"You really must like your new socks. You've been staring at them for the last five minutes." Will jumps, then smiles dreamily "I was thinking how funny it feels... We're a real couple, buying this kind of stupid little things for each other..." "Socks are far from stupid. You try going without during winter! I don't want to deal with a grumpy sick Will."Will grins and looks straight into Sonny's eyes "That's the thing, you see. We take care of each other. Like in a family... Feels great." Sonny shivers. Will has the knack for saying this kind of super touching things with a quiet startled tone that make them sound even more awesome. He kisses the firm lips once, twice, then opens the door, saying "Now it's my turn to take you out, my love, but not tonight. I don't know how you feel but I'm more in the mood to pass the next evenings quietly, watch some films or cuddle." Will's entire face is a smile.

Sonny spends his day splendidly, although busily. There are problems to tackle. Chad on the phone to talk to about his meeting with their supplier, a customer getting fresh with one of the barista to escort outside. And a still somber T. When Will swings by, after getting a loving kiss and a promise in his eyes, Sonny pulls him by the sleeve to his office so they can talk. "He's been like that for over a week. It's not that he doesn't do the job well, on the contrary. It's just that he's not himself and he looks really bad. He's your friend, maybe you can help, I don't know?" Will frowns and shrugs "I can try but I'm sure if something serious was going on, he would have told me." Sonny nods and takes advantage of Will's proximity to steal another kiss. Will answers enthusiastically, then holds him in his arms, letting his hand slides down Sonny's torso. "I can't wait for tonight, my lovely darling. I know you have lots to do here so we'll stop for now. But I do have nice ideas for later." He's chewing on his bottom lip, leaving Sonny with an image to damn himself for.

He finally joins the two friends later, when the coffee-house is almost empty. Luckily this generally doesn't last long. Sonny is glad that he can rests a little, that he can put his arms behind Will's shoulders, that he can see his eyes turn to him and stare at his lips. T is seated opposite them, his head in his hands. Sonny sends a questioning look, but Will discreetly shakes his head. Sonny puts one hand on the table and asks "So, T, would you like to come with us on out canoe outing this week-end? We'll go with Abby, Chad and Mel." T looks lost. Sonny is really worried and insists "Come on, man, it'll do you good. You look out of it for the past week..." T pinches his lips, then whispers "Thanks for inviting me, but I'm not good company these days. No need for me to come and spoil the mood for your perfect little couple." Sonny wasn't expecting such an attack. T isn't the sarcastic kind. "Sorry, then, T, no need to be mean about it!" This time T is flabbergasted "I wasn't, man! I really think you and Will are great together. That's why I made so much efforts with Audrey. She's so hot and smart, I was thinking, you know, maybe we'd turn up like Sonny and Will..." Sonny has tears in his eyes. He fights them but gets up and gives T a quick hug.

After an awkward moment, they sit down and Will says "You see T, that's why you should come with us. First because you need to witness that Sonny is far from perfect." Sonny softly his the back of Will's head who doesn't react and goes on "And that way we can take three canoe, and Mel won't feel like the fifth wheel. She's also struggling with a break-up." T gives him a dark look and sighs. Sonny wonders if Will is playing matchmaker for Mel. It's hard to say. He loves Will more than his life but he's still incapable of deciphering his facial clues. Will always look innocent, with his big blue eyes and his shy smile.

T has finally caved with the hint of a smile. Will leaves to visit his brother and sisters at his mother's. Apparently he isn't aware she's seeing Rafe again and as Sonny isn't sure about it himself, he waits for things to unfold.

In the evening, Will is aware. And needs to talk about it to Sonny who takes his kitten on his lap to listen. He hates when Will is distraught, but he loves that he confides in him "You think they'll go and live together again?" "That would be good for his kids, no? After all, even Allie likes him a lot." "I do too. I'm happy for him, but Mom rather not screw over any more. I don't get it, how can you hesitate between two men. The minute we met, I wanted only you." Sonny know it now but loves to hear it nonetheless. "Likewise. I think we're in for a long life trip..." Will nods and kisses him. No film tonight. But Sonny has no regrets.
