beautiful crimson eyes. His lips turned up into a real, genuine smile then he leaned his face down and pressed his lips against mine. My eyes widened slightly as he closed his, moving his lips against mine. I wrapped my arms round his neck and let my lips respond to his immediately, sliding my eyes back closed. I felt him freeze for a moment when I wrapped my arms around him, then he slid his other hand around my waist, pulling me flush against him. I let out a squeak and he pulled his head back, looking down at me. Once he saw I was okay, he grinned.

"I do believe that embrace just helped me figure it out a little."

I smiled brightly up at him because I knew what that kiss had confirmed for me. But I wasn't going to tell Alucard just yet.

I walked down the street, a bright smiled on my face as I looked around. Alucard trailed behind me a large grin splitting his face. He had his hands in his pants pockets, walking leisurely as I was practically skipping. I stopped when I passed a sweet store and looked in at all of the chocolates inside. I blinked then looked over at the Nosferatu who was giving me an odd look. I grinned at him.

"Give me some money!" I giggled watching him.

"Why?"

"Just, please!" He watched me for a moment then smirked as he pulled out some pounds, dropping them into my hand. I smiled, "Thank you!" I ran inside the store and looked at all of the chocolates. I chose quite a few which the man behind the counter placed into a bag. Alucard stepped behind me as the man wrung me up. "Chocolates, my dear?"

I nodded looking up at him and he sighed slipping the money out of my hand before he paid the correct out of change to the teller. As we walked back outside, I popped a chocolate in my mouth and gasped. It tasted delicious to me. I looked up at Alucard, who was watching me intently.

"Is the chocolate good?" he inquired.

I blinked looking at the chocolate in my hand then back up at him. When I nodded he sucked in a breath and his eyes widened a bit more.

"You're sure that taste good?"

I nodded watching him as we both stopped dead in our tracks. I hadn't thought about it until just now. "It taste great, Alucard. Why are you asking?"

"When was the last time you drank blood?" He grabbed my shoulders tightly and I winced.

"Alucard…Your hurting me." I whimpered looking up at him.

"When was the last time, Amber!?" He growled, shaking me slightly.

"Not since the night you gave it to me…" I looked up at him, my eyes wide as I remembered something. "I threw it back up the next day, right after you left the room. I felt sick. I threw it up. What's going-" I was cut off by a sudden jerk in my chest.

I looked down at my chest as I felt another jerk, and balled my hands into fists. "Amber!" Alucard shook me. "Keep your eyes open!"

My vision was swimming as I felt another jerk in my chest. That's when I realized what was happening. I stared up at Alucard as my vision blurred. He looked as shocked as I did and as I was pulled into darkness one thought flew through my mind. I'm human again.
