"Derek stop his car, he run to check William car, William, Cristina and Nathan is unconscious, William and Cristina badly injured, because they sit in the front, he soon call 911.
He help paramedic to evacuated them to ambulance, Cristina has badly head injury and broken leg, William and Nathan has multiple injury from the accident.
Derek takes Cristina bag from the car, at ambulance he take Cristina phone and call her emergency number, Izzie pick up.
"Izzie, it's Derek, Cristina and William get accident, I'm on the way to hospital now, they will need you Izzie, and please help me to call Cristina parent".
"what? oh god, Derek, are they okay?, but,, but Cristina parent in South Korea, I'll try to call them".
"They severe injured Izzie, I really need you on hospital now, you are her contact person", "okay"
He called ER and makes sure all vacant doctors already wait for them. He doubt whether Owen is the right man to in charge now.
Webber, Owen, Bailey, Callie, Arizona, and Shane already waiting in front of ER, no one of them know the victim.
First ambulance arrived, Derek get from ambulance with William, Owen surprise seeing Derek clothes damp and covered with blood, "Derek what happen with you?"
"Owen back off", Derek shout to him, then the paramedic push the gurney from ambulance, Owen notice that is William, "it's,,,it's that William?" he asked with worry voice, " oh my god, Cristina, it's she okay? Owen start to panic.
"I said back off, Owen", Derek shout to him one more time and pushing Owen body to the wall, "just stay here, and pull yourself together" , all doctor in front of ER confused with Derek and Owen conversation, then Dr Webber step ahead takes William gurney, and ask Shane to assist him, he ask William condition from paramedic, then bring William to trauma 1.
Second ambulance comes," patience name is Nathan one and half years old suspect internal bleeding", Arizona and Beiley, take Nathan gurney, then Derek, said to them, "please do the best to save him, he is Cristina Yang son", "What?", all doctor in there is shock, "all right, Derek", Bailey push the gurney to trauma 2.
And last ambulance come, "patience name Cristina yang, suspect severe cerebral hemorrhage and broken legs" Owen can't stand on his feet when seeing Cristina covered with blood when they take her from ambulance, "Callie you come with me" Derek push the gurney to trauma 3.
After half hours Izzie comes with taxi, she saw Owen look miserable sit on the floor in front of ER. He soon get up, and walk to Izzie, "what happen to her, Steven?".
"I don't know dr Hunt, all I know Cristina, William and Nathan have appointment with Derek to the lake this morning, and this afternoon, Derek called me, said that they get accident, how about their condition dr Hunt? " Izzie asked worriedly.
"I don't know, Steven" He feel more hurt after heard Cristina and her family spend time together with Derek, he can't deal with this all, a picture of Cristina dying passed through him before, keep rewind in his mind, then he just walk away from Izzie to the chief room.
Izzie stupefied when Owen walks away from her, she go to nurse station ask about their condition, the nurse inform her, that Cristina, William and Nathan in surgery now.
Meredith just finish operate patient in OR 5, she saw lot of intern and resident in gallery OR 1, she is curious, but she can't enter the gallery because is so full, but she did hear, people said Cristina yang, she run to OR 1, wearing the scrub and mask then enter the operation room, she is shock seeing Cristina lay in operation table, "what happen with her Derek? Tell me what happen with her?" Meredith screaming, she crying hard kneeling on the floor.
"Get out the room, Meredith, I'm trying to save your person, I said get out" Derek shout to her, "somebody help me to take Dr Grey out from this room", some nurse help her to stand and bring her out from the room, nurse bring her to waiting room, and she saw Izzie sit by herself, she run to her, she hug Izzie tightly. "what happen with Cristina, Izzie?".
Meredith start to sobbing on Izzie embrace, "I did horrible thing to Cristina Izzie, I really hurt my own person, I regret it so much until now, I was selfish, and mean to her, I tried to search her, but I lost contact, seven month ago in new York I almost met her, but I just met Burke, he refuses to tell me were Cristina is, I desperately want to apologize to her, I want make things right, every day I think of her, there is hole in my live since she gone, and now I see her dying on my husband table, I can't Izzie , I already lose my sister, I can't lose my person, I don't want my last word to her is "seeing her face is make me feel worse about myself, because is not, my live in never complete without her, I love her so much Izzie"
Izzie try to calm Meredith, despite she hate for what Meredith did to Cristina in the past, but she can feel how devastated Meredith since Cristina gone, " it's okay, Mer, take a deep breath", she tried to calm her.
"Cristina been in surgery for four hours now, she fighting for her life, I'll we can do just pray for her" Izzie try to pull herself together, this all too hard, she really scared, and worry, Cristina, William and Nathan, three of them dying on operation table right now. And any decision for their treatment in her hand, because she can't reach Helen in South Korea.
Then Owen come by, he ask Izzie for any update for their surgery, "any update about Cristina, William and Nathan, Steven?". "no, dr Hunt" Izzie answer him.
"Who is William and Nathan? ", Meredith asked confusedly, then Owen snap to her, "why don't you ask, your husband?", Meredith offended by his answer," what do you mean? Why you bring my husband into this, don't you know, you the one hurt Cristina the most", Meredith shout to him.
"I can't stand this anymore grey, you been push me and blame me since Cristina gone, in fact all people in this hospital knew that you treat her badly before she is gone, stop blaming me, where you also take credit for her leaving", Owen finally take his stand after this two years Meredith treat him rudely.
"Hunt, stop it, you just make everything worse, please just walk away from here" Izzie stop their fight. Owen walk away from waiting room, he still can't calm himself, image that Cristina dying keep haunt him.
Meredith take a sit, after Owen shout to her, she hate him so much. Then she asked Izzie about William and Nathan.
Izzie take a deep breath before answer her question, "William is Cristina husband, and Nathan is her son, they live in Los Angles for this long, I work in same hospital with Cristina and her husband, William been work together with Derek for more six months now for presidential project, and this morning they spend time together in the lake, William car get accident, three of them now is dying Meredith" Izzie cry burst when she said the last sentence.
Meredith is shocked, so it's not just Cristina, but also her husband and her son injured, she can't imagine how hard this all, and the fact that Derek has met Cristina for more than six months, and spending time together this morning. How could Derek didn't say anything to her, it really hurt her, she felt betrayed by her own husband, he knew exactly how desperate her to find Cristina, she never feel this worse in her life, she just stand and walk away leave Izzie, she need to be alone for now.
Thankfully Justin comes to hospital, Izzie hug her husband tightly, she finally let her cry out in her husband chest, she feel more calm with her husband by her sides, after two hours finally, Arizona and Bailey walk to waiting room looking for Cristina family, Izzie spot Bailey then run to her, hug her tightly, then Izzie ask about Nathan condition.
Bailey answered "Nathan is stable for now, but his liver severe damage, he need liver transplant, he has 48 hours, with Cristina and her husband also in surgery we can't expect donor from family, but we put him in A1 transplant donor list in UNOS, I'm really sorry izzie, and where is Cristina parent?"
"They are in South Korea dr Bailey, I still can't reach her mother, i'am their proxy for now", Izzie answered. "okay then, we will do the best for saving Cristina son, Izzie", Arizona comfort her.
Izzie really worry and don't know what to do, there is no update about Cristina and William condition, and now she think about her godson, Cristina definitely will kill her if she tell Owen about Nathan. But Cristina also will kill her if she let her son died, she need to take the best decision for now, Izzie stand from her seat, and she tell Justin that she need to find someone.
She walk to nurse station looking for dr Hunt, she asked help from the nurse to page and call him, it's really important call, he didn't pick up his phone and didn't respond the page, she looking for him in chief room, but he is not there, she also asked help from April, and Avery looking for him, it's been thirty minute she looking for him, "where the hell is him?, he come out when I didn't need him, and now when I need him the most he is disappeared" Izzie really upset.
Then suddenly she remember when she about to tell Cristina about her cancer, Cristina takes her to the vent room, she try looking for Owen there, when she open the door, she saw Owen sit while lean to the wall, tears in his face, he is shock when Izzie walk to the vent, "what happen to her?, is she..?", "no, not yet, I still didn't get update from Derek".
Owen takes a deep breath, "I can't live in the world where she is not exist, I wish I can do something to help her, I'll do anything for her to keep her alive, she is love of my live".
"Actually there something you can do for her dr Hunt", "What?".
"Nathan need liver transplant, he is your son".
A/N: it's anybody watch last episode of Grey's Anatomy, change of heart episode, the McNeil story really broke my heart, it make me remember three years ago when my brother and my sister admit in hospital almost in same time, my brother has thymus cancer stage 3, and my sister have complication with her lung and her neuro system, my Parent and I, practically lives in hospital more than two months, to take care of them, unfortunately my brother didn't make it, he died few weeks after his surgery because of complication after the surgery, and when the Cristina inform that Franky died to her parent, it bring the memory back, i quite emotional after watching that episode, and make me write this chapter, sorry if the update is predictable, but i think it's time for Owen to know about Nathan, he suffered enough.
